To start off: I did not want to give them one star but I had no choice but to do so. They really deserve zero stars! This place is horrible! Terrible service. Joanne (who is the owner) she is super disrespectful and very rude. When I would ask them to change or do something on my nails per my request they would not listen, they do what they want, not what the customer wants! I am very disappointed. Honestly the cleanliness is whatever. What I'm most concerned about is that when I make an appointment I expect ya'll to follow through. I make an appointment for 10am when they open, but I walk in to see all the workers busy picking up walk ins. I have been coming to this salon for couple months now after I got annoyed of my old nail salon. It's very close to my house and one of the best I've ever been to. Most of the workers do a very good job but my nail lady, Nancy is the absolute best. My favorite worker. She does the best acrylic or gel. Once they became known in the area they started losing their touch! Horrible service. The gel manicures doesn't even last a week. I went in again since it was close to home, asked if they could do dip powder. They said yes. Once I got to the chair the lady asked me if I wanted gel, I said no just dip powder, no gel. She started doing the powder they use to fill acrylic nails. I explained again and showed exactly what I wanted. She gave me an attitude and cleaned the fill and did dip powder only once and put gel on top!!!! At this point I gave up. Clearly they have no clue what dip powder is. Karen who did my nails was fast and did a great job. That's the only thing keeping me from giving 1 Star. I made an appointment for 3pm. I didn't end up being sat down until 3:50. I was literally waking out and she said they were ready. I don't understand taking appointments if you don't understand how they work. It's very rude to keep your customers waiting that long. I had something else planned after and had to move my whole day. This isn't a first time thing either. I wasn't offered water, an upgrade of a service, a discount or even an apology. Let me just say that Karen is kind, polite, patient, calm and really cares about making her customers happy. She is not the problem here. Laura does good pedicures and even though her English is not the best, she is good. She will sometimes try to challenge your color choice but you are paying for what you want so wether she likes it or not she has to do it or change customers to a pushover one (that is not me). Older Cindy does good massages and pedicures but she is not tender or considerate when removing in grown nails and after some time of seeing her she begins to act entitled to choosing for you how she will do your eyebrow shape and do your lip/face wax without dbl checking you want it. I no longer let her do a damn thing in me. Joanne only treats her personal customers well. She is one of two owners (Karen) and the aggressive rude one. She scheduled me with the wrong name the other day tho I've been going for years. She scheduled me in the middle of my sleep (I work graves and told her) saying it was Karena only availability. When k arrived Karen already had another customer. Joanne asked me to return another time trying to be nice by laughing. Mind you, in the past if I've been late she's had me leave and return. I've waited for upto 45 minutes after my appointment in the past and no apology. She's a hypocrite with horrible customer service. She's the worst business owner and she and older Cindy (aka "T") WILL talk about you infront of you in their language. The only reason I don't give this place a worse rating is because not all the techs suck. But also the reason I do not give it a better rating is because the owner is a total TWAT! read more

I had an appointment for gel pedicure at 12 o'clock. I walked in with my 6 year old, they said my appointment is at 12:30. I told them I left my baby with someone I can't wait long. But I decided to wait. They started communicating with each other in their language and at 12:20 they decided that they can't do my nails because my child was with me. They didn't want to do it because for 20 minutes I was waiting with my child. I arranged everything to come on time for my appointment and had to cancel because they had taken a walk in customer and changed my appointment to 12:30. Pros: -Appt was made the same day -Seated quickly -Technician, Ivy, was sweet and courteous -Large polish selection -Easy parking -Clean (seemingly) and pretty salon -Decent prices ($43 for gel mani and regular pedi) Cons: -Techs appear anxious and rushed, like they're under pressure to work as fast as possible -Tools don't appear to be sanitized. I did not see anyone sanitizing or unwrapping tools. -Pedicure chairs have plastic/cellophane wraps, which is the lazier way to stay clean since they probably don't have to sanitize the actual tubs/chairs this way -I personally was served quickly but there were several others complaining about being left unattended for long periods of time -By the time they started my pedi, my mani was done (same technician did both but I was there for 1.5 hours) read more

I have been a customer for many years and today I was greatly disappointed. I did call to change my appointment a few times, but hey I have to work too and things happen. I at least had the decency to call. So, Joan lectured me like my own mother doesn't even do. She said I always do that which is not true and even if it were I am the customer (she's not giving me a free service). If I treated customers like that I would have been fired a long time ago. The customer is not always right but you do have to accommodate them. Even when I'm right on time, I sometimes have to wait an hour which I've tolerated. So, don't act like you're perfect either. Everytime I come in to this place I leave with such an amazing manicure and pedicure. They are very gentle with any podiatry issues that you may have (ingrown nails, etc.) and they take their time to make sure your nails are done right. Love this place. read more

This is by far the worst service I ever had!!!!!!! I decided to try the place out with my best friend only because it was her birthday. I usually stick to my nail salon that I've been going to for years (only because I receive the best service)..... My best friend made an appointment for the both of us and as soon as we got there, they sat both of us down and began working immediately, mind you I'm not the person to complain or causes scene, I just simply don't return back. I started noticing that she started to rush everything and get through with me only because her appointment was waiting. I mean who does that??!! I have tried this place twice. First time I went and they made me wait 1/2 hr. I went home and the next day my polish was all messed up, they put on so many layers. I gave them another chance...went again they said 5 mins. I waited 25 mins then another 15 mins in the chair soaking my feet. The water was cold by the time they got to me.
