Do not even bother! They don't honor appointments... WE Made an appointment showed up 5 min early to check in and pick my color. Waited to be seated as we were waiting for 5 min two ladies walked in without an appointment and were seated before us after they complained about having to wait. We waited another 20 minutes before I had to ask if we would be helped. They then rushed to tell us they'd do one pedicure at a time but we'd have to wait an additional 20min and the person they were helping still wasn't don't and was then being rushed. Overall terrible experience and if I had stayed I'm guessing the quality would have been rushed. I will not be going back. read more

They're efficient in that they do a good job, don't take forever and day, and the color stays for a good amount of time. The staff's friendly and pays attention to your needs. I appreciated that they could tell I didn't want to talk and allowed me to read and relax during my time with them. They are a little more than other places but I think it's worth it. I also appreciate that they have different spa options to select from which sets transparency and allows you to know what you're truly getting. Parking The parking lot has always been packed when I've gone but I've been lucky each time to snag a spot. Such a shame - this is my second time visiting this spa. The first time I visited was a good year ago and I'm not sure within that time frame if perhaps this place went under new management but whomever is in charge sucks. My first experience here was wonderful. There use to be a man by the name of David who worked here...he was my regular and he was fantastic at what he did. Now he's gone and there are two women who stand in charge here. A mother and a daughter. My second time coming here I had the unfortunate chance of meeting them. I got my usual acrylic nails, full set, and I was getting a refill. Every time I come here my nails come out to a steady $35 and plus tip $40. Long story short - after getting my nails done there (for some reason) was a bunch of hidden fees that I had a horrible time disputing with the owner upon paying and it really ruined my perspective of this business. I asked for a refill, acrylic nails, no gel just regular nail polish, and the shape was coffin. I did not ask for any decorations or anything of that sort and they tried to charge me $60 dollars. Wouldn't recommend this place, please save your money, breathe, energy, and go elsewhere if you can. read more

Came to this place as a last minute resort because my nail spot in LA was already closed and let me tell you they charged me over $80 for super short French tip and she didn't take her time or clean up anything she literally just made a straight line with no curve in the French tip just going straight across it looked soooo ugly I have never been embarrassed with my nails before I feel like a 15 yr old would've done a better job. So expensive for the poor work they do. Never again that's why I stick to my nail lady that does an amazing job and actually takes her time. And doesn't make my French tip look like a child did it. My mom and my best friends and I always come here. They are so sweet and do a great job. I've gotten acrylics done on my nails multiple times when they were extremely bitten down, like to the nub. But they managed to work with what I had and it turned out beautiful. I always enjoy their pedicures and they get super excited when I come in with long nails! I've been coming to this location just because they had an amazing nail technician by the name of Heidi who unfortunately left unexpectedly two months ago. Since then I started coming to see Tiffany and just this past week I made an appointment with her at 2pm to only get a phone call from the manager 14 minutes before my appointment to tell me that Tiffany won't be available. No apologies, no kindness, but a rude tone, yelling and a plain "Tiffany is very busy you have to come at 5" and she then hung up the phone. As crazy as it sounds I called back and the yelling and the disrespectful tone only continued. The manager kept telling me she is the manager and I can't speak with Tiffany or anyone else. Well, if that's the case, I am very much done wiht the salon! Never was able to accept the disrespectful tone of the manager from day one as I watched her mis-treat and yell at the customers! Been here a few times. And every time I get my full face wax or eyebrows and upper lips, it's never a fail that I walk out of there with a burn. I state that my skin is sensitive. Yet, the wax is either very cheap or she leaves it on a bit too long. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But if I'm paying about $20-25 for brows & lips to get burn, no thanks. Manicures and pedicures take longer than most places, because they ensure everything is done well and customers are never given rushed service. I appreciate all the time and effort that goes into quality care and expertise. Not a fancy place, but clean and friendly. Best manis and pedis in the area! I have been to Eden on and off for the past four years. I have never been fully pleased with the services that I have received. Every time I go I get the same two women, one of them I believe is the Manager. Both of the women are super sweet; however all the times I have gone I haven't gotten their full attention. One specific time I was there for over two hours because she kept getting up to deal with the payments of other technicians customers. I also never got the shape I was ever really searching for. I dont mean that becuase I dislike this company and I am about to go HAM on them below, I mean that in a "this could be my go-to nail place...but also, so could the one not even fifty feet away (Hi-Lite)....and also.... so could the one two blocks from here"...Know what I mean? Nothing spectacular with the nails...yet, nothing wrong with the way they do nails either...I thought my mani/pedi was sufficient. I would have gone back... IF.... My one star is for the really horrible, unprofessional, entitled owners daughter - and her crazy side... she packs a lot of crazy in that tiny little body. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PAY WITH CASH, their CC machine is glitchy. They dont know how to handle it when it goes nuts and your money might get tied into that glitch. Also, fun fact: When it doesn't work they'll call 911 on you, even if youre proving them wrong. The Story: The owners daughter said my card was declined. I looked online, I could see that her charge was pending. I tell her that the charge went through...she says no, I say yes, she says no, I say yes and show her...she still says no, I still say yes and show her again, but this time I wiped the fingerprints off my screen, maybe that was why... she still said no... I turned up the backlight on my phone - maybe this was why, she still says no... I call the bank, they say it looks like the charge is going through just fine... I tell her this, she still says no, I put the phone on speaker for her to hear it from the bank... she still says its declined. It was Columbus day when this happened and the physical banks were closed. It'd been about 45 minutes dealing with this so I told her that I was going to go home and when the bank opened I would figure this out and come back with cash if she was right. I begin to walk to my car.... She chases me out and says she is calling 911 and that I am going to be arrested. I decided to take my chances. I figured I could get to my car before she could convince 911 that me walking out without paying $30 (that I was sure I could prove I DID pay for) was an emergency and a valid reason to use emergency services (psst, its not!). NEXT DAY: I go to the bank, but BofA cannot help me past confirming its paid b/c its actually a BofA Credit Card. They encourage me to call the CC company to get the authorization code and give that to the nail place. I decided to do this AT the nail place so they have it. When I get there I have BofA on the phone and they tell me the auth code... This time, I am dealing with the mother who is the owner AND I am filming it, too. I prove to her they did get paid. The mom lets me take a look at her copy of the receipt (that daughter wouldn't let me see it the day before) stating I had been declined and OMG I was never declined, the receipt simply said that she needed to call the merchant becuase it timed out before giving THEM their auth code (which is typically what businesses use to link the CC charge to the customer blah blah), but b/c this had printed w/ a big black bar on the receipt (I mean, to her credit, that is what declined transaction receipts look like. I can see why she made this error) she assumed it was declined vs. just needing to call for her own accounting records having nothing to do with me. Uggghhh... that pissed me off... and here is where I turn into kid of a jerk: So, becuase I was irritated Lil Girl chased me and screamed that I would be arrested AND after learning about her really dumb mistake I tell her mother that I want my money back for my services entirely b/c of the crap her fledgling put me through... It took Mom a good five minutes to understand that I wanted a full refund for my troubles but when Mom learned she'd have to come out the pocket Mom went apeshit on me with lil girl behind her telling me all over again shes going to call 911 if I make them refund me... and Mom is yelling about how its not her fault its her daughters etc...(LOL she actually threw her kid under the bus)... I gave her two options: She could refund me or I would refuse the charge with my bank (which was a bluff cause if she knew better she'd know that the bank would side with them becuase I DID*** receive the services. I wasnt going to tell her that, I wanted a refund for this b/s...its not my job to make sure she's educated on business practices). Mom tells me she will only refund me if I delete the recording. I say that's fair and get the receipt for the refund. As I am walking out Mom and Daughter run to door, BLOCK ME...I'm serious, they BLOCKED the door with their hands up in the "STOP" position and demand to see my phone to be sure its deleted. THAT was nuts. I show them its gone, but you know, iCloud... I still have it... Screw them. They handled that super bad. I mean, I did too... but, nope, dont care. Just left Eden Spa and I,m angry sad! My daughter and I had 1:30 appointments for mani pedis. We waited for an hour before they put us in chairs. The owner manager rushed through our pedicures when my daughter said you only massaged one leg she argued with her. I was sitting next to her and I asked why she wasn't listening to my daughter and she insisted that she did. More or less she called her a liar. She then said she didn't have time for my massage but I didn't have to pay for the Eden Deluxe pedicure. I've been going there for many years and i will never go back. read more
