*Burrata with sundried tomatoes and crumble walnut panko crumble - Mild, smooth and fresh.
*Petit Tender Crostini
Perfectly seared petit tender slices, cooked medium-rare, rests atop a crunchy crostini layered with house-made sweet onion iam. Finished with a crumb of tangy blue cheese, a drizzle of Modena balsamic glaze,
*Garlic Shrimp (Gambas al Ajillo Tender, tail-on shrimp, seared in fragrant garlic and robust olive oil, layered with smoky paprika and a subtle hint of red pepper. Served with a warm, crusty demi-baguette
*Garlic & Truffle Aioli Patatas Bravas Golden and crisp on the outside, soft and creamy within finished with a silky garlic-truffle and Parmesan aioli and a flourish of shaved Gruvère.
*Toasted Almond Cream Cake- layered almond flavors and creamy mascarpone, then topped with crushed cookies and almonds. (Reminiscent of a classic Good Humor Toasted Almond Ice Cream Bar)
