With a new chef at the helm, the menu still delivers the quality and care we've come to expect, but with an added touch of fresh creativity. We ordered the steak burger and the grilled salmon, and both dishes were outstanding. The presentation was elegant without being overdone, and the flavors were spot-on. The steak burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and came with thoughtful accompaniments that elevated the classic. The salmon was beautifully grilled, flaky and flavorful, with sides that complemented it perfectly. Service was warm and attentive as always, and the ambiance strikes that great balance between upscale and comfortable. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliably excellent meal in Harrisonburg.

The wine tasting was nice. With large parties you are given a flight to try. No need to stand in the tasting room. I liked several of the flavors. After the tasting we took a walk around the grounds taking in all the animals. Because it was winter, we didn't spend a lot of time in the lavender fields. We did however visit the lavender shop. I purchased a lavender honey spot and some delightful lemon crunch lavender ice cream. Overall staff were friendly. I would recommend this business for anyone in the area or visiting massanutten.

Seared, nicely spiced, over a bed of grains and greens. And of course we finished with baklava. It was uniquely prepared and presented, and delicious. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the winery and its selection of wines. Rachel guided us through our tasting experience, and she was fantastic. She mentioned that she had been working there for about a year, which honestly surprised us because she was so confident, personable, and entertaining. Her sense of humor and excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. The winery itself is absolutely beautiful. The décor, atmosphere, lighting, furniture, and bar setup were all thoughtfully designed and created an upscale yet comfortable environment. I couldn't stop admiring the space. We also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people during our visit--a group of siblings and their spouses. In an incredibly kind gesture, they paid for our meal and wished to remain anonymous. I couldn't leave without expressing my gratitude for their generosity. What stood out most was how engaging the staff was. They kept conversations flowing, shared laughs with guests, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. While the food wasn't quite as impressive as the wine and service, it was still enjoyable and certainly not bad. Overall, this was the best winery experience I've had, and I look forward to returning whenever I have the chance.
