Really lovely light lunch. It somehow captures a variety of items in a small, easy menu. The baguette sandwiches and simple and delicious. Very generous with food servings and pours! The wine and beer menu has something for everyone. Friendly staff. Love

If your into craft beer or wine this is a great place to stop in. Fun taps, a bite to eat and beer/wine to-go. One of my favorite stops in Staunton!

We saw this shop pop up right when COVID hit and were instantly intrigued. We've ordered a couple of their date night packages and loved them. When they pop up, do yourself a favor and get them! They've always been worth it. We have been into the shop a least a handful of times. All of the staff have been accommodating and pleasant. Never a bad experience. Loaded tots are so good! Wine Wednesday deals are top notch. See for yourself and swing by!

We had been told and tonight we experienced! Yes!!! The Green Room is fantastic!! Delicious Pinot Noir and Cranberry Cider to drink. Yummy pretzel, yummy chips and dip, and an incredible ham and cheese (gruyere)!! I've had a French Ham & Cheese in Reims, France, and this was ver authentic and on point!! So good!! We sat outside and were able to chat with so many friends passing by!! Good times!! We'll be back!! Give them your cash!! #deitzeatz

Nice wine bar with a few different seating areas. Went on New Years Eve- they had decor for the occasion. The food was good (we got the charcuterie board with five options). The service was good too. There was a mini fireplace by our seating area which was nice on a chilly evening.

A fabulous addition to Beverly Street in Staunton !! The Green Room used to be a salon but it's chic makeover boasts a long bar plus some inside tables (and outside tables if it's Friday night!). The beers are the main event. They have rotating brews on tap (and super tall pours) plus cans and glasses of wine. The service is exceptional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus, their food menu is smart and creative (like duck confit tots and a chorizo manchego baguette sandwich). You can't go wrong in the Green Room, try it out and have a great time

I've been here three times now and I enjoyed it every single time. The service has always been great, and their extensive drink menu means there's something for everyone. The charcuterie boards are always 10 out of 10 and I'm so glad that this is one of the first places that a local introduced me to when I moved to Staunton.

Highly impressed with this place. Very well curated menu of small food items and large variety of beers, also with about fifteen wines and a small selection of cocktails. The three cocktails are expertly crafted-- far exceeding expectations. We tried all of them plus several wines and beers, and we were super pleased. Everything was the highest quality. Also appreciate the excellent service and value. Vibe/ambiance super pleasant and modern. Will return anytime I'm in Staunton.

The build-your-own board is a must try! If Benjamin is there, ask for his recommendations!

We stopped in Thursday February 5, 2026. The cozy space, complete with a locally painted on the wall, gives it a warm, welcoming feel. In speaking with the matrade we learned the name of the restaurant comes from the Native American word that has become Shenandoah. After 20 years in business it's clear this place has deep local roots. The staff was friendly and attentive. Kyle, our waiter, did a great job and worked seamlessly with his teammates to make the experience memorable. We started with cocktails -- my wife had the Sage Advice and I had a classic Manhattan. Proper cocktails for sure! The crème brûléed cornbread and sweet potato bisque were standout starters. Probably could have stopped eating after those starters...For mains, my wife loved the pork loin and I enjoyed the pan-seared trout. We finished with the banana mousse, which was absolutely amazing! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're passing through Staunton. definitely worth the stop.

It's a small restaurant so probably why they book up fast but it's nice inside. The bar is nice too. Staff were friendly. We did the crème brûlée cornbread for starters and then I got the ribs which were amazing. They came with fried rice which was good too. My friend got the beet salad, scallops, brussel sprouts, and spaghetti dish. All was delicious as well.

The inside reminds me of a Chili's or Ruby Tuesday, but a bit darker. I think it's a nice atmosphere, appropriate for date night, a group, a family, etc. Our server (who has worked here for 3 years) was friendly and efficient. To start, we ordered a bowl of yesterday's soup special (She crab) and a small order of boiled shrimp. The soup was excellent, creamy, and with small pieces of crab throughout. The shrimp (six in the small order) were prepared well and came with a tangy cocktail sauce. The server brought over a loaf of their complimentary bread, which is actually three breads together in a single loaf. The bread was good (I preferred the dark loaf part) and came with a peach butter. We were told that the butters change periodically. The butter had pieces of peach in it (!) and we enjoyed the novelty. Our server mentioned that they also have a pistachio butter and maple butter. Yum. I ordered a salad with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side. The salad itself was good - fresh, with crisp lettuce, tomato, cucumber, apple, almond pieces, etc. Then there was the dressing. Although I mixed the salad dressing in the cup before tasting it, when I did taste it, it was almost all oil with no discernible vinegar or other flavor. I kept stirring and tasting and nothing. So I abandoned the dressing. For entrees, my partner ordered the charbroiled salmon in herb butter with a side of broccoli. The salmon was prepared well and very tasty. I ordered the mahi-mahi, with the sun-dried tomato butter sauce on the side. The mahi-mahi was well prepared and tasty on its own. Honestly, I tasted the sun-dried tomato butter sauce and it was essentially whipped butter. I didn't think it added anything to the entree so I didn't use it. The potato came with butter and sour cream on the side. The potato was very good. Although we were full and not planning on dessert, the server came over with small cups of peppermint ice cream, calling it a "palate cleanser." It was very good and a nice touch. Other than the salad dressing and the sauce for the fish, it was an excellent meal in a nice atmosphere with good service. When we were leaving at around 7:00 pm, the line was out the door.

Grt them if you like ribs. My only regret and it was my own taste buds the bbq sauce needed some heat. My wife had chicken with artichoke hearts and sauce. She said it was tasty and the sauce sublime. Overall, a must dine at historic restaurant in Staunton.
