Great place to try some great cocktails. The owner was super nice and kept the drinking coming! I really love the German shepherd theme, there was a nice German shepherd "employee" that also greeted us too! The food truck onsite does the best smash burgers and the loaded fries are amazing. It's a definite place to stop by if you are in Luray or heading to the Caverns.

Pretty cool casual spot and NEW! they make all of their own items, drinks were handcrafted and very unique. Plenty of regulars and patrons from the area. We have driven by several times and FINALLY made it a point to go in and see what it's all about. We got 2 drinks each. Many seasonal creations and some classic ones. Customizable with a full bar and options to choose from. Owner was extremely friendly and helped us make our selections.

The staff and owners are amazing. Spirits are wonderful. Cocktails are priced well. Highly recommend visiting!

    Smoked Old fashioned! Let's go!

Great experience! Good drinks, fantastic burgers from the food truck outside. Give it a whirl!

This was my first stop after I checked in to the bnb and it felt good. Alex has done a fantastic job renovating this auto body repair shop in to a comfortable distillery. Very creative space and cocktail list. They have a few snacks. Alex is very warm and welcoming. He is good people. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area. They have tastings and parking across the street. Open noon-5 on weekends. I think this old fashioned was made with white rum. I also had a hot toddy type drink too, definitely warmed me up.

This distillery is family and pet friendly, and the service is very kind and attentive. I got the raspberry delight done as a mocktail and it was one of the best mocktails I've ever had: it had deliciously, perfectly fresh, sweet raspberries, and foam! There is a food truck parked outside that has great food that you can bring inside to consume.

It was a chilly day and we followed the instructions to ring the bell when we were outside. Shout out to the folks here who provide the cute cat with a heated blanket to lay on during cold weather. Members of the staff quickly came by to let us in and we walked into a empty sitting area. To be fair, it was around 3:00pm on a Wednesday. The vibe inside is eclectic, homey, and comfortable. We grabbed a seat at a table near the fire. We had time to review menu. I picked a classic Whiskey Sour and my Mom got one of their warm whiskey cocktails. Both of us really enjoyed ours. We sipped and savored them and just enjoyed a bit of a respite from our road trip. We both got a bottle of their whiskey to take home with us. These aren't your standard whiskeys and they are definitely more expensive than what you'd probably get in the liquor store. We've been enjoying our purchases at home since our visit. Copper Fox is a nice stop and I'd recommend it to folks wanting a break and a beverage.

So you can imagine my surprise when I saw a huge building with their branding. The interior is spacious, with multiple tables for tastings, each with its own bartender. There are far more options to taste than you can try in one sitting, but your server will help you narrow it down to 4. I liked to loved everything I had. They even had some weird options that I was tempted to try but I went for a more traditional flight (although I definitely want to return for the coffee whisky). The only option I wasn't in love with was the smokehouse, but that's just a personal preference. After my tasting I learned they were doing some kind of slushys as well, so I got one of those. I thought it was a very fun, informative experience. I'll also have to try the "Proof" kitchen as well.

Why three stars? It is not a destination place. I am a fan of wineries and breweries that have a bit of ambiance and history to them. This is not one of those places. Upon arrival I wasn't sure if there was a tasting room or not. It looks like a warehouse with no defined parking and no "warmth" to bring customers in. The tasting room has space for 8 people and can be filled with 5. The tasting room is more like a converted office with the expected customer to be a distributor. I asked the server about the history or what makes their whiskey different from others. The answer was "We are between a micro distillery and a large manufacturer." I was hoping for something like grandpas recipes or locally sourced grains but I got nothing. I look for places to be and enjoy a drink with friends. This is not one of those places.
