Bourbon oldie with happy hr menu

Wow, 2nd time visiting for happy hr decided to sit at the bar and I was astonished by the consistency of the cocktail I ordered last week in which "Chloe was and is the bartender" Hands down she's the best on the block. Super outgoing , very knowledgeable extremely talkative I absolutely recommend happy hour on Mondays and sit at the bar and if you rather dine please do it's worth your while..

On behalf of all my family and friends, I want to express profound gratitude to Vincent Chicago for providing such a warm, welcoming, and truly special space for me and my husband on one of the most meaningful days of our lives. As many of you know, planning an event--especially when a simple gathering transforms into something grander--is no small feat. Finding the perfect venue, the right atmosphere, and food that delights every guest can feel overwhelming. But thanks to Rich, Mitch, Chef Luke, and the entire Vincent Chicago team, our celebration became something extraordinary. My heart is overflowing with gratitude for how beautifully they helped us host not just an event, but a moment in time filled with love, laughter, and the people we cherish most. I'll admit, I was a bundle of nerves leading up to the day--completely new to planning a private event and probably more than a little neurotic. But Rich and Mitch were endlessly patient, walking me through every step with kindness and reassurance. They didn't just provide a service--they offered guidance, care, and expertise. They wanted me to trust them, to let go, and to let them do what they do best: craft an unforgettable experience with impeccable hospitality and some of the best food in Chicago. And wow, did they deliver. Speaking of food... our guest list was as eclectic as our love, and let me tell you--everyone was raving. I had been so anxious about portions, but when I saw the sheer quality and generosity of the spread, I was blown away. Every dish was thoughtfully presented, fresh, hot, and flavorful--the perfect brunch balance of breakfast and lunch. And those mini-burgers? They've already become legendary among our friends. Days later, people are still talking about them. LOL. If you're looking for a private event space in Chicago, Vincent Chicago is the place. Our group of 30 fit perfectly, but the space can easily accommodate more. It's intimate yet open, brimming with charm, and even has a fantastic sound system to set the perfect vibe with your own playlist. And the service? Flawless. The entire staff worked as one seamless team, never missing a beat, never feeling rushed--just pure, effortless hospitality. Many talk about community, but it's places like Vincent Chicago that truly make it possible. Spaces like this don't just host events--they foster connections, celebrate love, and bring people together in the most beautiful way. Rich, Mitch, Chef Luke, and the entire team--thank you. Thank you for giving us a space not just to celebrate, but to feel seen, embraced, and at home. We will never forget it.

It was really bad, not sure how it has such a high Yelp rating. We sat on the patio where the staff would let pan handlers ask for money throughout the meal service on the patio itself. The panhandler touched and fingered my silverware which was disgusting. When we declined giving him money he gave us a finger gesture meaning "f you". The staff literally stood and watched this happen at every table and did nothing to stop or ask them to leave. We ordered steak tartare, escargot, and I got the gnocchi. The steak tartare looked disgusting on the plate and it tasted like they cut in lots of root vegetables to reduce the amount of meat. The escargot came with minimal garlic oil so the taste of snail was forefront. The gnocchi was absolutely awful- somehow they managed to burn the outside while leaving the inside doughy and chewy. It was disgusting. Vincent is a hard pass and would not advise dining here. It's relatively expensive, they don't seem to know how to cook, and the staff ignores major issues impacting meal service.

Couldn't have had a better experience. We had to meet early for a play, we had plenty of time to enjoy a mezcal old-fashioned and a spectacular charcuterie board of cheeses and meats and other delicious things that crunched and crackled and tasted wonderful!! we also ordered pierogies which were tasty and piping hot, and a mushroom gnocchi - pillowy goodness!! Our waiter was fantastic, attentive, helpful, and fun. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I have lived in the area for over 5 years and had been meaning to try Vincent for much of that time. Last Friday night was finally the night. I had been wanting a really good French 75 for a couple of weeks, and Vincent delivered. My cocktail was excellent! Well balanced, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. My husband had one of their bourbon cocktails that was on the happy hour menu and he enjoyed it immensely. The atmosphere is that of an upscale bar/restaurant without feeling snooty. The room was filled with parties that seemed to be enjoying after work drinks, or folks on a date. It was really positive and fun. Our service was excellent. We stayed well past when our drinks were finished and never felt rushed out the door. To my embarrassment - I was so tipsy I forgot to tip! When I realized my error I went back the next day to correct it, and they were so nice and understanding. Will definitely be back to try the main courses! Maybe even on a night when they have live music.

Stacked unapologetically high, this burger is everything you want and more: juicy, perfectly seared patties layered with melty cheese, crispy bacon, and those golden, crunchy fried onions that take it completely over the top. Every bite is rich, savory, and just messy enough to remind you you're eating something seriously good. The toasted bun somehow holds it all together (barely), soaking up every bit of flavor without getting lost in the chaos. And then... the shoestring fries. Thin, crispy, golden perfection--light but addictive, with that ideal crunch that makes it impossible to stop at just one (or ten). They're the kind of fries you keep reaching for without even realizing it, especially dipped in that creamy, tangy sauce on the side. And let's not forget the drinks--just as good as the food. Refreshing, perfectly balanced, and the kind you sip slow while taking it all in (but somehow they disappear way too fast). It's not just a burger--it's one of Chicago's most iconic bites for a reason. Bold, indulgent, and absolutely worth every single napkin you'll need after. The ambiance inside is GORGEOUS!

Loved the 90s female R&B playlist they had going! Little Bad Wolf has been on my list FOR YEARS to try the burger! My husband got the burger with fried onions and I got some Bao because those also looked delicious and were a popular menu item. Honestly the 3 stars are only that high because of the service. Our server was friendly and attentive + the food came out hot and quick. Unfortunately, the food was pretty disappointing. The burger was swimming in a puddle of grease and just picking it up made your hands greasy + was dripping grease. The fries that came with it were floppy, soggy, and sad...but at least warm? I personally wouldn't order this again. The Bao were better, but small for the price and honestly were just okay? It was nice they gave you sauces you could add, but I found the Bao's to already have enough sauce so I didn't need them. Overall I left feeling confused and disappointed. I don't feel the need to come back here - Little Bad Will was a one and done experience for me.

We both loved our beverages and were very happy! To eat, we started with the brown butter broccolini side. It was so delicious, decadent, and flavorful. We will definitely get this again! The absinthe mist, despite being just that, has a way of doing that. I want to give some credit to the service. While the bar was shorthanded at the time, the barman on duty did his very best as a one-man show. Can't fault them too much, someone calls out sick last minute, and that's that. However, if there is something I can hold against them it's the heat! I'm not sure why, but the upon coming in, the place was HOT! It took a hot minute, but I finally made it in. I cannot say the experience was bad, but at the same time I don't find myself itching to stop back in. I had the opportunity to try the Ancestral and a Mint to Be. With the Ancestral, this one didn't do it for me. I am very familiar with Mellow Corn whiskey, and expected something more spirit forward with a little heat from the Chipotle-Adobo Syrup. As much as I hate to say it, I felt that this cocktail both was and fell flat. Not wanting to leave disappointed, and because I didn't want to look for a second bar that night, I ordered a Mint to Be. Now, when a friend orders mint-anything, I joke that they're ordering toothpaste-flavored-that-thing. That said, I am pleased to report that this one was decidedly not toothpaste flavored. Both the use of sweetness and mint was mild and pleasant. I also liked that this one was more spirit forward. At the same time, I wouldn't go as far as to say this is something I would order again. For lack of better terms, I felt it was a little plain. When it comes to the service, this too left a bit to be desired. It felt a little slow and inattentive, especially given that it wasn't very busy at the time. The best thing about the experience? Believe it or not, the Bar Mix. It was like a bougie-ish chex mix and pretty inexpensive at that. Not a bad way to get something in your stomach to slow down alcohol absorption. In terms of their vibe, it's unique in that it used to be a pharmacy (hence the name!). I do wish there was a little more memorabilia, but I suppose some is better than none. Final verdict: La Pharmacie had some good ideas, but in execution, I'm afraid they fall short across the board. This has to do with the service, vibe, and the drinks themselves.
