I would never buy anything online from this company again. What makes it even more egregious is the owner buys a second home for over 200,000,000 , seemingly thanks to giving customers the shaft.

I walked in the store knowing I wanted to buy a sweater. I walked up to a male employee he ignored me so I asked another employee for a size. She called over another employee. She was an older employee and was very nice, friendly and patient. She even made a suggestion regarding the size which I appreciate it. Her suggestion helped m pick the right size. I visited during Christmas/ New Years time; therefore, they were offering hot chocolate and cookies. Hot chocolate was a nice gesture and perfect touch for the cold weather. For value, I would say bags and clothing items are expensive, but worth it. Since quality is better and worth the price. I gave four stars only for the outstanding customer service by the lady who helped me. Otherwise my rating would be one star.

The energy was immediately cold and unwelcoming, like we were being sized up the second we walked through the door. Nil, the CSR, was dismissive & refused to serve us. Instead of a luxury shopping experience, it felt uncomfortable and honestly a bit demeaning. No greeting, no effort to assist--just an unmistakable vibe that we didn't "belong." For a brand that prides itself on timeless elegance and hospitality, this location completely missed the mark. Rodeo Drive has no shortage of high-end stores that actually know how to treat people with basic respect. I'd recommend spending your time (and money) elsewhere.

Now, my $220 jeans have worn through in 6 months, they no longer make the tshirts, but it gets worse. The sales staff in their stores are uniformly rude (Lamar in Greenwich store is the single worst salesperson I've ever encountered). And now, the coup de grace - every return I've made is STATED as taking "7 business days", but every return I've made takes 3 weeks and an email to INITIATE the return PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 3-5 days " To post to your account" . This is absolute BS - Are you in some kind of financial trouble??? Customer service now does NOT sign or state their names. I AM DONE WITH THIS P.O.S. Company

At Brentwood, Brian and Romero have been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and honest in guiding fit and selections. They actually listen, which makes all the difference--especially when you're trying to get something as specific as the right pant fit. And more recently, Nancy at the Camarillo outlet went out of her way to help coordinate sizing, share photos, and make the process easy and seamless. That level of care--especially across locations--is rare. What stands out most is the consistency: no pressure, no upselling--just smart, attentive service and a genuine desire to help you find what actually works. It makes shopping feel easy! Thank you!

I was never dying to own a MK handbag, but I just wanted to see if there was anything I would like this time around. I was looking for a black purse. I wanted something small since I'm not a big handbag type of gal. I contemplated buying the Hamilton satchel. I first locked eyes on a black leather shoulder bag from the collection, and I knew it was "the one." This purse was simple yet sophisticated with no flashy logos or initials. It was a nice surprise to see that it was on sale for 65% off. There were also several purses that were 50% off. Mito was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brand. He was nice, attentive, and friendly. I will definitely return to this location if I plan to splurge on another MK handbag purchase.

Since then, the staff has all changed as it will, yet the service had become consistently worse. I figured I'd try Century City since I'm here often, yet I never thought of shopping AllSaints here. Truth is, I was technically shopping in Las Vegas to gain points where I was staying (which now ceased since MGM took over). At first, it started off in the way I had become accustomed to; employees ignoring me yet there were a few customers being tended to in the shop, one with a very loud whiny son. Finally, a nice guy with glasses offered me help (first thing I did was thank him for noticing to make a point) and it only got better from there. It did take a while to grab a pair of pants while I waited in the fitting room (I think he might have actually forgotten), but I was trying on a couple other items in the meantime, and the pants were brought over after a friendly reminder. There was a skirt I was interested in that was not available anywhere, but I realized I could fold down the waistband to make it work if I went up a size. A bonus was the free shipping-even for sale items which this was-to be sent to your home (they cannot ship to the store) and I'm now waiting for the tracking information to arrive. I only wish they sent to PO BOXES since I don't trust my building, but this all worked out and I'm happy with my purchase. Looking forward to my next piece from AllSaints-
