The staff here are super sweet! Love shopping at Lulu because the founder is from Los Angeles and his mom was the first female lifeguard at the Plunge Pool in Mission Beach (San Diego). This location is great because it usually has a good range of sizes and selection of items that several other locations may not have. The employees are all friendly and helpful as well. Parking is easy across the street (2 hours free before nighttime rates apply). Came here on a Saturday morning to exchange some pants I got for my BF that I ordered online. The store is so nice, clean and spacious! It's super organized and they have a lot of product here. I introduced my BF to Lulu clothing recently. He's usually super picky with clothes and Lulu has been a success! For his bday I ordered some pants that were too long. We decided to come to the BH store for a trip so he can try on other sizes. The guy who helped us was really sweet and helpful. Very informative about the different styles and products. The store was empty to it was nice! The layout and interior design of this store was one of the best I've seen. Clean and spacious and like I said, they have so much product! It makes it nice and relaxing to browse around and look at stuff when it stuff isn't just crammed and piled on top of each other. Great experience and good job Lulu! I've always had great experiences shopping at lululemon at other locations for years and my most recent experience here was disappointing. I was trying to return an online item that was unworn, in perfect condition, and within the 30 day return policy. I had the receipts in both online and physical forms and ended up spending over 30 minutes trying to return one item. I was told to pull up multiple emails, download the lululemon app and login just to be told to call customer service because the receipts didn't show my payment method. I ended up going to another store that same day and successfully making the return with the same receipts. I understand if maybe they didn't want to return the item if it was for their numbers or commission reasons but this was an online order which shouldn't have impacted the store's numbers at all. read more

The staff are taking all he COVID precautions and making sure their masks actually cover their noses! Yay! I had to get some in-house hemming done on some yoga pants, and even then the length did not fit just quite right when it was done. It's not as good of a fit when you have to hem yoga pants designed for much taller people then clothing designed for petite people. The proportions and where things bulge or wrinkle and where things are tight are different. I really hope that Lululemon comes up with some petite lines because it just doesn't fit everyone. read more

This location is my favorite and I've been to the others in Santa Monica and Brentwood as well. I visited Samo a few years ago, and it was decent. Brentwood was okay, the salespeople weren't very friendly or helpful. But, every time I enter this BH store, I'm always greeted happily. This makes a difference to me because it sets the mood and experience. I like that they are helpful and don't hesitate to bring you other sizes or colors that you're interested in. This great customer service has convinced me to stop in at Lululemon every weekend for the past month. Yeah, my wallet probably isn't too happy with me, but I can't say no to the cute tanks and pants! And speaking of money, make sure you check for sale items. There isn't a specific sale rack, but there are sale items hidden in between the regular priced merchandise. That's the only thing I would change about this place. Sale rack, please! I don't think I've ever given any Lululemon store less than four stars. But this location is out of line. Two associates singing to N'sync's bye bye bye. Oh, you didn't see me...right? There was no greeting when I got there-fine, I understand because dancing is so much more important. There was no one coming to help me, or ask if I was looking for something. Serious, I didn't think that could ever happen at a Lululemon store. When I looked around, there were at least 3 associates wandering around. Oh you close at 7? Well it's not 7, it was around 6 pm when I walked in. Last straw was that two ladies walked out - probably with the same treatment I had, but at least the associate said "Thank you, have a good night". However, when I walked out - nothing. nothing. Yeah.... this will be the last time I show up at this location and try to spend some of my money on some overpriced items. I understand that you are Beverly hills. So here's the story. Went to lululemon Pasadena to buy a Pacific Beach Hoodie. Took it home and tried it on only to notice the stitching caused the garment to pull right and off center when zipped. Was the last one at Pasadena, so off to SaMo lululemon. SaMo lululemon is pretty awesome. They are always helpful, and this visit was no exception. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and asked if I needed an exchange. I explained the defect and the SA immediately pulled a replacement which was folded on the table. I tried it on real quick. It fit a little snug, but the zipper was centered and it made me look totally buffed out! Nice! I'll take it! ;-) I take the hoodie home and look at the tag, it's a Medium! Blasted! I really loved the way this jacket fit and looked on me, but I'm gonna have to wash it some time, and I'm sure it will shrink a tiny bit. But with such a tailored fit as it was already, I'd surely bound to rip it and feel like 'fat guy in little coat.' Oh well, time to take it back. :-( Enter Beverly Hills lululemon. This wonderful boutique is located on the hallowed grounds of Rodeo Dr. As you roll up, you'll notice that curb side metered parking is brutal but not completely impossible. It's $.25 for each 8 minutes. Since you will be heading to lululemon, you may opt to park in the structure next to Williams-Sonoma. This structure offers two-hour free parking. Pull in, grab your ticket, find a stall, and off to lululemon across the street. Beautiful people work here, I mean really, really beautiful people...and not only in appearance! They are super friendly. Engaging. Not snobby. Helpful. As I entered this boutique, there was a lot of hustle and bustle with several SA's assisting patrons so I walked right up to the counter and experienced the smoothest exchange transaction in my life. This tall blonde hair blue eyed beauty of a SA assisted me. She was cool and extremely down to earth. I explained my situation and she was like, 'no problem, it's not a trouble at all. I'll grab you a Large right here. Here you go. Would you like to try it on?' So, I tried it on. It wasn't the snug fit that I will miss, but it is the perfect fit nonetheless. So back to the register processing the exchange. More conversation and then exchange was complete. Quick and painless! I wished every business managed refunds and exchanges like lululemon. I've worked with Sam Flores (she's an incredible human) and many of her other team members that take the extra step to get to know me. For the rest of us ladies, Lululemon is a veritable smorgasbord of stretchypants fashion. In fact, screw jeans, who needs anything but quick-dry cotton blends in life? Not me, no sir. Not only did I find bootylicious running shorts in the colors of "blind me Barbie" hot pink and "this is so 80s all I need is a fanny pack" magenta, but their selection of sports bras runs all the way from wrap-around to 'lift and separate'. LIFT AND SEPARATE! Playboy bunnies and women in the itty bitty committee can all rejoice in such an advanced bra operation. It even comes with some sort of anti-stink band - which is what you think it is - although I have no idea HOW, but um, okay, it can't hurt, I guess. Additionally, every Sunday the store holds FREE morning fitness classes - everything from yoga to bootcamp. So even the poor souls who complain they can't work out because they can't afford a gym membership have no room for excuses here. That is, until you fall head over heels for all the beautiful stretchypants and 'whoops!' there goes the bank account again. Oh, Lululemon. The ridiculous name alone evokes a strain of singular retardedness that I should have picked up on as an ominous warning to stay away. I quote their website, "The lululemon name was chosen in a survey of 100 people from a list of 20 brand names and 20 logos. The logo is actually a stylized "A" that was made for the first letter in the name "athletically hip", a name which failed to make the grade." Umm..where did they find these people? The retarded people club? Out of 100 people, "athletically hip" and "lululemon" were the frontrunners? Really...couldn't they name it what it really is" Store for people who couldn't give a crap about the environment but want to look hot while they appear to be sporty and eco-friendly" Much better, me thinks. Housed in a new-agey space on Beverly Drive, the hardwood floors and chakra responsive decor seem to simultaneously scream "Yes, I care about the earth and environment and use Dr. Brommer and brush my teeth with Tom's of Maine toothpaste, you philistines" while also still recognizing that the clientele are a bunch of wealthy yuppies who gulp Starbucks in their plastic cups and drove over to the store in an Escalade. I am not particularly self-righteous about eco-stuff. I have been known to take meandering car rides and club baby seals and such-I just can't stand the pseudo-enviornmental BS that is spreading through Southern California like wildfire. Ok..the clothes are nice. They cradle those rock-hard asses that are molded by obsessive yoga-ing and starving; they do a great public service in allowing middle aged women to feel sporty when they meet their other friends for tea or lunch. So, my little (and much more athletically successful) sister and I stopped by the store last week to pick up a few pairs of yoga pants and running shorts for her. She has that kind of scary body that looks great in stretch. Unfortunately, we chose the day that all of the rejects from the Beverly Hills actors studio must have been let out of their classes early to become sales assistants at this store. The experience did not start out completely evil- two helpful spandex-clad associates smiled at us and then went back to chatting with the gaggle of unoccupied associates crowded around the folding table. Minnie Driver was in the store and this became a major point of tittering excitement for everyone. After deciding on some 50 dollar shorts and some ungodly expensive pants, my sister and I lined up for the register which only had two people waiting. So, we waited..and waited..and waited. One of the employees had her family friend cut in front of everyone so she could probably give them an employee discount...then we waited...and waited. 15 minutes. Yes. What took so long? Literally, the two people working at the cash registers must have been IQ challenged. The woman spent a good hmmm...5 minutes carefully and methodically folding a pair of white stretch pants made of spandex. Spandex is meant to house crotch sweat! 5 minutes to fold it seemed outrageous. The entire waiting period drove both us us nuts..and as a high school teacher it takes A LOT to drive me crazy. Oh, lulu! You are the lone athletic store that makes my heart all a flutter due to adoration, not anxiety. And that's because you love my body JUST THE WAY IT IS, in all its glorious curves. Your clothes are expensive (oh how my wallet cries) but I know I can't look this good in any other brand. Exercising can be a vulnerable experience, but if I'm looking good and feeling confident, that's going to get me off the couch. I loooooooove the scoop neck tank - I own 2 and could always use more. So supportive of "the girls," and incredibly flattering. I also own two pairs of shorts (one for running, one for yoga), and a Wunder Under Crop that fits like a glove. I used to always shy away from form fitting pieces, but my god, do they make my butt look good! The staff here is super friendly - sometimes too friendly, especially if you're the only one in the store.
