I was so offended by the sales associate who basically had told me to move, that I did not purchase anything and I will likely not return to shop here again.

My wife picked out the shirts she wanted, only to find out the promotion didn't work the way it was presented. We decided to leave without buying anything. If you're going to advertise a deal, be upfront about how it actually works.

Instead of issuing a refund, Hermès claimed I caused the damage, which is completely untrue. When I sent them the photos, they refused to review them because I opened a bank dispute to protect myself. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. I followed every step correctly, and Hermès still refused to take responsibility for sending a defective item.

Jackie assisted me in bringing different sizes to me in the dressing room and helping me choose between pieces. It felt like a boutique experience even thought J Jill is a chain. The majority of their clothes are definitely geared more to the over 30 crowd. ( However, they have some classic pieces that a woman of any age would love- like their beautiful scarves, and the Pure Jill line can be more trendy) I found great outfits for work-I love their Wearever line! I look professional but feel like I'm wearing pajamas because the clothes are so comfortable (which is ALWAYS my goal).
