Stopped in Tory Burch Outlet ahead of Black Friday to see if they had anything appealing in store…read more I was pleased to see that they were already running some Holiday Deal (50% off with an addition 10-20% off!). I enjoy the TB Outlet as it's one of the few brands that don't make separate inventory at a lower quality level to sell. One can expect the same level of craftsmanship as regular stores here. When entering the store, I was greeted by Joan. She went above and beyond during my shopping experience to make recommendations, hold product for me, and answer all of my questions. I decided to stop back at the end of my visit and ended up purchasing a handbag & perfume set. Joan remembered me and my name immediately. If my purchases go on sale further for black friday, she let me know they can make an easy price adjustment with my receipt in store. The customer service level she gave me was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Joan!

Buyer beware!!! My wife had purchase a couple items from Tory Burch and decided to make a return…read moreon one particular item within a thirty day period. Upon making the return she was told that Tory Burch had a max two week return policy and that her return was two days too late. After pleading her case and explaining she was totally unaware of the two week return policy. The cashier explained that the return policy is clearly written on the back side of the receipt being that no where within the store does it post a two week returns only. After pleading her return case in depth. The store did except her return. Moral of the story is ask your store associates about the return policy be for purchasing. Because most people have very busy personal and work schedules that can not accommodate un- posted return policies. Thank you Tory Birch for giving my wife the pass.

I had a great experience at Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The mall is extremely clean, well…read moremaintained, and has a really nice food court with plenty of options. Parking is convenient and easy to access, though some spots can feel a bit tight. What stood out most was the quality and variety of stores. I loved seeing favorites like Calvin Klein, American Eagle, and Bath & Body Works, along with many luxury retailers. It truly feels like there's something for everyone, no matter your style or budget. Overall, this mall offers a wide range of shopping experiences and does a great job catering to different tastes so I'd definitely come back.

So let me get this straight: Not only are you now charging $13 for parking that was free for years,…read morebut you've outsourced the 'experience' to a tech company that tracks my every move. It's transparently greedy. We all know you're too cheap to install actual kiosk boxes, so you've offloaded the work onto the customers. You think it's 'convenient' because we don't have to download an app and can just 'text to pay,' but that's just a clever way to link my phone number and credit card to your invasive computer vision surveillance. Standing in a drafty garage, scanning QR codes, and handing over my personal data just to spend money at your stores is not 'innovation'--it's a data-mining chore. Between the constant plate-scanning and the 'AI' tracking my vehicle, you've turned a simple shopping trip into a privacy nightmare. I'll be taking the 'convenient' route of shopping online or driving to a suburban mall that still understands what 'free parking' means and doesn't treat its patrons like test subjects in a tech lab.

WOW what an incredible waste of time & effort. One of my wife's co-workers comes here and buys…read moregifts for Christmas most of which nobody needs. The thought is nice so I shouldn't be such an Ahole. Anywho she planted the bug in my wife's ear & my wife asked me a few weeks ago to keep the day open to come here with her. That being said here we is and I can honestly say it's not worth the time or effort to come out here to Schaumburg from Chicago. (Or anyplace else for that matter). All it is is a giant flea market where the merchandise is substandard quality therefore the substandard prices. If you pay at the door there is a $10 admission/person, but since we preregistered it was $5. It still not worth the admission and it doesn't make it any less painless. After cruisin around and looking at the endless aisles of garbage (ooops did I say that out loud) I camped out in the back and am writing my glowing flattering review of this exciting event. Uhhh do I detect a hint of sarcasm). I could be doing any of number of things more exiting like watching the Bears get slaughtered, raking leaves, sleeping or watching my toe nails grow. All I can say is Yee F--kin ha!!! If you're absolutely bored out of your freakin skull don't come here because this is far worse. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I can't rate it any lower.

I am a fan of the JF&A shows…read more If you're looking to save some $, attend the shows when they're in Schaumburg; parking is free. Unless you're taking a bus, taxi or Ubering, you'll pay to park in Rosemont. I also recommend visiting during the week when crowds aren't so hectic, or visit on Sunday when vendors are discounting their merchandise. The junkier the stuff, the deeper the discount. 4/5 because I strongly dislike the aggressive salespeople who are working at some of the booths. I especially dislike the ones who want to straighten my hair and try to sell me a $300 flat iron. That's the price you pay when you have long hair, I guess.
