Technically this shopping emporium is in suburban Rosemont, and hardcore shoppers from out of town have been known to make some last-minute purchases here before flying out of nearby O'Hare Airport. Most local shoppers drive here, and grouse about the cost of parking to shop here. We arrived via the free shuttle bus that makes a circuit around Rosemont hotspots and connects to the Rosemont CTA Blue Line station. We are not huge shoppers, but we enjoyed checking out a variety of stores and eyeballing the public art installations. There were deals to be had if you wanted them. We also enjoyed a couple of free treats from the wonderful chocolate shops, and there is a decent food court if you need a bite to eat. Amazingly there is also a 7-11 where you can get a beverage or snack, and the prices seem to be the same as those in standard 7-11 stores not embedded in shopping emporiums.

However, if you shop in the stores, make sure to ask for parking validation--you can get up to 3 hours free, which is very helpful. Overall, it's a really nice place for shopping. You can find a wide variety of stores, including many great and even luxury brands, so there's something for everyone. The mall itself is very clean, modern, and comfortable, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Definitely a good spot if you're planning a shopping day.

She knew the initial shoe I was looking for was out of stock. But when I asked about another shoe, she began comparing the in-stock shoe to the out of stock shoe. The features were comparable but it was half the price and it was in stock. It's also good to note, I usually wear a 10 1/2, but in this shoe 10 1/2 was too big. The 10 fit perfectly, so I was glad I came to the store, instead of buying online. Char, our cashier was wonderful. She was attentive and honored my online coupon. She even informed us about additional discounts. I save over a $100 with this purchase instead of the initial purchase, I intended to make. I was extremely pleased. Let's recap: Initial shoe was on sale but wasn't in stock. In-stock shoe was on sale but significantly cheaper than initial shoe. Some of their selected items are on sale so you can save a lot of money. I chose to buy him a long sleeve polo. The fabric was thin and it's not too hot to wear. Staff said that it was comfortable to wear. She's nice and helps me to choose. Aside from that I also bought a jacket for my husband. Its thick and good for winter days. I was informed that they did have the right size and would be able to complete return. After waiting for 20 minutes since they only had one cashier. I was informed by a women supervisor that per the direction of her district supervisor items could not be returned to the store. The women supervisor didn't take ownership nor did she apologize for failing to provide accurate information to her employees. I called Finish Line customer support to be informed that the store should of taken the return and given the exchange.

They act annoyed when you ask for a fitting room and roll their eyes when you have too many. I asked a lady who was African American for help and she dismissed me then asked me to move. When I asked where I should put the following items she seemed annoyed of my question. There is also another young lady who was rude and made me not want to try anything else on. Need to improve their costumer service for people to want to come. The selection is good but depending when you are going, otherwise I recommend just going to TJ Maxx for the better service
