I was visiting from California and my niece took me to the Fashion Outlet Way to window shop, we walked around and decided to walk into the Cole Haan store, I'm always on the look out for cute ankle boots and out of the blue sales associate John asked my shoe size and came back with the most amazing boots. Visited the store today, looking for a particular boot. Unfortunately the didn't have it. Salesperson who greeted me upon entering the store, I believe here name was Pamela, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew the initial shoe I was looking for was out of stock. But when I asked about another shoe, she began comparing the in-stock shoe to the out of stock shoe. The features were comparable but it was half the price and it was in stock. It's also good to note, I usually wear a 10 1/2, but in this shoe 10 1/2 was too big. The 10 fit perfectly, so I was glad I came to the store, instead of buying online. Char, our cashier was wonderful. She was attentive and honored my online coupon. She even informed us about additional discounts. I save over a $100 with this purchase instead of the initial purchase, I intended to make. I was extremely pleased. Let's recap: Initial shoe was on sale but wasn't in stock. In-stock shoe was on sale but significantly cheaper than initial shoe. Great customer service, from the greeting, product Q&A, and check-out. The customer service I received before my visit, while shopping and while returning something was beyond phenomenal!! Andreas took my call. I was looking for shoes in a certain color and size. He looked through the store, pulled the shoes, gave me the style numbers and waited for me to look them up on my computer. He then put the ones I wanted on hold for me and gave me the name of the Manager who would be working the next day. When I arrived at the store a vivaciously warm and friendly Manager named Pam greeted me as if we were best friends. Another man working named Chad was equally friendly and helpful. Wow! I felt so welcome and appreciated. Pam patiently went through the shoes that were on hold and helped me look around the store for any other options they might have. I decided on several pairs of shoes for my son and even a pair for myself. Everything worked out except one pair. As I walked in wearing my new shoes, Pam greeted me by name and laughed when we noticed we were wearing matching shoes. Chad was there and remembered me as well. I was very impressed with the beautiful store, quality products and most of all the personable service that made me forget my first visit. Just walking by the mall stopped by Cole Haan and as soon as i walked in a lady Tasharia offered to help if necessary, so that was a plus. I looked around and I did look at some shoes and since she was paying attention she asked if I needed to look at a particular size and I did. She also let me know what was the sale about and informed me about the different types of shoes. I ended up buying due to the service. Got some shoes, socks and a wallet, best of all it was at a good price. the Cole Haan shoes that I already own are of good quality and they have lasted a long time with me so that's why I bought these new ones. I shopped this store during the holiday season and it was a wonderful experience. The sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. They didn't have the size I needed on the floor but she was able to find it in the back for me. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit properly once I returned home and I found myself needing to return them. I don't live close to this store, so I had to return them via USPS. They were so professional and called to make sure the return was processed correctly. I have spoken with several associates over the past few weeks with questions and follow ups and every single one of them has been nothing but kind, courteous and professional. I truly think this is one of the best shopping experiences I have had, even if the shoes didn't work out! read more

Best customer service! They always have a great selection. Well stocked on sizes we needed. Even if you're just window shopping, feel comfortable looking around in here and checking out all of their trendy looks. Prices were also less than anyplace I had checked before. The problem we have is our closet seems to be getting smaller with the shoes we've purchased. The most important part here is that the employees are very pleasant and super professional. My beagle chewed my favorite pair of Cole Haan high heels into not-so-fashionable peep toes. He's into that deconstructed fashion look. I'm not. Furious, I bookmarked every Cole Haan store within a reasonable radius. I ended up purchasing a similar pair via DSW, but going to the Cole Haan store made it onto my bucket list. These shoes are FABULOUS. Someday, when I have more disposable income, I will come back. And I will BUY ALL THE SHOES! It smells incredible in here. Do you smell that? New. Italian. Leather. It's clean, it's organized. It's possibly the supplier of the world's most perfect selection of classy, comfortable, work appropriate shoes. There's a small section in the back of the store of clearance merchandise including sandals that were 70% off. Prices are reasonable considering this is quality merchandise. You will spend a small chunk of change on shoes, but trust me, it's WORTH it. read more

I would recommend this location... Particularly because of their employees. Shar was very helpful. She engaged me in conversation about my purchase and I shared they were a gift for my bf. I mentioned I was taking him out that day and giving him his present. She went above and beyond making sure the shoes weren't scratched and fixed the small scratch on the cardholder. We had a terrible experience at this location with Amelia. My boyfriend and I own over 20 pairs of Cole Haans combined, and they have just lost our loyalty due to very bad customer service. I returned a pair of boots that were severely scuffed and torn after TWO HOURS OF WEAR and she was completely unapologetic and rude; she was not understanding of our situation and did NOTHING to make the situation right. We asked for some flexibility in getting our money back instead of store credit as we were only one week over the 30 day policy, and her answer was "This is our policy." I explained to her that I was not planning on returning these shoes, and have never had a pair of shoes in my life that tore after just hours of wear, but it was as if I was speaking to the wall. There was no reaction or understanding on her part. I have worked in retail for 8 years and am in Corporate Sales now, so I know a thing or two about customer services and Brand Experience. Cole Haan is about standing by their craftsmanship and their brand experience, which Amelia completely failed to do. This company has now lost two loyal customers. We will be taking our business to a brand that values the amount of money we spend there and doesn't stand by their defective product. read more

Truly disgusted by the ridiculous "watchful eye" of the blonde woman that works here. My husband and I have twice now, experienced this. She has literally stood and watched every movement, listened to our conversations to the point where we are so uncomfortable, we walked out and did not purchase the items we wanted. It is extremely rude and unnecessary. I guess we don't look "rich" enough to be able to afford anything at this OUTLET store. If Cole Haan is so worried about people stealing, I wish they would get security officer instead of having this woman be so awkward that we don't want to be in the store. Shame on you. read more

Worst customer experience!!!! The sales girl had absolutely no desire to sell any thing. She did not bother to even respond to any questions I had for her. I wanted to buy a brown leather bag as I saw it while walking by. My brother said it is nice, let's buy that. We had 100% decided to buy it when we walked in the store. The store was completely empty (no other customers) but apparently she did not care to provide any customer service and never responded to my questions. She did not greet us, she did not bother to respond if the bag was available in any other color or the price of the bag. We were had come in last evening between 7 pm - 8 pm. read more
