Hands-down the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I show up with over 20 minutes before they were even supposed to close and the door is locked and there's a line of customers just staring and one was almost crying and I'm like what happened? She drove an hour to return something and the guy wouldn't let her in. I pounded on the door until he opened for her! And then he still asked if it was within the 14 day policy. Rude. And he didn't let any other people in but he was fully staffed. Should be fired!!!

I realized that many reviews were coming from a "customer's" perspective. Let me provide this one with a "retail salesperson's" perspective. Trust me, if Red Lobster can "seafood" differently, I can make a great "sale" on offering as much information as I can with my years of luxury-retail selling and retail management. Although I work at another store on the same floor, rarely do I get out of my store and look around rest of the mall. I decided to head out to Tory Burch this afternoon, without a rhyme or reason. The store was busy on the Saturday before Easter. For some reason I felt the traffic was comparable to the world-famous Black Friday, except there were more serious shoppers, who finally showed up at the mall today. I don't know about your yelpers' shopping behaviors, but one of many luxury-retailer common goals is to convert a "looker" into a "buyer." The term is called "conversion." Almost all stores on the second floor of the Fashion Outlets of Chicago have the "conversion counter" to calculate the number of people coming in, versus the number of people who actually have made a purchase. With that being said, I don't attempt to mess around with a store's conversion by coming in and out without a defined purpose or an intention to purchase. I went into Tory Burch this afternoon, but there wasn't much to tickle my fancy. I bet some associates were realizing that I wasn't going to make a big sale with anyone of them, so they started with some typical customer-service techniques: "are you doing ok so far? Let me know if you have any question." For me, those phrases are so generic and lacking sincerity. In the end, I purchased a pair of earrings that I knew I would be able to make a good use with my tortoise ring from Michael Kors that I wear constantly on my days off. I knew that was a small amount of sale ($39), but I should be just as important as some other customers who purchase $500 and plus. I felt ignored somehow. I know many people who work in retail aren't "committed" to what they do. In other words, their current "jobs" consider transient and temporary. I don't disagree with them. However, I value personal interactions and first impressions in a high-end selling environment. I may be fond of Tory Burch products, yet no one truly engaged with me while I was shopping. Working in retail is all about diligence, consistency, and dedications. Unfortunately, I see lots of profiling, selectivity, impatience, and short-cuts. Anyways, I might have shared too much with my retail insights and digressed just a little bit. Retail, overall, is a tricky business. Tory Burch may be a prestigious brand, but who will be willing to drop $500 on a handbag or a pair of boots if I'm not acknowledged as someone who can potentially do business with?

Wow, amazing deals I just got a beautiful dress that was $320 for $88. Called my mom and asked her if she wanted anything while I was here. I am not sure when the opportunity will arise that I am back here but I am having fun here.

Great staff. Not a lot of options. Nice store. I went in because I was from out of town so I was pleased with the experience.

Store basically empty, yet a 30 minute line. No communication at all. Simply unacceptable. Enough said.

We all know you're too cheap to install actual kiosk boxes, so you've offloaded the work onto the customers. You think it's 'convenient' because we don't have to download an app and can just 'text to pay,' but that's just a clever way to link my phone number and credit card to your invasive computer vision surveillance. Standing in a drafty garage, scanning QR codes, and handing over my personal data just to spend money at your stores is not 'innovation'--it's a data-mining chore. Between the constant plate-scanning and the 'AI' tracking my vehicle, you've turned a simple shopping trip into a privacy nightmare. I'll be taking the 'convenient' route of shopping online or driving to a suburban mall that still understands what 'free parking' means and doesn't treat its patrons like test subjects in a tech lab.

The thought is nice so I shouldn't be such an Ahole. Anywho she planted the bug in my wife's ear & my wife asked me a few weeks ago to keep the day open to come here with her. That being said here we is and I can honestly say it's not worth the time or effort to come out here to Schaumburg from Chicago. (Or anyplace else for that matter). All it is is a giant flea market where the merchandise is substandard quality therefore the substandard prices. If you pay at the door there is a $10 admission/person, but since we preregistered it was $5. It still not worth the admission and it doesn't make it any less painless. After cruisin around and looking at the endless aisles of garbage (ooops did I say that out loud) I camped out in the back and am writing my glowing flattering review of this exciting event. Uhhh do I detect a hint of sarcasm). I could be doing any of number of things more exiting like watching the Bears get slaughtered, raking leaves, sleeping or watching my toe nails grow. All I can say is Yee F--kin ha!!! If you're absolutely bored out of your freakin skull don't come here because this is far worse. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I can't rate it any lower.

Unless you're taking a bus, taxi or Ubering, you'll pay to park in Rosemont. I also recommend visiting during the week when crowds aren't so hectic, or visit on Sunday when vendors are discounting their merchandise. The junkier the stuff, the deeper the discount. 4/5 because I strongly dislike the aggressive salespeople who are working at some of the booths. I especially dislike the ones who want to straighten my hair and try to sell me a $300 flat iron. That's the price you pay when you have long hair, I guess.
