She's obsessed with their hoodies and sweatpants and insisted we stop in while shopping downtown even though we have one in the burbs because this one is bigger and better. I'm not sure if it's better, but I will say the sales associate who helped us was so lovely. I'm annoyed i forgot to get her name to give her some Yelp love, but she helped us find a super puff jacket (the warmest coats!) and another super puff vest that wasn't in stock so had it shipped to our house. There was a small line for the fitting room, but seemed short after what we had just waited in at Brandy Melville across the street. And checkout was a breeze. I find their quality really great and their pricing fair (maybe pricey if you're buying it for a 13 year old). I have a feeling I may be stealing one of my daughter's super puff jackets (yes, she has a few!) this winter because they are perfect for our Chicago winters!

I know it's not a big deal, but it kind of ruined my experience. Came in on a Monday evening around 6:30, they're not many people in the store so I kind of enjoyed a little more as I am a more relaxed shopper and get more anxiety with a lot of people running around. I had to return a sweater and I went to browse a few items to use for the remaining balance of my gift card, a very nice woman help me pick out a few options that she thought we might look good with the clothes that I already had in my hand. She had also gotten me a fitting room, but I had to ask the other employees for help with the fitting as she was more on the floor sales -which is totally totally fine. Finally found a dress that I liked and checkout was fine but I live in Chicago, so I definitely should know that there is a bag tax. I just totally forgot and definitely wouldn't have taken the bag if they would have said something.

Burberry Chicago is a flagship store, meaning they have the latest and more exclusive merchandise…read morethan other regular locations. I was told this is the 3rd largest Burberry store. To fit in with the beautiful Chicago architecture and to stand out amongst the shops on Magnificent Mile, this Burberry store building is a work of art in itself. It looks like a beautiful purse... One I would definitely buy. Burberry is my guilty pleasure of choice and I have been eyeing this Dark Birch Brown Check Tote for a few months. I have managed to resist because the location near me at South Coast Plaza cannot do the personalization in store, and then the online purchase would make me wait for a long time to get my purse. Thankfully for me, Ashley helped me with my shopping for the day and she informed me that the flagship location is able to get me my custom personalization ON THE SAME DAY. Wow. That temptation. So Ashley was kindly and patiently showing us around the store. There was so much inventory in this 5 story building (with 4 floors being retail). My local Burberry feels like half of their first floor. There were so many things to look at and add to my never-ending Burberry bucket list. Ultimately I gave into my temptation and got the purse! Ashley was so fun and informative, but she was never pushy on the sales. I got the space I needed to come to the decision on my own. Ashley confirmed the initials I wanted etched onto the tag: VD and sent me a text confirmation. She kept me updated the whole time so I was able to continue shopping on Magnificent Mile and come back when the purse was ready. The ETA was about an hour. It only took 15 minutes, but that's still nice not to wait around. When I got back to the Burberry store, Ashley was helping another customer so Christopher, the store Director, kindly stepped in to help me pick up my bag. He opened it so I could see my beautiful purse and even set up my bag for me to take my quick photo. The 5-star service continues. Christopher said they have something else for me and Ashley wraps up with her other customer so I was able to see her real fast. They gave me a stuninnnnggggg bouquet of red flowers. I felt so loved and valued as a customer. I will always look back at this purse and think of the amazing time I had with my friends in Chicago and Ashley and Christopher really helped contribute to my happy memories. Thank you Ashley and Christopher!

I love this store because it's gigantic and it sits off of Michigin Avenue and it's right in the area where all the shopping is so it's a lot of fun. Just don't drive here. I get that my age is not the target market for Uniqlo, but I also know that there are a few nuggets of gold throughout the store relative to casual leisure wear, and after a hunt, I found a few shelves and racks full of pants...and after a quick fitting room visit, I scooped up a few colors of each and made our way to the registers. The store is multi-story, as is most on Michigan Avenue. It is also insanely busy, but given the size and layout, it does not feel overwhelming. The store is laid out well, organized, well kept and clean. You constantly see staff members stocking, fixing, re-hanging, etc... In addition to the clothing, there is a custom embroidery section upstairs. We did not partake, but it was busy and I saw several cool pieces leave the area. Service was the only thing a bit off. The staff were quick, but not engaging or necessarily friendly. While there were lots of people on the floor, they never seemed to engage you unless explicitly requested. No big deal, but noticeable. Overall, I enjoy Uniqlo and this location is a good one!
