I give this spot a solid three stars - based on style, quality, price-point, and service. When it comes to style I would absolutely give them a 5, however, the sizing reminds me of the scene in Mean Girls when they go to the 1, 3, 5 store and nothing fits because she had been carb loading - well that's me. Every single time I go to this store, and every day for that matter. All jokes aside, I'm serious. I have had luck with three items so far so that's nice I guess. Anyway, quality is SUPERB, which is why I let them get away with the semi-high price-point. For a big girl that stretches them out, the clothes stay well and don't rip. Now the service is where they'll lose most. No matter how many items of clothing you have, they do not offer to assist. You have to come in and mean business and be assertive if you want help. Unfortunately that's how it works here but once you get a hold of them, they can help pick some bomb ass outfits. read more

I was in the process of ordering their high waisted crop pant online, but was unsure of sizing when I found this brick and mortar. A staff member greeted me as soon as I walked in and another was available to provide a fitting room when I needed one. The store was clean and organized. I didn't buy anything on sale or need to return any parts of my purchase so I can't speak to some of the problems other reviewers mentioned, but I had an overall positive experience. read more

I come here at least once a week. They have quality minimal basics. I used to love the staff here but recently they've made some staffing changes. The last 4 times I have visited no one asks to start me a room even with a high pile of clothes on my arm. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I walk in, shop the entire store have at least 10-15 pieces in my hands. No greeting which I expect at this point. I am looking at the rack in front of the front desk and two hangers fall off the clothing I'm holding. Let me mention I am 9 months pregnant so the last few times I've come in I am out of breath carrying around clothes. The hangers hit the ground and the two ladies behind the counter do not flinch. I struggle to pick them up with the pile of clothes in my hands and my large belly and throw the clothes on the counter and walk out. See you never Oak + Fort. read more

This review was for their customer service. I purchased over $200 items last Saturday from This store. Before I checked out, I made it clear to the staff that I will purchase two items if they are on sale. The sale staff said he can put 10% off on both items, so I purchased two. After I returned home the same day and I wanna check out their website for some other items and found out one item I purchased was actually 20% off. I returned to the store 4 days later to see if they can refund me the overcharged 10%. A different staff helped me and insisted that he cannot refund me $8 unless he gets a word from the cooperate office to confirm the date of the mark down. I had a proof of a screen shoot of the website with date, time, item and price. They still insist to email the cooperate. The worst part was actually that I was yelled at by the same staff who sold me the items and blamed me that I have already received a discount and should not come back to ask a return. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. Eventually I left my number to them and asked them to call me back once they receive a word from the cooperate office. I will keep the community updated if they actually call me back with an acceptable answer. read more

Cute clothes but these employees do not know how to work retail. I walked in there were 8 staff members, I started grabbing clothes to try on and had a huge pile and it was like I wasn't there. After trying on clothes and going back a couple times for different sizes I actually thought they were closed and I wasn't supposed to be there. Turns out they have 8 people there just to chit chat and not help customers, or should I say customer since I was the only one in the store. Bad return policy too- wasn't told they were running a 10% off sale and I went to return something and because of that unknown sale I had to get store credit. A clean, modern store with a bit of an identity crisis. Oak + Fort deals in neutrals (black, white, grey, beige, navy) and clean lines. Many of the pieces would make great staple/foundation items for wardrobes of a particular style. A friend purchased an adorable romper that she looked incredible in. Staff at this location was friendly. The vibe reads more upscale, but the pricing was all over the place. The jewelry was surprisingly affordable - I got a pair of great minimalist studs for $12. Most everything on the jewelry shelves was under $20. Affordable pricing doesn't go for all their accessories though - I admired a simple rectangular purse that came in around $140. That's quite a price swing for one store. Many items are final sale, and other returns are only for exchange or store credit - I'd advise trying things on before making a decision. I'd definitely stop back in to check out more jewelry, but I think that's likely the only purchase I'd personally make here. read more

I never was a big fan of this brand for the overpriced clothes, but I do love their jewelry selection. Today I walked in the staff didn't greet me which I am fine with I d rather browse alone. However, I noticed they were chatting the entire time. After asking twice about a sale price I bought 2 pieces of jewelry. When I checked out, they told me they were misplaced and not on sale. I already asked twice about which ones are sale and the cashier woman confirmed. It turned out she had no clues on what's going on and called another staff to solve the pricing. Have been wanting to go into the store for a while now and found yesterday finally time for a visit. Although I visually enjoyed the store, the staff was just unnecessarily cold, unfriendly and snobbish. I was wondering who pays these unqualified girls to chit chat in their "office" room while customers need advice. I don't understand who these people think they are? The staff here is fantastic. They helped me so much doing complicated buying and shipping and pickups and returns with a great amount of respect and kindness. I think a lot of reviewers forget the main thing that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. These people are front-line workers, working during the worst pandemic of our time, selling clothing to people. Empathy goes a long way. I have to start this review by saying that it's unfair to this business to fault them for carrying items that are not your style (if you have any) and that are, in your opinion, too expensive. This store does their aesthetic well, Korean streetwear. You can either pull it off or you cant, and if you cant... keep it moving, no need to bash them because you felt out of place. Service here is always impeccable, attentive and present but not pushy. Price point in my opinion is fair considering these pieces would be at home in a Jil Sanders runway show. Overall would recommend if you have a penchant for contemporary street wear with over sized silhouettes and neutral tones. read more
