I found Zeglio by accident years ago when I needed to get a cheap tuxedo altered for my sister's wedding. When I walked in, I was quickly greeted by Richard. He happily suggested a nearby place for alterations, but before I left, he put one of Zeglio's bespoke jackets on me to show me the difference in fit. When I left that day, I knew I wanted to have my wedding tuxedo created by these people. When that day finally came, I called Zeglio's Lakeview location to begin the process. My call was warmly answered by Richard and the experience began. Richard is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable designer. During the design portion, he was informative, patient, and considerate, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I did my fitting and alterations at Zeglio's store in Loop. The place is super slick inside and the tailors really make you feel important: from the professionalism all the way to the small details most people would overlook, but makes a HUGE difference (suggesting I have the length of one of my shirt sleeves shorter than the other so my watch can be visible or altering the length of my pants so my socks show when I'm sitting down). Just an amazing attention to detail! My tuxedo only required a few minor adjustments. When I finally put everything on I was shocked at how flawless everything felt--I've never worn anything that has fit me so perfectly. This tuxedo made my wedding experience so much better. Overall it was an incredible experience and I loved customizing my suit from the ground up without having to pay an arm and a leg.
