Pad thai with chicken
Joshua B.

Road tripping through Oregon with a birthday girl who craved Pad Thai for dinner and we found the right place. Super friendly, clean, and quick to find a seat. Service was prompt and friendly as well. Not only did she love her pad thai but she was treated to a lemonade she also loved as well as a cupcake. I went with my usual, pad see ew with chicken at the thai spicy level. I love some spice and the spice was legit! The portions were much larger than expected, especially for the price. This is a great spot and I would definitely come back if I ever pass through again. Thank you!!

Massamon Curry and rice

Delicious food. I got Massamon curry. My favorite the staff is great. It's my favorite Thai place.

I really wanted to be blown away but I wasn't. The food is just okay. Service could definitely be better. I had the pad Thai previously and it was good, this time I got the stir fry pepper garlic chicken. It was meh. The pad Khee Mao was strange with lettuce chunks, and it was a little slimy/runny. The inside and the servers themselves are nice but the service isn't like incredible. Prices are good. I've been here a few times and I haven't been super impressed with it.

46. Yen Ta Fo (SO GOOD)

Came here just for the Yen Ta Fo (spicy/tangy seafood noodle soup) & I was amazed how good they made it here! So delicious, will be back!

Overall a good spot with typical Thai dishes and decor. A bit of a sketchy area of town but every area has those. Service was average, nothing noteworthy and nothing bad. With so many Thai options around though, I'm not sure we'll be back anytime soon.

Driving thru Medford on the way to Vancouver and stopped here for lunch after fueling up the car. We shared the Pad See Ew and Sweet Basil Crispy Pork lunch specials. The Pad See Ew was terrific and portion was a good size. The Sweet Basil Crispy Pork had good flavor along with some nice chopped green beans. Just beware that the crispy pork could be old pork (it was dried out) and very greasy......VERY greasy! So greasy that we didn't feel good to eat dinner that night while on the road. They also charged $2 for a bowl of rice which we thought was included with the lunch special. Service was very good and staff was attentive.

Closest one is Pad Kee Mao added Chinese's broccoli and the across is Pad See Ew

Everything at VIM Thai is delicious!!! You cannot go wrong with any of the dishes you choose. We go to Vim Thai at least twice a month!!

Pad see ew with steak, so yummy! I'm glad I checked this place out for lunch! I'm excited to come back and try another dish :)

Stopped by here for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint! It was quick, and very tasty! Service was on point also! Will be back!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Good food. I would avoid the spring rolls, there not really Vietnamese anyway and we're not very good. Everything else was yummy. We would stop here again.

Delicious food, every time. Go to Thai in Medford. Try the eggplant basil with fried tofu, and thank me later.

The chili oil and peppers were incredibly fragrant, with layers of flavor that made the dish unforgettable. The Boiled Beef was equally delicious. The broth was rich, thick, and packed with flavor, and the beef was tender and perfectly cooked. Every bite was satisfying. Everything was so good that we completely cleaned our plates before realizing we had forgotten to take photos! We even ordered a Beef Chow Fun to go because we wanted more. On top of the excellent food, both the owner and his wife were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's rare to discover such authentic and delicious Chinese food in a small, out-of-the-way town. This place was a hidden gem, and we'll definitely be coming back.

It came out fairly quickly and was delivered by the robot as well as the woman who took my order. First of all the pancakes were the best I have ever seen at any Asian restaurant ever!!!! they were hot, thin, delicate, but strong and tasted great. The Moo Shu mixture itself was fine; however, no sauce was provided. I've never had that experience. Always before either plum sauce or hoisin sauce has been provided and it makes the dish wonderful. I would've asked for hoisin sauce, but I never saw my server again. She never came back to check on me until it was time to pay the bill. I am going to go back and give it another try but this time when I placed my order, I am going to specify that I would like hoisin sauce. If I were going to recommend any improvement for this restaurant, it would be that the server is more friendly and checks in on you a few minutes after serving you to ask if you need anything else so that you can fully enjoy your meal.

Clean. Very clean. Thank you. Fresh. The food was fresh,…read morenot versus frozen, but rather versus old. There is nothing I hate more than stir fried food that isn't at the peak of freshness. It gets a flavor that I can't stand. This is a quaint and small restaurant that seems to have a large takeout following. As you enter, you notice its smells like freshly cooked and cooking food. The sizzle from the grill can be heard throughout the restaurant and you can see enough of the kitchen and the floor to know it's thoroughly cleaned often. A photo of one of the past kings is prominently displayed and the decor is very modern. This is a good place for a date or a family dinner. It's versatile. I had my fave, pineapple fried rice with shrimp. It was so good, I kept taking bites after I was full and now I am paying the price. I'm as bloated as Violet in Willie Wonka when she ate the blueberry gum. I may be uncomfortable, but I'm still looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. I also had the Tom Ka combination seafood soup, another favorite. This was as tasty as my usual in the SF Bay Area but with one difference, the seafood was more plentiful and the scallops were super tender. The only favorite I didn't get was the coffee. I can't do that much caffeine at night and still sleep. I have my leftovers for tomorrow and maybe I will get over there for coffee at lunch time. I highly recommend this place and will be taking my gf, a local, there for lunch often. Oh and Emily, the waitress, is fantabulous. Friendly and helpful is such a good combination.

Again, not a big deal. The female working was nice and smiled a lot. I got it back to eat it and saw that it was a pretty healthy portion but wish they would have included lime. I got 2 star on the spicy level which was perfect for me; a little heat but not too hot. The food was fine...not great but decent and probably what you'd expect from Thai food in Southern OR. The issue I had was with the to-go packaging. The foil, which probably helped keep the food warm, tore when I got toward the bottom. I had to fish out pieces of foil from the noodles. Other than the foil, the my experience was pretty average.

We had to go back on our way back to California, so we made a stop at this place again…read more We had ordered Tom Yum soup, which was very good, followed by garden rolls, which was freshand crunch as expected, then Mango yellow curry, which was great tasting both hot and sweet and the mango flavor came through very nicely. We ordered again their coconut ice cream we loved. Also, we got our dinner ordered to go too, spicy fried rice and pad kee mow. Needless to say, all were good as expected . When ordering fried rice, we asked them to add bell peppers carrots, etc, and they were honest and told carrots are ok, but adding bell pepper will alter the flavor. Wow, what a great service. In any other place, they would have just added it, not worried about changing the intended flavor. Kudos for that . Don't forget to read the review of my previous visit for more insights.

Curry dishes were the best I'd had in Medford, and maybe anywhere. I want to try other dishes next…read more I also had their young papaya salad and asked for it mild as I've discovered at other Thai restaurants Medium means HOT HOT HOT, which destroyed my tongue for about a week at the last place. Well, at Siam MILD means NO SPICE at all. I love the salad and like some spice, just not to the point where I struggle getting every bite down, and regret it later. I'll try it again with better words to describe my preference. I'm not giving up on it. I don't know if they offer a cashew chicken stir fry, but that will be the real test as it's my favorite Thai dish. I don't recall having seen it on the menu when we were there last. I may have to ask for it specifically.
