Thank you Lexi for great service. The food is great and pies are awesome. We come every Wednesday and our service is always great.

I was immediately greeted and seated by the window. My server came over quickly and I ordered an iced caramel coffee and a breakfast skillet. My coffee was good but could have used a little more caramel. My skillet on the other hand was perfect. It had sausage, bacon, ham, bell peppers and mushrooms on top of potatoes. It was served with a side of pancakes. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the potatoes had a nice crunch on the outside. The pancakes were buttery and fluffy. It was so much food I couldn't finish it all. I'm am adding village inn to my stops when I'm in the area.

I had the Classic Breakfast - 2 Scrambled Eggs, 4 Strips of Bacon, Hashbrowns, & 3 Pancakes - $10.49 (Blueberry upgrade - .99) Hubby had the Biscuit & Gravy Combo - Scrambled Eggs & Hashbrowns (Sausage Patties under the Gravy) - $12.99 Delicious food and outstanding service. Thank you, Diana

The special is a good deal, service still good and good is decent. I noticed 18% service already added to the check but wasn't told. Imagine you give another 18-20% tips....

Poached eggs, hash browns & toast with peanut butter

For some reason, I rarely dine at a restaurant with multiple locations. A friend asked me to meet her and... Have been here two times (Thursday, then the following Monday) Both times were very good. The restaurant is large, airy and clean. The servers are friendly, efficient and professional. That makes for a good start of the day. Went at 9 in the morning both times. My friend always orders two medium poached eggs, hash browns and either an English muffin or sourdough toast and coffee. Her breakfast looked delicious and she says that it was. With the purchase of coffee you get your choice of a small juice. Nice touch. My idea of breakfast is a bit different. I tried the 1/2 ham & cheese sandwich on lightly toasted wheat and a salad with a side of blue cheese and ranch dressing. My sandwich was exactly what I wanted and the salad was fresh. Very good. The second visit I went with a 1/2 tuna salad sandwich with tomato on lightly toasted wheat bread. The salad was not as fresh as the first time but I expect they would get their fresh produce delivery that day (Monday). I liked both sandwiches equally. The menu is expansive and reasonably priced. The 55+ menu is offered to everyone. The hostess greets you immediately. All in all, a very nice experience. There is free parking and safe easy in and out.

Grown up grill cheese, add tomato soup with it

Come here every Wednesday, and so look forward to the meal, I've never had a bad one. And I love! love! Alexis she is always so energetic and sunny always with great recommendations to try new things. Village inn is now my favorite.

So good!

Great food, wonderful staff. We have eaten there twice and both lunch and breakfast were great. Old school hospitality, can't beat it.

What a lovely brunch spot! Stepping into Sugar Baby Cafe was a unique experience for Seminole, FL…read more It honestly gave me that trendy coffee shop vibe you would expect to find in St. Pete, super aesthetic and very picture worthy! The vibe was very cozy, clean, and hip, mixing modern design with rattan accents and a dash of greenery. It felt clean, cute, and really thoughtfully put together! Service was great. The staff was friendly, patient, and actually took time to explain popular items without rushing me at all. Loved that!! Parking is a bit limited. It is a small lot with a simple pull-in and back-out setup right onto the road, so it can feel tight. That said, I went around 11am and it worked out just fine with no hassle. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon (plus $2 extra) and homemade lemon aioli on a toasted brioche bun and wow... the presentation was next level. I definitely took way too many photos before even touching it, no regrets! It tasted as good as it looks. Taste-wise, it was sweet, fresh, and super creamy with really nice texture. I also ordered the matcha latte, which was a bit disappointing. The ratio leaned heavily toward milk, making it very milky and lighter in matcha flavor than I expected. Wait time was quick, and pricing felt fair for the quality and experience. Overall, this is such a fun spot for brunch lovers, cute café dates, or anyone just wanting a sweet treat moment. I would 100% come back again!!

I ended up getting the Breakfast Plate, it was like a standard breakfast spread. Everything was cooked to perfection though! I also got one of their seasonal coffees, it was pretty good. I would definitely come back here for breakfast. If you're in the area, you should definitely check it out!

This is a must stop at when we are in town. Their food has been consistent for the 10+ years that…read morewe've been coming down here. When we get into town, they're always our first stop for lunch. They have a pretty extensive menu of options, but our go to is the fried grouper sandwich with American cheese and no lettuce or tomato. Our other go to is the lobster roll. Now this go around we did notice the lobster was more shredded than it was chunks which is what we've seen previously so that was a bit of a change, but overall, it was still good. We've had the onion rings before but this go round we decided to share a side of french fries and we did ask for them crispy. They were perfect. Be prepared to wait though as this location is super small and if you come during a busy season or around that lunchtime period you're most likely going to have to wait. This is not a great location for large groups. If you have more than five people in your group this is probably not the best location for you as they cannot seat more than one large group at a time. But, one thing we did notice is that you can walk up and order to go. That's a great option to have and something we may take advantage of in the future.

We were not seated and left feeling dismissed and unwelcome…read more When we arrived, there was no one outside managing the waitlist, so we wrote our name down and waited while standing in the shade. When the host came out, she stated that she needed to "clear the area." While we understand the need to manage space, the request was directed at us and was delivered in an unpleasant, dismissive tone. She then said there would be about a 25-minute wait and that there were parties ahead of us, which we understood and accepted. However, we were later told that despite being on the list, we would not be seated because there was "no way to contact us" when our turn came and that we needed to remain in one specific spot. Given that no instructions or staff were present when we arrived, this explanation was confusing and felt inconsistent. The interaction gave the clear impression that we were not welcome to wait or dine there, so we chose to leave. Dining out should feel respectful and inclusive, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

Customer service was on point, friendly and fun. Shop vibe was sassy, cute and fun. As a bonus, the music was great too. I love alternative and they played old and new. As for the coffee, follow my reviews and you'll hear my comparison everything to my local shop in San Diego that I love and this might be the closest I've ever come to it. Their oatmilk is great, they had agave and they shook up my drink upon request which is the not-so-secret secret to making iced lattes so much better. This would be my local for sure. The parking can be tricky. We came with plenty of spots and with no spots. It is a touristy area so be prepared for that. We came with hardly anyone there and with a line out the door but that doesn't bother me, it tells me that it's good. Once I got inside the line was smooth and my order came up quick.
