Friendly staff and the food was great! I got the 3 egg omelette with cheese tomatoes and peppers, whole wheat toast with strawberry jelly. Delicious

On a rare occasion eating out by myself, I arrived in St Pete an hour early for an attorney meeting. I had dropped my wife off at Tampa Cruise Terminal for a cruise and not stopped to eat. Checked and Kopper Kitchen was close and nice ratings, so went there. At lunchtime and they were very busy. Through the small parking lot once and luckily caught a car leaving so grabbed the spot. Seated within 5 minutes, with water and menu. I decided on French Toast since it would be quick to make and eat. As I glanced around and listened, the place seemed very homey, with many regular customers. Displays of copper pots and pans, even a copper door to the kitchen, really accented the name. Small but very comfy. I felt like a neighbor, not a stranger. My meal came quickly, despite being busy. My French Toast was moist and crisp and flavorful. The server was great and kept checking on me. I ate my meal and left in plenty of time for my appointment.

    Meatloaf and instant mashed potatoes.

WARNING-VERY HONEST REVIEW…read more We eat out a lot and mostly leave positive reviews but we can't in good faith give Breeze a good review. First, we arrived at 12 noon, put in our name with Sofia who gave us a 20-30 minute wait time. When we returned 25 mins later, the party in front of us was complaining about waiting an hour yet she told them we were before them and she didn't have their name. She proceeded to seat them discretely before us. After 50+ minutes we said something. She told us to leave a bad review and to leave the restaurant. We had waited so long and lost opportunities to put in our name at other restaurants so we decided to wait. After an hour, we said something. We had watched another table waiting the last 20 minutes for their bill so they could pay and leave. Finally the manger came out and said no worries, we would have a table and he got us seated quickly. He assigned Nate as our waiter. We were optimistic that we were on our way to a great brunch as one person in our party had come to the restaurant and had a good experience before and so we were hopeful. We immediately placed our order since we had time to review the menu, we asked for waters and drinks. Water never came until we asked again. Silverware never came until we asked for silverware. . When the food did come it was meh. Crepe was dry, wrap was cold, best part of the meal was the Bloody Marys. The table next to us overheard our conversation and said they were also having an awful experience with the staff and would not return. Nate then told us we were difficult for no reason. When we had asked for the bill he told us he didn't divide it in 2 bills because he did it on purpose. He also said "my name is Nate, go ahead and write a bad review about me". We never intended to write any reviews. It was just an awful experience. We will never return and it would have taken such a small effort to make amends once we were seated, but instead the staff was rude and instigated patrons who were giving the restaurant business. Our community is small, we support only local businesses, but not this one.

Eggs, bacon/ham, hash browns/grits, sour dough toast/biscuit & gravy. everything was cooked to order, hot & delicious!! Great atmosphere, great service, and great food!! When we visited, it was very busy and buzzing, but the service never missed a beat. Our server was friendly, on top of her game and offered helpful recommendations. Despite the crowd, our food arrived in a timely manner and hot. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly-when you cut into them, the yolk oozed out exactly the way a perfectly poached egg should. That said, he felt there wan't quite enough hollandaise sauce, and the sauce leaned a little too lemony for his taste. The English muffin also could have been toasted a bit more. The hash browns, however, were the star of the dish-perfectly crisp and well seasoned. I went with the Key West BLT with blackened mahi-mahi, served on a toasted sourdough with garlic aioli. The fish was blackened perfectly-well seasoned with lots of flavor-and paired nicely with the sandwich. I originally planned to order the house chips, but they were not available. Our server recommended the French fries instead because of their unique shape, and she was right-they were crispy and nicely seasoned. Most of the seating is outdoors under umbrellas, which adds to the laid-back Florida vibe. Overall, this is a lively neighborhood spot that feels full of locals who clearly love coming here. We'll be back to try more dishes.

Wow. I expected more from a place rated 4 stars. To be…read morespecific we went to the beach bar because the restaurant wasn't open yet. The very first issue was parking. Parking is minimum $50 a day + fees. A cocktail? For an hour? Haha no. I'm being mildly disingenuous. The bar staff (and likely restaurant staff) will give you a QR code to validate all $58 of your parking. But it made me acutely miss a time when you could just park and patronize an establishment. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. If you're a local, don't bother. To be fair, we should ask if there was anything good. hm ... no. We won't be returning. 3 stars is probably generous.

The menu does not state they have specialty coffee but when I ask, they did so that was a great surprise. I got eggs Benedict. It was very tasty. The grits were very good too. All in all, I think it was a good experience, giving it a four star only because of how stressed and curt the manager was with our group initially. If I could give them a 4 1/2 stars I would.
