I had a great time with my family and enjoyed the wonderful service and to the point menu. I liked the homey atmosphere but the food was a little disappointing. The sausage and gravy had a very small amount of sausage and was so thick that it jiggled and stayed in one mound. I definitely prefer when it's more like thick sauce that can be poured ... it lacked so much sausage that it was the color of flour and milk only. Also, every menu item severely lacked salt. I guess some people like to salt their own food, but I prefer my omelets with a different seasoning source than the cheese melted inside. Thankfully I liked the home fries which still lacked salt but had some other spices. Foxy's was recommended to us by the manager at our hotel so we decided to give it a try for breakfast on our last day in Treasure Island. We were seated quickly and all ordered different variations of eggs. Everything came out hot and fresh. Food was very good, eggs were served with a side of potatoes and toast. The rye toast could have been a little more well toasted, but not a big deal. Our kids got biscuits with their eggs and said they were delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food arrived quickly and we were pleasantly surprised! Prime rib looked great! The size and flavor was on point! The fish fry was a good choice and was lightly battered just the way I like it. The atmosphere could use an upgrade to make more appealing but the food was worth the effort. We will return again. Stopped here for lunch before heading to the airport. Our group had sloppy Joe, cheese burger, BLT and a grilled cheese. All of them were perfect. The bacon was crispy (very crispy), the burger cooked to perfection, grilled cheese (had 2 cheeses and nice amounts, oozing out when cut in half) and the sloppy Joe was "ok, on a fresh bun. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful. Prices were welcoming. Parking easy. The outdoor patio had a wonderful breeze and was clean. Not a visually appealing spot really. The first table we sat at was wobbly, the second table was sticky, finally ended up at a table in the corner under a nonfunctional ceiling fan. The waitress was nice and efficient. I gave her a nice tip because it wasn't her fault this restaurant has gone downhill. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich ($10.99). Yikes. I'm not sure if it's because I'm from out of state or what, but this was one of the worst breakfasts I've had in a long time. I ordered the Denver omelette. The egg part of the omelette was thin, flimsy and bland. It didn't taste like a real egg. The rest of the omelette wasn't any better unfortunately; peppers & onions were bland and undercooked. There was not enough cheese throughout the omelette so each bite was inconsistent. The home fries were also undercooked (hard) and bland. A little seasoning would have went a long way here on the whole meal. Can't say I would recommend coming here :( read more

Found this hidden gem on Yelp and so happy we went. Walked in and greeted like we were family! The inside was absolutely perfect small town feel away from the tourists. We ordered chicken sandwiches which were absolutely delicious, battered perfectly and fried to perfection. You could tell the oil was clean. Alcoholic drinks were absolutely delicious too. Best prices with the best food on the island. We actually returned two more times for dinner during our trip. Foxy's is great, next year we will be trying breakfast also. read more

Ugh. The post hurricane renovations are ugly, the servers are no longer Foxy, the garlic wings suck and they had only ONE beer on tap and it was SKUNKED. Completely empty probably for a reason. VIP Lounge is the best place for cheap eats in Treasure Island if you can get a seat- the real Foxy's is no longer with us. read more

Great place we went to for breakfast but they serve three meals a day. We came on a Friday morning. Outdoor and indoor seating available. They have daily breakfast specials. Their Friday special was the Hillbilly Benedict. As eggs Benedict is one of my favorite breakfast dishes, it was only fitting that I order this. It's basically biscuit and gravy topped with egg and sausage. This was delightfully heavy. I was full throughout the day but very delicious and the biscuits were fresh. My kids got the two pancake short stack that filled up the large plate. Portions here are very generous, we had breakfast for the next day for both my kids. Service was very good we went when they first opened and there was only one server initially but two other servers came to help out. Great place in treasure island, they have parking in front as it's in an unassuming strip mall. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8AM-10PM, Friday 8AM-11PM, Saturday 7AM-11PM and Sunday 7AM-10PM. read more

Foxy's had quick, terrific service. The food was extremely tasty. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, and we were seated immediately on the patio. Our orders were taken promptly. The coffee was hot. I am very picky about my coffee and usually only drink it with my special creamer. I enjoyed the coffee I was served with the half-and-half provided. I had traditional Eggs Benedict, and my husband had the special Crabcake Eggs Benedict. Both were excellent.
