Stopped by here for a quick coffee before lunch elsewhere Truth be told , the restaurant looked very cute and insta worthy from the decor and the line of people waiting to get in We didn't have to wait too long for a table maybe about 15 mins The menu looked very enticing as did the food that I could see being served- definitely would come here again and try the breakfast items Our coffees were delicious- on the sweet side but pretty and average prices Staff were fine- it's a busy place

This was our second visit to Apple Butter Cafe, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I ordered the Apple Butter Grilled Cheese without the apple butter, since they provide jars of it at every table and I figured I could add it myself. The sandwich comes with Gouda cheese, bacon, and Granny Smith apple slices, such a delicious combination. I did try it with a little apple butter, but personally preferred it without. My husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, which was tasty, though it came with a lot of tomatoes that weren't mentioned on the menu. The service has been consistently friendly and attentive on both visits, and we really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the fresh, homemade food.

Apple Butter Café, very delicious!!My cowboy omelette was very good with the sausage gravy, which was seasoned perfectly. Home fries, plentiful, and crispy like I like them. Service was good. Typical breakfast place ambience. My husband got the cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly and the biggest cheeseburger ever. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

A really nice non-chain diner ... had a great breakfast! Lots of seating, booths and tables on a checkerboard floor, and a counter you could sit at as well. Their bowls seem popular.. I had one of their Benedict choices... although not technically a Benedict, the "Cowboy Benedict" combines biscuits and sausage gravy with poached eggs (plus sausage patties). My wife had an omelette with Swiss and Spinach. The home fries are nicely cooked and not at all greasy. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. Oh, and the Apple Butter is fantastic on sourdough. Service was what you would hope for in a diner.., swift, professional and friendly. Coffee mugs never went empty!

Apple Butter Cafe is wonderful, except for their apple butter! I was excited to try it but was saddened in disappointment. It tastes like apple sauce... My biscuits and gravy were tasty though! The biscuits were fluffy, and the gravy was definitely "the gravy on top". You can select your protein, and I chose the Santa Fe sausage. The home fries, OMG, the crispiest. Probably the best I've ever had! My friends enjoyed their classic benedicts. The interior reminds me of an old school diner. Lots of red and black and white. I dig it! Our server was welcoming and did a great job. Must try if you're looking for a classic diner style meal!

My favorite breakfast in Florida! My husband and I came here on the last morning of our vacation and it did not disappoint! We immediately noticed the homemade apple butter sitting on the table. It was more of a sauce-consistency but great flavor regardless. For my breakfast, I ordered the cowboy omelet which was stuffed with plenty of sausage, onions and melty cheese. My favorite part was the country gravy it was topped with. If you put it in a bowl, I could eat it like a soup, it was that good! And those grits!! I'm from the northeast where we do not have these so I decided to try them and OMG; I absolutely loved them!! I already want to come back here on our next trip to Florida! :)

I ordered the breakfast flatbread. It was amazing! Something new for breakfast. Delivery was fast. It was nice and warm when I received it. Definitely a place I would order from again.

Haven't experienced this place since it was trips diner. But man apple butter cafe is wayyyy better. We got our meals to go but they did the dang thing. That pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection. The potatoes were seasoned well. They serve apple butter in little to go cups for your biscuits and man did they not disappoint. They were fast and efficient with getting our food packed up that by the time I got there, they had it all bagged up and ready to go. Will definitely be back.

    The Irishman

This was our first time here. Our very friendly and effective waitress, Karen, recommended The Irishman which was home made corned beef hash with poached eggs on an English muffin covered in hollandaise sauce. Absolutely fantastic. My wife had an equally delicious omelette. The welcoming atmosphere made for a relaxing meal. We will be back

The omelet here was amazing! The fruit wasn't the best, but not bad either. The potatoes were a bit too greasy for me, so I wouldn't recommend those. The biscuit with apple butter was good! The service was incredible and the atmosphere is cute, but nothing special. It's a nice place for breakfast, very much a casual little diner.

    Country fried steak and eggs
    Chris M.

My first time here. I decided to go big and order the country fried steak and eggs and it was absolutely delicious! The country, gravy was one of the best I've had with the right combination of sausage and black pepper. You can have the fries either with caramelized onions or without. I chose the caramelized and was very happy with my choice. Sherry, my server, was so friendly and awesome and recommended the marbled rye toast, which I bought. Definitely coming back!

The vibe was very cozy, clean, and hip, mixing modern design with rattan accents and a dash of greenery. It felt clean, cute, and really thoughtfully put together! Service was great. The staff was friendly, patient, and actually took time to explain popular items without rushing me at all. Loved that!! Parking is a bit limited. It is a small lot with a simple pull-in and back-out setup right onto the road, so it can feel tight. That said, I went around 11am and it worked out just fine with no hassle. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon (plus $2 extra) and homemade lemon aioli on a toasted brioche bun and wow... the presentation was next level. I definitely took way too many photos before even touching it, no regrets! It tasted as good as it looks. Taste-wise, it was sweet, fresh, and super creamy with really nice texture. I also ordered the matcha latte, which was a bit disappointing. The ratio leaned heavily toward milk, making it very milky and lighter in matcha flavor than I expected. Wait time was quick, and pricing felt fair for the quality and experience. Overall, this is such a fun spot for brunch lovers, cute café dates, or anyone just wanting a sweet treat moment. I would 100% come back again!!

When we get into town, they're always our first stop for lunch. They have a pretty extensive menu of options, but our go to is the fried grouper sandwich with American cheese and no lettuce or tomato. Our other go to is the lobster roll. Now this go around we did notice the lobster was more shredded than it was chunks which is what we've seen previously so that was a bit of a change, but overall, it was still good. We've had the onion rings before but this go round we decided to share a side of french fries and we did ask for them crispy. They were perfect. Be prepared to wait though as this location is super small and if you come during a busy season or around that lunchtime period you're most likely going to have to wait. This is not a great location for large groups. If you have more than five people in your group this is probably not the best location for you as they cannot seat more than one large group at a time. But, one thing we did notice is that you can walk up and order to go. That's a great option to have and something we may take advantage of in the future.

We were not seated and left feeling dismissed and unwelcome…read more When we arrived, there was no one outside managing the waitlist, so we wrote our name down and waited while standing in the shade. When the host came out, she stated that she needed to "clear the area." While we understand the need to manage space, the request was directed at us and was delivered in an unpleasant, dismissive tone. She then said there would be about a 25-minute wait and that there were parties ahead of us, which we understood and accepted. However, we were later told that despite being on the list, we would not be seated because there was "no way to contact us" when our turn came and that we needed to remain in one specific spot. Given that no instructions or staff were present when we arrived, this explanation was confusing and felt inconsistent. The interaction gave the clear impression that we were not welcome to wait or dine there, so we chose to leave. Dining out should feel respectful and inclusive, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
