My husband and I have been taking the Child Parent Relationship Skills class and it's exactly what I needed and hoped for to get my relationship with my 8 yr old ASD kiddo back on track. The instructor, Barbara, is an amazing wealth of knowledge and it's so nice to be there with other parents in a community setting. I feel supported on this parenting journey for the first time in a long time. My kids attend the Whole Child Healing Circle with Emily at the same time & I regularly hear them say, "I love therapy!" Many of the individuals and families we work with are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns at home or school, family conflict, and past experiences that still feel present. Rather than focusing only on behaviors, we look at the full emotional environment. We believe that when a child or parent feels safe and understood, things begin to shift naturally. Communication improves, regulation becomes more accessible, and patterns start to change in a way that actually lasts. Our work is grounded in connection, curiosity, and creating a space where people don’t feel judged or rushed.
