The tablescape was beautiful with a touch of witchy. The tea service is five star. They have a fantastic selection of delicious teas to choose from as well as a chef curated menu that is always divine. Bonus I got to buy some knitting supplies to give us a gift. The yarn was absolutely gorgeous and I got several cute accessories to go with the yarn. I 100% highly recommend checking out petite fours and purls if you are interested in knitting crocheting or crafting with yarn. Every month, they have a nice selection of classes that they offer. The tea is splendid call for reservations reservation. FYI they are on the second floor and the stairs are a bit steep. Thank you again for the lovely service and delicious food.

Hi, my name is Nycole. I'm an addict…read more Hi Nycole! Sigh. Yes, I try to avoid craft stores. It's like a liquor store for alcoholics. Just not a good idea. I've been in recovery for a few years and have spent less and less time creating "things" and more time making memories. But sometimes I miss it. Anyway, I needed a specific item and Michaels was nearby so I stopped in. The lighting of the store is bright and cheery and the smell of "creativity" is eminent. Whether you are into sewing, paper crafts, wood crafts or jewelry-they have something for you. The store is laid out in sections based on activity-so it's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. There are not a lot of employees on the floor-everyone I saw was up front. So if you have a question, you'll need to head up there. Carry on, my fellow crafters. Make something beautiful!

I think I've been spoiled by bigger Michael's stores in the past, because this story is tiny!…read more The decor sections really lack compared to other Michael's. They didn't have any all season stuff just mostly some leftover summer decor, very minimal (and let me say very unappealing) Halloween decor and a smaller fall like aisle. The fall wreaths and faux flowers were plentiful and really pretty color palates. The store seemed well stocked on party supplies, baking supplies and arts & crafts sections. I'm not a fan of being forced to scan my own merchandise and luckily this store lacks in what I went in for so I only had two items. I will most likely avoid coming to this location again and venture further out. This location is also closed on Sundays while others are not.

The store is spacious, which makes it easier to browse, and there is a good assortment of yarns of various weights and fibers. I found the price of the yarn to be pretty reasonable. The back of the store also has a nice selection of things needed for crafting with yarn such as needles, hooks, buttons, and sewing needles. The employees at Heindselman's are always kind and excited to talk about yarn. I like to make a stop here whenever I have some free time in Provo.

They now have room in the back for large classes. (I'm thinking the Utah County spinning group could begin meeting there.) There's seating at the front of the store and the gathering table is without all the old clutter. These are big improvements that make coming to Heindselman's an enjoyment. If you found it difficult to appreciate the store in the past because of the lack of organization and that big dog, you should try again. You'll be surprised. (Though I don't know if the dog is permanently gone, I didn't see any evidence of it).
