I went there to get microdermabrasion for the first time. I was amazed with the results! First of all, Kseniya (the owner and technician) is very professional and gave me a lot of recommendations. She knew what would be the best for my sensitive and dry skin. The whole procedure was pleasant and the results are amazing. My skin has never felt and looked as good. Beside the results, the prices are very reasonable! I paid way less than I would have done at a regular spa and got beautiful skin :) I can't wait to go there for a facial now :) read more

A wonderful and talented esthetician that keeps me coming back! Kseniya is very professional but also very warm and accommodating. She puts in a lot of care in treating your skin. My skin feels amazing every single time and truly this is the first place that I have been loyal to because of her great work. read more

I have been here twice! Once for a wax and once for a PCA chemical peel. She makes you feel very comfortable! I'm in the burbs and drive to the city just to get my services done by her!! Love love love this place!! read more

Kseniya is absolutely amazing. I originally came across her groupon for a brazilian wax (last summer) and I have been going back to Kseniya ever since. She provides great service, makes you feel extremely comfortable, and is very informed on the products she is using on you. Her brazilians are extremely fast, precise, and the least bit painful (not to mention they last me a good month+). Best thing is that she uses 2 different types of wax and NEVER DOUBLE DIPS! She is very cognizant of sensitive skin and will use products based off of your skin and hair type. After going to her for just the brazilians- I wanted to give her other services a try. I finally tried a facial (my first facial) and Kseniya just made me feel super relaxed. Her products smelled amazing and left my skin glowing. I don't think I can say that my skin has ever felt so healthy! I am the type of person that strongly dislikes being put on the spot to buy skin care treatments/products on the spot and say no with the awkard feeling at the end (that- oh well, I guess I won't go back feeling) I have NEVER had this feeling with Kseniya. She has recommended a product to me once and is never forceful or "salesperson" like. She recommends it in passing and has that persona of -you come to me and ask me about it if you're interested--LOVE! Overall Kseniya is just a LOVELY PERSON with a wonderful business-BEST OF THE BEST. read more

Fantastic! Had a brazilian wax here with Gulnara and was very happy with the service. Never had the hard wax before - WOW what a difference! SO much less painful. She knew I was very nervous and was very sweet and kind, yet thorough. The groupon was an amazing deal. I will definitely be going back! read more

I've been getting a Brazilian wax for a little over 4 years I have been to at least 4 different places over the years and never have I received such amazing service. The results of Kseniya- Viktoria work is awesome. Very quick and knowledgeable of skin treatment. I highly recommend her and her product for aftercare. I appreciate her more than she knows! read more

I love Viktoria Skin Care! Viktoria herself is so sweet and accommodating, and her staff are wonderful and very professional, as well. As a recurring customer, I have never had any problems. I found Viktoria Skin Care from a Groupon originally, and as someone who has tried many spas in the city, this is definitely one of the best. They do not rush you and ensure that you get a full spa experience - they really put in the time and attention to let their customers know they care. I have had facials, microdermabrasion, and Brazilian waxes here. The space itself is gorgeous - the perfect picturesque spa with tasteful decor and soothing music, but it is the customer service that really sets them apart. I would give them 6 stars if I could! read more

Just had a brazilian and underarm wax done by Kseniya which was great!! She used hard wax as well as soft wax for the brazilian which I think worked really well and reduced the pain a lot for me (this is only my second brazilian so reduction in pain is great). For my underarms she used the soft wax which was fine. Kseniya was great about going over checking for stray hairs. After I got back and checked down under I noticed a few hairs that I need to tweeze but other than that I am satisfied. The overall atmosphere was simple and fine, nothing too fancy but I felt comfortable. The whole process took just about 30 minutes (maybe 25) and I was not kept waiting which was also great. She also made sure to apply a soothing oil / cream after the waxing which I appreciated because it helped to calm my skin and I didn't have to leave with my nether regions covered in wax residue. She was super polite and conversational. She was also very professional and answered all my questions. So glad I found her through Groupon, will definitely be going back soon! Also the receptionist / cashier was super nice and Store / Spa is located right on Wolcott and Division so it's pretty easy to find. read more

I came to Viktoria Skin Care through a LivingSocial Deal - and have never turned back. I am now a loyal customer of Kseniya. As many have mentioned, she makes you feel so comfortable - and is truly gifted when it comes to waxing. She knows her trade - which is important when it comes to waxing. She uses a combination of hard and soft waxes, which makes for a less painful - and quick wax, in my opinion. She's clean, professional - and SO pleasant. Who could ask for anything more! I'm a loyal client now. read more

I had a great experience and felt very relaxed. When I left my skin felt clean and rejuvenated! I will hopefully be back here again soon.

So far their customer service/communication is one star. Bought a Livingsocial deal for me and my sis that says to call to set up an appointment. I did....3 times. My message was not returned. I gave up and shaved my legs. Figured one day they'd call back. Here we are 3 weeks later and my sis wants to use hers before vacation. So she called. No response. We ended up booking online and then I got nervous and didn't go because no one confirmed or answered the phone when I called. I guess that makes us even. read more

I've tried many waxing places around Chicago, but I will never leave Viktoria Skin Care. Kseniya is amazing at what she does! Brazilians are usually painful, especially after missing a month... But she really is magic. The pain was so minimal, and she gets everything! Quick and perfect! I love the service there!! I haven't tried her facials yet but I plan to soon! read more

this was my first time getting a brazilian wax and yes it was painful but Kseniya talked me through the whole process which made it a little better. The process was quick I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. I used the $25 coupon off Groupon which she gladly accepted with no hesitation. I also liked the fact that she offered me an ongoing discount for $39.99 instead of paying the regular price of $65.00. read more

I've been coming to Viktoria Skin Care for close to a year now and I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my face. Ksenyia is the best. I love the microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Ksenya is wonderful. Extremely professional. Super friendly. The best in town. read more

Absolutely amazing salon! They moved to their own studio at 2131 N Division, really cozy inside. I didn't have to wait long to be taken into the facial room. The space itself is nice with high ceilings and artwork. I had two services with Gulnara for an Oxygen facial. She is incredibly sweet and gentle. Each facial was around 50 minutes and included a mask she specializes to your skin type. I felt the services were relaxing and hydrating. I also got an eyebrow wax at my second facial. Loved the glass of wine after too! :) Paid parking is easy on the street. I love this salon! read more

Worst wax ever. It was incredibly long and painful. The wax also took off quite a bit of skin. I would never go back.

Great facial! Will definitely return in a few weeks. Very positive experience! And it takes a lot to please me.

Very good brazilian wax. The staff is very friendly and clean. They use disposable sticks plus gloves. Parking is easy!

I went today and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I had a groupon for a facial and added a Brazilian at the end. The facial was amazing. I was snoring. My first ever waxing experience and she made it as least uncomfy bad possible. Quick and thorough. I had non idea what to expect but it wasn't that bad. No worse than menstrual cramps us ladies go thru. read more

I have been to Viktoria Skin Care for three Brazilian waxes and I'm so so pleased! I've only seen Kseniya so I can't speak for the others, but she is absolutely amazing. I had my first wax there and she explained everything to me and was extremely comfortable to be with. There's a reason why I keep going back there! I would definitely recommend Viktoria Skin Care to anyone and everyone! read more

I been seeing Kseniya for almost 2.3years and wouldn't go anywhere else! She is sweet, fun to talk too and amazing at her work!

I got a full leg wax and Kseniya was thorough, quick, and attentive. I highly recommend her waxing services!

I have been searching for someone I can rely on and now I have found her! She makes the Brazilian wax experience nice and easy. Little pricey & far from my home. read more

Had the purifying deep clean facial and left feeling seriously amazing! My skin is so soft and I booked my next appointment as soon as I was done. Highly recommend! read more

I consistently have a great waxing experience here. Golnara is so friendly and efficient, and the result is great! She never double dips on the wax and does a very thorough job. She's very respectful and I can't recommend coming here highly enough. Scheduling is easy, I'm seen promptly every single time, and the space is tastefully done and clean. If you're looking for a place and person to get waxing done, this is it. read more

Would highly recommend this business. I had a Brazilian wax and it was super easy and painless. The girls were very nice and welcoming when i first arrived. Super clean and friendly place. Will be going back over and over again. Also very easy to book appt.! read more

By far the best body wax place I've experienced. The work here is so neat and diligent! Every staff person is professional. The place is very clean and always has a nice aroma flowing. I'm always happy with my results! I literally travel 45 minutes just to be serviced here-that alone says a lot. read more

I have to also mention that the woman who answers the phone has the worst attitude. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't waste my time with small minded people like that. Learn how to treat your customers; especially if they are trying to do business with you for the first time. Such a turn off. A complete B*tch. read more

This place is located in the trendy part of Division street. I have to agree with alot of the reviewers on Kseniya. She is truly a great professional and as soon as you walk in she makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. The place is a very clean and soothing is the environment. Me and my best friends wife went to get our first brazilian's ever and was great experience. We will definitely be back and are excited about trying a facial next time around. read more

Not only is this the least painful Brazilian wax I've ever taken, Ksenyia is an amazing, professional, sweet-hearted person. She is punctual, professional, and genuine about providing a great, consistent service and knows how to treat her clients. You feel like you're here best friend leaving that place. She uses the hard wax, which was my first time using it, and never want to go back. I hate the regular wax now. I barely feel it and encourage anyone to find something less painful as her techniques. I unfortunately live in Boston and only come here when I visit my boyfriend. So, when I need a wax but am not here, I hate it. I wait till I get here to get my wax done. I'd wait for her any day. So worth it. Also, has an online service to make appointments now that make it so much easier than having to call someone. Do yourself a favor, come and see her. She's worth it and then some! read more

Kseniya is the best. I've been going to her for about 4 or 5 months, and she has been amazingly informative and takes great precautions for people with sensitive skin, like me. I was really nervous about the hard and soft wax combo, like most people, but after experiencing it, I wouldn't want to go back to just sift wax. She makes the whole experience very calming and quick. Wouldn't go to anyone else in the city! read more

I looooooove Kseniya! She is just fantastic!!! I came to this place without any hope: just needed to do smth to my skin. I will not say she made a miracle and my skin like at the magazine, because no one can do it =)) But it look much better. I can say better than ever!! Also service is amazing! It's relaxing!! I come there just to fight stress + get better skin (i come for facial usually) I love her, she is gorgeous!!!! But try to make an appointment a week or couple weeks forward: she might be busy =)) read more

I was looking for a new waxing place after moving to Chicago last year. I tried a couple of places without much luck until I found Viktoria Skin Care. Ksenyia is great. She is super nice and she makes the waxing experience less painful. It lasts longer than my other waxes. I've been going to her for over a year now. read more

Dear Viktoria Business, Please don't forget the basic rule of any SUCCESSFUL business, the customer is always right! I get a facial/microdermabrasion every month, for about 6 years now. The only reason why I even tried this new place is because my usual places were completely booked. Your prices and service are as ridiculous your Yelp response. Don't waste my time like you made me waste my money. Do not call me again unless your going to return my money. Sincerely, Ivonne read more

I've had an amazing experience with Ulyana! She was extremely nice and she did a wonderful job!

I love Victoria Skin care and the entire staff. I highly recommend Golnara she is very professional and funny. She always makes me feel comfortable. Also Jennifer for doing my eyelashes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! read more

I went for a facial here and it was outstanding! Golnara was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about skin care. I've had countless facials over the years and I'm kinda picky about my skin care. I opted for their basic deep cleansing facial to start which was $85. I loved the products they use...not sure the brand but it felt very clean without a lot of fragrance. She made a point to educate me on what would be good for my skin but without telling me to scrap everything I've been using at home. I'll definitely invest in the products they use as I run out of what I currently have. I'm excited to have found a high quality skin care spa without the full on luxury spa experience. Those are nice for a splurge, but I prefer to have a place where I can go on a regular basis for all my skin care needs that won't break the bank. I'm so happy to have found Viktoria! What a gem to have in the neighborhood. read more

FANTASTIC experience. So easy and quick and I loved how Kseniya kept up a steady conversation with me. Will definitely be going back!

LOVED my brazilian service! She was quick, professional, and overall delightful. I had called without even leaving a message but she got back to me pretty fast and was eager to be of service. The main things I expect from a wax technician is for them to be able to make me feel safe, comfortable, and not sensing that they have a lot of hesitation. I've had wax services done before where it was more painful than it had to be because they were too rough, hesitated too much, and didn't do a good job of making me feel at ease. She knows her stuff and she does it well! I'm definitely going back! read more

Love love love this place!! I have been a client here for 2 years already and Kseniya has been amazing! I come here for the brazilian wax and she makes the process very easy!
