A complete and utter disaster of an experience. I wouldn't take a roof from Viirt if it were free. I'd negotiated with Viirt for quite some time on different options available and tried to do my due diligence before signing the contract. After multiple scheduling delays lasting months, Josh and his installer finally came out walk the roof a few days before the job was to commence. When they completed the walkthrough they didn't knock on the door to see if i was home. Instead, they left and Josh called me and told me they couldn't do the roof after all. It wasn't a roof they could do, the person I was working with didn't realize it and was no longer with the company, blah, blah, blah. Needless to say, it was mid-October and the rainy season upon us so I extremely displeased. Okay, I was pissed. In the months that my roof/project was being spec'd for details and materials (I had some specific requests concerns) and then the months of scheduling delays after the contract was signed not once did anyone from Viirt express any indication that this job was not something that they could handle. I'd gone into detail many times with different people from their org about the details of the project and never was a red flag raised. Then, when I finally am told that Viirt cannot perform the work, I receive a call informing me of this fact even though they were on-site minutes beforehand! Apparently Josh can't speak to a customer he's screwed over in person. In that call, Josh also stated that he would follow-up with recommendations for companies that might be able to do a roof of the type that was needed for my low-pitch and flat roof. That follow-up never occurred. I never heard a peep out of Josh or Viirt again. Which brings me to this review... Why now, 4.5-months after this fiasco am I finally writing a review? Well, I received a "Warranty Update" email from Viirt last week. Seriously? For work you never did on a job you cancelled? I replied to that email informing them that I wan't happy about that and wanted to be removed from all of their systems. Please and thank you. Obviously, they didn't get the message. I just got another email from them asking me to "lock in our winter pricing, TODAY" for a spring roofing project. Fat chance, Viirt. As another reviewer stated, you are horrible. read more

Then someone will come out, check your roof, and adjust the estimate if needed. - Great people - from Many, who initially reached out, to Josh, who oversaw the process, everybody has been a pleasure to work with. - Cheaper than other bids - I got bids from a couple different places. They were all thousands of dollars higher. - After installation care - Josh performed a walk-through, I've heard from Mandy and Sarah regarding warranty on the roof. I thoroughly checked Yelp and Angie's List and received several quotes before settling on Viirt for our roofing needs. We have an unusual roof, with rounded eaves, many roofing companies admittited they didn't have the experience or ability to complete our project. We had Josh from Viirt out for an assessment and he assured us his team had experience with rounded eaves and would be the best team for our job. We were confident in hiring them based on their reviews. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. While I'm sure this company is great when it comes to a typical roof, we were misled and our roof was botched. We have had several leaks around our newly refinished chimney. Josh's response was to put a plastic bag around the top of the the chimney, faulting the size of the chimney opening (we had no prior leaks) and not the fact that his workers had punctured holes and compromised the flashing we had paid so much for less than a year before. Visually, the rounded roofing looked absolutely terrible. The pictures included in this review are AFTER bringing this to Josh's attention. When approaching Josh about the aesthetics, he asked, "What did you expect it to look like? You should have told us what you expected before..." My response was that I had expected it to look better than the other 20 year old roof that was on prior, that was what he had promised. I have included pictures of the rounded edges as of today, after they were "fixed" by the Viirt team. I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I paid many thousands of dollars and was assured this company could handle the unique roof we have. As i stated, I'm sure a simple roof would be completed well by this company, unfortunately this was not the case for us. read more

Viirt did a excellent job from inspecting and giving me a cost estimate to completing the roof replacement in a very quick schedule. Josh, the owner, went beyond just getting the roof replaced, he also pointed out that the roof was damaged by the recent storms, which would be covered by insurance. The insurance covered the replacement of the entire roof. read more

They were quick getting back to me and giving me an estimate.Josh was easy to work with and very responsive to my concerns.Mandy was also very helpful answering questions and helping me with the online contract.I ran my own roofing company for about 10 years so I knew what I wanted,just too old to do it.Their bid was not the lowest,but i had my reservations about the lowest bid.There bid was extremely reasonable,work was started and completed in a very timely manner.nice clean work,couldnt find anything i didnt like and great clean up.Highly recommend them. read more

My shingles blew away from the strong wind over a week ago. I found out on Sat, so I called the number and got Josh on the phone. He was nice and helpful. He came out the same day to fix them. Also, he found part of my roof has defective shingles. He took pictures from the roof and showed me. I really appreciate his inputs and info. He also offered emailing the pictures to me, so I can show to my builder for a claim. Thank you very much. read more

The roofing crew did a good job installing the roof, however my interactions with the owners Josh and Mandy were full of lies and deceit. They offered everyone who signed a contract on Monday a $100 gift card as an incentive to sign. It was to be delivered on the start date of the project. The 3 times I saw Josh on the site, I asked about the card and got "I'll ask Mandy", "I'll send another email to Mandy" and "Mandy mailed it" Nothing arrived so I sent an email to Mandy who forwarded it to Josh but added words to my message which implied that I was threatening her. Josh flamed on me and then said the gift card was a drawing and I did not win. This is the wording on the email on the incentive "It's that time, again! Keeping our weekly tradition, tomorrow is Cash Card Monday! Signing your Viirt contract tomorrow, you will receive a $100 Visa Cash Card on your start day!" There was no drawing. For some reason, they decided not to give me the incentive. I have absolutely no confidence that they will honor any future warranty work if needed. Their prices are only slightly less that other quotes I received and I would strongly recommend that you do not trust them with such an expensive proposition. In response to Josh's comment the email I received on the gift card was this: I hope you had a lovely holiday weekend. It's that time, again! Keeping our weekly tradition, tomorrow is Cash Card Monday! Signing your Viirt contract tomorrow, you will receive a $100 Visa Cash Card on your start day! Let me know if you have any questions. I was very happy with the service we received from Viirt. They responded to my email on a Sunday and were out to our house within one day. Josh was very nice and trustworthy. We weren't sure if we needed a new roof or not. He gave us his very honest opinion and made the necessary repairs to our leaking roof quickly and effectively saving us from purchasing a new roof right away.
