Additionally, the other Verizon store in town and given me incorrect information about their warranty policy (perhaps unintentionally) and I was very frustrated because I was told I could exchange my cell phone cord and then was informed that I could not. The store manager, Susan, at Mangrove location was so nice and understanding and covered the other store's mistake in an effort to not cause me additional trouble. I think prices may be a bit higher than what you can get around town, but he is using the authentic Apple parts. He openly told me once I can shop around and probably find a lower price but to "pay attention to [such and such] and ask if they're using [whatever method or part] as they can charge less if they do it that way but it could make an inferior repair." Maybe I'm just being fooled, but it doesn't seem like it to me! If anything is ever wrong (rare), I'm confident he will make it right because I've experienced it. After getting the back replaced, there was a smudge or speck behind one of the camera lenses. I called, and the repair technician took care of it right away. Of course, this means it wasn't perfect the first time, but we are working with humans after all! Making it right with no trouble speaks volumes.

We were told we should keep our old phones in case we discovered something didn't transfer properly. They told us just bring the phones back before 30 days. We brought the phones in well before the 30 days and they refused to give us the $899 per phone dropping in to $700 per phone. They said oh no that was a promotion for a certain time and it's over. This is horrible business. They don't care! Go somewhere else. Best Buy would have been better and where we will go next time. Not here.
