Friendly staff. Quality products at affordable prices. The ordering system is a little wonky and sometimes it seems like the staff either forgets about the customer or I'm not sure what is going on, but every time I place an order, it is a frustrating process. The online menu is often inaccurate, and from there everything becomes a debacle. read more

I am 57 years old and suffer from pain and forgetfulness, and have turned to marijuana to help with that. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to where to go what to get so I turned to the only thing I've ever heard which was Weedmaps. I placed an order with them, but I didn't hear back so I called and the girl that answered to say she was rude is a major understatement. I will say this, that she insulted my age she insulted my mind. She insulted the way I look on my drivers license and then she told me that I should just kill myself. This is the person that nor cow medicine man has answering the phone. So if you are someone that is not extremely knowledgeable in regard to this business, I would avoid contacting Norcal medicine man because they will treat you like garbage and you will walk away in tears. read more

Waited over 4 hours for my delivery today got a call that what I ordered wasn't in stock made adjustments got everything situated fast forward to 4 hours later when the delivery man shows up with the wrong order I was supposed to get a bundle that was 8 eights for 65 instead they threw in 2 8ths of premium weed and thought that was appropriate compensation for their fuck up so not only did I have to wait hours for my order but I also totally got ripped off worst customer service no communication between staff very inadequate training and it shows will not be ordering for them again I'm a good customer that switch for the 8 8ths to the 2 premium is just embarrassing I'm embarrassed for you horrible horrible horrible experience read more

CREEPERS DIAMOND INFUSED/ TRIPLE INFUSED pre-rolls are top tier. I'm not a huge fan of the pre-rolls, but the CREEPERS made a believer out of me. They have a very classy glass tube. The smoke is real smooth... easy on the throat (PAUSE). It burns slow, which is a good thing because you'll end up lettin' it go out without noticing (49.0% THC ), especially, if you to da dome wit it like me, a Southern Cali native, lol... so, it puts itself out. It's definitely a CREEPER, indeed. Enjoy! read more

The prices are very good but they're incredibly unreliable. ETAs are never clear, I've been forgotten three times altogether after paying for the order online. I want to love this place but saying 1 hour and then either forgetting the delivery or doing it 6 hours later is deceptive. If they don't get your order within two hours, call and remind them. Chances are they forgot or lost the invoice. read more

The website says it takes about 30 mins to an hour but everytime it's been a 3 hour wait at the very least. I get that stuff happens so I'm not blaming them too much I think they should change the time on their website instead of false advertising read more

I call for delivery almost every week. Always get my order within the hour with timely updates from the kind drivers even the store themselves. Good product with smashing deals. Honest people who will really help you get the bang for your buck. Peep their diamond infused pre-roll. Smacked so hard it got me here writing a review read more

Horrible flower for top shelf prices. Manager told me if I don't like it I could go somewhere else. NO PROBLEM. DONT WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE LIKE I DID. TRUST ME they tried to make it right but to only bring me more horrible flower. 11/2/2022 read more

New guy on the phone is trash and doesn't pay attention to what the caller says. Also told me they won't be upgrading their stiizy pod selection and I got the last gram until they sell all their half grams. Hey dummies that isn't how supply and demand work. I'll be going somewhere else after dealing with that dude. Five years I've only ordered through them. Going from top of the game in town to the worst within one year. So sad read more

Have previously order from them several other places. No issues at all. But as I received the cartridges. Surprise. Won't fit. The glass part it's deformed and thicker so there's no way it'll fit on the battery. But as it is open. They won't refound it. Ngl. Sorry my x-ray machine it's broken and can't see the product whitout opening it beforehand. Nice job guys. read more

Great prices, amazing service! I've tried all the rest and these guys are by far the best in Butte County

This place has a huge selection that changes every day with all kinds of good stuff. They treat the customers with respect and are very helpful. And they always have a cool alternative if they are out of a specific strain. Proper Covid 19 practices are followed and that makes me feel confident that my products all have been treated likewise. You wont be disappointed when you do business with them! read more

Bad weed bad service long wait times hard to order products never go there or call bad service

Here is a copy of the email I sent to their customer service team. My husband was actually screamed at by a manager tonight and had to ask her to stop yelling. Do not trust these liars. They will not give you an accurate estimate ever. "We have experienced nothing but problems and would love for someone to make this right considering how much we spend each time. One time our order was given to a driver in Yuba not Chico, and it took 3 hours to get to us instead of the hour we were estimated. Another time we were told it would 1-2 hours and it took nearly 4 hours to receive our order. Tonight, we called at 4 PM and told it would be 2.5 hours for our order to be delivered. It is now 9:15 and we are still waiting despite calling three times to check the status of our order. Having to wait 5+ hours (double the amount of time estimated when order was placed) is completely unacceptable for a business. Especially when we have never been compensated or it has never been made right. We have even had the wrong product given to us because they ran out of stuff that night because they were so busy and they told us we would be happy with the same price substitute (we were not). We have spent a good deal of money with you and believe that we should be compensated for these struggles." read more

Top shelf quality cannabis. Delivered fast! Would definitely recommend to someone in need of fine cannabis delivery. Thanks medicine man!!

Doing business with them for a while. I was a little annoyed last year when they were always out of something. Now that it's legal, they seem to have everything. Wish Butte County had walk-in dispensaries like San Francisco. read more

I called to try and buy some tropical topical balm. The lady on the phone said they didn't have any. I asked if she had anything that could help muscle pain. She said not really. They were out of everything for the Chico Area Unless you wanted something to smoke. She seemed very annoyed that I asked any questions. I felt bad for calling and bothering her read more
