They were supposed to order specialized utensils for me that I was to come in and look at first, as per Valley Medical, to see if they were compatible for me and if the price was right, then I would have purchased them. Valley Medical just ignored me and never gave me that chance. We have now went to a different business that truly cares about their handicapped clients. Shame on you, Valley Medical!
