Came to buy a vape I live out of town never had a problem buying one before even with the new online system. Clerk refuses to sell to me because my profile name wasn't same as my id even though I showed the same id and card I used to purchase said vape online. I tried to change my info like clerk asked than he decided he just wouldn't sell to me I didn't say anything to him or do anything to him to warrant my service being revoked when I told him I would complain he says I'm the one in charge what are you going to do about it. Overall dude was completely unhelpful an ass and wanted to act hard but on a customer that just came in to buy a vape from out of town. read more

Our preferred vape shop is undoubtedly Dragon. With our weekly visits, we've become familiar faces to the staff, who kindly offer us occasional discounts. Their glass product range is not only reasonably priced but also impressively diverse. If you haven't had the chance to visit yet, I'd strongly suggest dropping by to meet Jo or Ryan and explore their wide-ranging inventory! Tell 'em Mel & Pierce sent you! read more

I am a newly-converted Dragon family member. I've noticed that people are particularly loyal to their choice of Vape Shop. Similar to choosing a "home-bar" or " *your* grocery store" . . . These places all offer identical products and services, so what exactly is it that separates them from one another and furthermore, helps us to make a decision about which one is " ours " ? It's the employees; the life-blood of any business. Speaking merely for myself, I look for: an employees ability to easily communicate and identify with me - their confidence in relation to product knowledge - desire to ensure my satisfaction with our transaction, even at the cost of time/energy/resources - most importantly though; I must perceive all of these interactions as * genuine *. I found all of my "high maintenance - consumer needs" met upon meeting Josh, an employee of Dragon Tobacco. He managed to meet all of my prerequisites in under 45 seconds - the only thing superseding his product knowledge, was his ability to convey it to me in such a humble manor as he did. My "HomeStore"; has officially migrated across town. Thanks Dragon. read more

They have tons of stuff and the employees are knowledgable about the products. Stopped here randomly and have been going here ever since!

Dragon Tobacco rocks! I've been going there for years. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dragon Tobacco is by far the best in Chico! read more

If you are an oil burner enthusiast ... this is your place. If you want nice products, this is not your place. It is a sad pathetic excuse for a smoke shop. The owners should be ashamed. Im sure they are embarrassed. I would be. I'd kill myself. Hi Five Smoke right down the road is much better choice. Unless you like the whole tweaker vibe ... pass. read more

Best place for your smoke or vapor needs in all of butte county. Trust me you will pay substantially less at this place than any other in town. read more

Very unfriendly staff. Not helpful and quite rude. Also the selection is not up to speed with other smoke shops.

If you want to visit a legitimate business here is not the place. My friend was looking everywhere for a seed of life brand rig and finally ended up here. She was looking around and found something that had a seed of life on it and assumed that the business was legitimate. Just as a precaution she asked an employee there if it was a seed of life rig, and she was assured it was. Once she got back she showed me it and I contacted the owner of SoL to verify the product since something didn't like quite right about it. She and I were astounded to find out that she was sold a fake product by a treasonous employee at dragon tobacco as the owner of the company said it it definitely not something his company made. We immediately contacted the business to get a return on the fake product when we were then told that they would not accept a return for it, what a joke! If you are looking for authentic glass or a smoke shop that doesn't practice fraud look elsewhere. read more

Had a very good purchase with these folks! Helped us find exactly what we were looking for just by us describing. Quick and painless and definitely coming back! read more

We only get top notch customer service when coming in here along with some incredible devices to consume my medicine with. We love the atmosphere as well as the awesome deals we get and couldn't ask for a better smoke shop! read more

My husband went and bought a $250 item. The next day he realized it was leaking water, so he took it back to the store. They said it was defective and that they would try to fix it. Went back a week later to pick it up he said he hadn't even gotten to it that he would work on it that night and it would be ready tomorrow by 5. He went to pick it up and they said it broke while he was fixing it. WTF!!! Now we're out $250!!! We have bought a lot of items and spent a lot of money at dragon!! NOT ANYMORE!! How could they not replace or refund what they broke??? read more

Staff is always super friendly and helpful, always recommending the best flavors. My #1 shop here in Chico.

I absolutely LOVE this shop. My boyfriend and I are very frequent customers. The guys that work here are the best; so friendly, cool, helpful, and have amazing taste in music. read more

Lots of glass pipes, that they do have & plenty of those around... the cigarettes were marked down & the customer service was reasonable

Went in as a beginner getting back into vaping with an Orion, I messed up putting the new pod but I went back and the dude who helped me before (sleeve of tattoos forgot his name) helped me fix it. Good customer service I'll be getting all my pods and juice here read more

Dragon was where I got my first piece of nice glassware and it won't be the last. Staff is insanely knowledgeable about their product and nothing but smiles permiate the place. You can definitely tell the owners and staff love where they work and are seeking the best outcome for you. 10/10 experience, will be returning in the future. read more

Best smoke shop in Chico !!! Helped me really find my favorite flavors and answered all my questions!

Fake juul pods sold here. I always buy mint pods here and they're sold here for $22 and the mint pods I buy from here are a yucky brown color and always taste burnt and nasty. Real pods I buy from the gas station are always clear in color and taste fine. read more

Received Good costumer service every time I come here and there's good pricing for juice.

Honestly they have the best selection in town for the prices. I recently purchased my second piece here and it's awesome. Their inventory stretches from a daily banger to some of the best glasswork I've ever seen. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to buy some glass. They also have a vast supply of papers and smoking products. read more

A few weeks ago, I bought a new pipe and realized I needed a lighter. I grabbed a lighter and took it to the counter when I was accused me of stealing a pipe and the cashier quickly blocked the exit and told me I was a thief and grabbed the pipe from my pocket. Thats when the other cashier explained I had paid for the pipe with him. Im thinking if you post pictures of people who steal stuff why not cashiers who are wrong in accusing the public? read more

Every time I go in, i get what I need & they usually take the time to show me the more efficient products. Really helpful & cool ass dudes. Got no complaints. Only tobacco store I go to read more

Really enjoy the atmosphere of the shop! They're easy to talk to and knowledgeable of the glass and other items they have. Wide variety for all your smoking needs. Fave shop in Chico!! read more

Went into dragon tobacco and experience was amazing! The guy behind the counter,Josh, was very helpful! Will definitely return!

I'm putting together a care package for my grandson with the 101st Airborne in Afghanistan and he asked me to get some items for his buddies. I called to get a price, since I'm on a budget, and was told they do not "discuss prices" over the phone! So I'm supposed to spend my time and gas money driving down there, not knowing if they have competitive prices, when they could simply answer a polite question? No. Never. Rotten "store policy" indeed! read more

This smoke shop has the worst customer service ever. I had purchased a pipe from the owner, Sunny, in 2013 and its was a great purchase. I have really big hands and it was the only piece I was able to find that fit my hand perfectly. Unfortunately, I was using a de-bowler one day and the center bowl part cracked in. Naturally I took it back to where I purchased it in the first place to see if they could repair it. I spoke with Nick because he is in charge of all the repairs and the glass blowing shop. This was in July of 2015. I just got my piece back today and it's February of 2016, 8 MONTHS later. Between July of 2015 and February of 2016 I was regularly checking up on the progress. I kept getting excuses like "hes waiting on supply's" or "there was a fire in the shop and we lost everyone's contact information" my favorite was "the blowers dad had a brain aneurism". When I finally got it back, I explained to Nick that at this point, 8 months later, I shouldn't be paying for anything, he replied "well I really don't think it was 8 months, and I'm doing you a huge favor by only charging you $8 for this, when I am paying the other $50 out of my own pocket for the cost of the repair. I was previously quoted $25 for the cost of the repair just the week before, and now he's paying $50 out of his own pocket, yet another inconsistent excuse/story. Anyways, he dropped the price down to $5 and proceeded to tell me that a lot of it was his fault and a lack of communication on his end and that he forgot to put the orders in twice, etc etc more stories. During this whole situation the store miraculously seemed to stay very well stocked with plenty of glass. Prior to this I would only use Dragon Tobacco for all my smoking supply purchases. I would not recommend this place to anyone after the way I was treated, and I will not be returning here for anything ever. read more

I can't speak to their prices as I don't know if they're great or not (they appear to be reasonable to me) but their selection is great and whenever I've asked for a reccomendation I've always found what they've offered to be superb. Just got a mod and I'll be going here for all my eliquids! read more

Really surprised this place doesn't have any reviews... I've been in here several times. I like to shop around and check prices before I buy *anything*, pipes included, but at a glance this shop doesn't look like anything special... and, to be fair, it is tiny, so their selection can only go so far. What gets them 5 stars is the service. Every. Single. Time. I have been in this store, at least one of the people working has engaged me for MUCH longer than they had to, just to make sure my questions were answered. AND, when I would explain that I wanted to check around, I got no attitude or irritation, just complete understanding. I was just in the other day and the guy working stood and talked to me about a brand I wasn't familiar with, even educating me on some terminology I hadn't heard before, and never once was he condescending or anything but completely polite. And to speak on the quality? I've bought a vape and two pieces from this place and all three things have withstood the test of time. The more places in Chico I check out, the more I wonder why I don't *only* shop here. read more
