Great location, good selection with multiple liquid types available. A&M Vapes has a responsive owner that knows the business and treats customers with respect. With time I would love to see the store mature into a legitimate vapor lounge. The good ones in large cities have the following: unlimited testing of all liquids / PG / VG in house mix as well as 3rd party liquids. An actual lounge area with couches is also needed because that's part of this culture. Chill time turns into $$. Seen it hundreds of times before. Vending machines and energy drinks are good too. Membership programs never hurt with loyal customers receiving some sort of incentive. Other than that I would like to see more Kanger products carried. Brick and mortar stores tend to be great in a pinch, but those who are truly still addicted to nicotine know that better prices can be found online - particularly for atomizers and liquid. Still though, I've always appreciated having a local store so I don't mind paying slightly higher prices to support local business, as well as the realization that having a physical retail space costs money which is inherently passed on to the customer. A&M Vapes is more or leas a quality store. Lets start with the pros: -90% of the staff knows the products inside, and out, LITERALLY. Cody is the "Guru" of vapes so to speak. -the products are high quality. -the shop has an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Extremely clean and well maintained also. -they have a WONDERFUL selection of juices, MODS, RDA's, VAPE PENS, and TANKS. -the staff is respectful and personable. -INSANE Juices. Easily, some of the highest quality juice out there. BAR NONE. Good job Cody. -a great 5star rewards system! For every 6 juices you buy, ($60 worth) you get the 7th free!($10 worth) -PROPS/KUDOS for having your FOCUS be on helping others quit smoking, and for CARING about TEACHING your customers how to properly MAINTAIN as well as prolong the life of their products. Now for the cons: -While the staff is extremely knowledgeable, (mostly) they tend to "Linger" behind the counter and struggle to help a multitude of people at once. Just a week ago, it took one staff member 3 hours to help THREE customers. I was the third customer...took a while. -A&M Vapes is UNDER STAFFED. Having two people on shift, is a MUST. Running to get someone flavors to test, while building coils is NO easy task. Help both yourself and your customers by fixing this issue. -after 2-4 hours in a shop, sorry for the wait doesn't cut it. If you spent 2-4 hours at a store, on your day off, because of WHATEVER reason, how would you feel? 99.99% of people would NOT wait hours to be assisted and buy a product. Over all, A&M Vapes is a GREAT Store. I wouldn't leave this store for ANY other vape shop. As for ANY bad reviews out there, you're full of it. The Nautilus Tank is a GREAT tank. I saw that little skirmish take place, and lady, you're an idiot quite frankly. The amount of juice YOU use is entirely based off your nicotine level. Only shop in the area I really trust. Some of the reviews on here are kind of sketch. While I agree with some of the negative stuff overall this shop is really great. It's a small mom and pop shop. For those complaining about not taking returns it's vape stuff. Anyone who has been vaping for more than a year knows things break. A small business like A&M can't just take returns on every single thing like Walmart. That being said they have been really good to me in the past for getting me discounts and helping me out where they can. I also have had several friends quit smoking through these guys and their level of knowledge on vape related topics in unparalleled. For real though every single person that works there seems to know their stuff. Certainly more than the other shops I've been to in nor cal. I visited both locations. They both exceeded my expectations and I was shocked! It is very clean inside and smells pleasant. they're focused on helping people quit smoking. Cody is very knowledgeable and will help you decide what vape is best for you. Awesome place! Recommended to me from a couple guys at work and I'm glad I went there rather than ordering my starter kit online. Spent about an hour there trying different juices and having the guys explain everything I needed to know. No pressure to buy anything either. They got me set up with everything I needed to get going. Haven't had a smoke in 12 days now and have referred my smoking friends to them. (They are now my ex-smoker friends now btw...) Recently went back for an upgrade to my setup and again they spent a lot of time with me showing me how to build coils and troubleshooting. If you want to quit smoking head over here! I have had the worst customer service ever! I'd never recommend to anyone to go here. There were a few guys working, who had their friends or people they know there and I basically was ignored for 15 minutes before I asked for help. And it seemed like I pissed them off for asking for help. I bought a tugboat rda and went home. Came back the next day because my center post started to spin. When I went back in they told me it was a clone. I was upset that they didn't tell me that it was a clone before I bought it. The guy said well ya it's a clone that's why it's so cheap. Ok so first and foremost this is not a complaint about the staff or the products. This is a complaint about who ever is in charge of operations at this location. I have been a would be customer 2 times now trying to buy a new vape and there's one guy working and the poor guy is trying to literally help 10 people at once. I waited 45 min just standing there while the guy runs around like a mad man. Would not be a big deal if it wasn't my second visit doing this whole waiting for an hour thing. Moral of the story if your business is this busy maybe paying for some part time help might be in your best interest because your going to lose sales and customers and eventually the poor employee who your running through the ringer. I feel like was screwed over. Saw a box mod I really liked online, walked in hoping to find it, and they did. I just wanted to pick it up, but the guy took a while with the person he was helping, which I guess is good, but he didn't even acknowledge me. I found the mod and had to wait a solid 5-10 minutes for someone else to come in to sell it to me. I just wanted to be in and out, not worrying about the price. Having seen it online for $50, how much worse could it be? Well it seems it was marked up a significant amount, to the point of me reconsidering purchasing it afterwards. I chose not to get a receipt, but it seemed like I paid almost double for it. They did offer me customer service by offering a coil build, so the attention to detail is good. He spent the time to walk me through the details to get me started, and I left there fully confident in knowing how to use my new purchase. I recommend this shop to NOBODY. I went in and bought a Nautilus tank for $27, which the guy who was at the counter highly recommended. I also bought a bottle of their eliquid try also. So this tank burned through about 4ml a day of liquid, which is insane. It's not at all safe to consume that much nicotine. I had never encountered that issue and to this day, still have not. In addition, it wasn't giving off any vapor really at all. I wasn't satisfied (obviously) and went back in to see what could be done. The guy basically called me a liar when I told him what was happening. I was so mad. He said he'd never heard of such a thing and told me there was nothing he could do except change my coil for me. Before you get the idea that he replaced my coil for free just to be a nice guy, let me clarify. He just put in the one that was a spare that it came with. Ummmm.. Yeah, if I thought that were the issue I could've done that myself. So, once the new coil was in, this guy actually had the nerve to tell me that I would have to BUY another bottle of their liquid if I wanted to try new coil!!! I was dumbfounded. Really dude? You sell me a bunk tank, call me a liar more or less and argue with me, insult me, and then try to okiedoke me and hustle me for yet another couple of bucks. No class. They don't stand behind anything. I recommend people go elsewhere for their vaping needs. I for one will never be back. read more

I went in there to get new coils and it took them about 45 minutes to do a simple task such as rebuilding my mod. They have a limited selection of juice and it was just a bad experience overall. They have a no hassle return policy (just save your receipt). They have spent hours with me trouble shooting and teaching me how to fix various things, build coils, and finding the perfect combination of pen setting and coil to ensure I get the experience I want. Great place to stop by regardless if you have been vaping for the last 10 years, just started this month, or are curious about it and want to learn more. This shop gives the vape community a great name. The atmosphere is relaxed and you feel comfortable asking any question you may have. It doesn't matter if your a 85 year old lady whose been smoking her whole life or a 18 year old guy whose been chewing for a while, you feel comfortable, no creepy weird employees, no crazy customers....it's a very reputable, respectful shop. They will make you feel like you are the only one in the store even if the store is full. I started out with a disposable e-cig, moved on to a regular small e-pen, moved up to a battery and tank system, then to my mechanical mod, and now I am a happy owner of a IPV Box Mod. They showed me the ropes to it all. The benefits are awesome, I haven't smoked in 8 months since I started vaping, I can breathe better, exercise more, taste more, my clothes dont smell, I can smoke inside and not in the cold or the 120 degree heat...I LOVE IT! This shop has THE best e-juice on the market...and guess what you can try it before you buy it! There is a tasting station, where you get to try any and all flavors!! My only complaint is that I wish I would have found A&M Vape sooner! And I recommend my family, my friends, and strangers I don't know to go on in and check them out for yourself...what do you have to lose? Nothing! What do you have to gain? EVERYTHING!! read more

I saved up my rewards points here (mind you this is the 2nd or 3rd time they've switched up their rewards programs) and found out just the other day that they changed to a punch card system. Because of this- they some how had NO repository where they saved their member's points and "expected" their members to have been in their prior to get punch card switched. I'd saved up these points likely for about 8 months, to get the biggest bottle you could get instead of getting a few bucks off here and there and I lost around $50 at least in these points (AT LEAST) beecause I was more than halfway there with over 300 points (I believe a point is a dollar). That said, I got in there the day after valentines day and was told that I'd lost all my points and the "dude" at the register was like- you didn't come in to get it swapped before? Which, did not settle well with me and I held my temper because I was about to outrage about it. So, all-in-all, I'm never going back here again after using them for nearly 2 years, I'm done with this place. Their prices are double anywhere else, triple to quadruple the prices of online, and they're always trying to do weird tactics to squeeze extra margin out of their juice or their customers. I would avoid this place at all costs, and I'm going to be persistent to put a review up on every site I can find. Rewards programs are to incentivize loyal customers, and to not keep your records or your data is negligent at best and down-right unethical. DONT buy your juice here. read more
