I'm visiting from out of town and stopped in for a pickup, but I wasn't really sure how the dispensary process worked. I asked for help, and while another employee said she'd get to me when she could after helping someone else, Maddi immediately noticed me waiting and came right over to help. She was SO friendly, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. Honestly, her energy alone would make me come back. It was so refreshing experiencing such kindness in a small town 10/10 customer service from her! read more

Sweet Flower - Chico - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Chico, California

we had a delivery driver OPEN our backyard gate and try to walk in our backyard which was crazy to have happen. I have pets that live outside who I had to run out and make sure didn't escape who he almost let out when he broke into our yard. when I was obviously scared and extremely uncomfortable with him in our backyard I asked "what are you doing here" he started giving ME attitude saying his gps told him to come in our backyard.. there are no numbers anywhere in the back and It was clearly not our front door where he should be. He was so rude about it and after I asked him to go to the front he decided to wait for over 5 minutes just standing behind our gate yelling at me so i am hoping we never get that driver again I did call to let his work know he broke into someone's property and was super rude to home owners and just watched us from our backyard instead of going to the proper address. I have never had anything like this happen before so hopefully we never see him again. read more

I loveee sweet flower! I have an out of state med card and they are the only ones who will allow me to shop with them. All of the staff in there is beyond nice and just has the best energy! Everything that I have gotten has been good quality for a good price plus they have deals everyday and a student discount! read more

Avoid at all costs! A bag of gummies labeled 7 dollars on the floor will cost you DOUBLE that at the register if you're using your debit card. RIPOFF ALERT! read more

Normally my service here is really great but today was pretty unfortunate. They say on the website that they take credit and debit cards, but I had to learn in person at check out that wasn't true. It was really embarrassing to have to leave. I can back later with cash and repeatedly was cut in line. When I finally made it back up to the front one of the two cashiers ran off before helping me despite there still being multiple people in line. Then the people in the online order section were prioritized, despite many of them saying stuff along the lines of "I'm not here for an online order oops ‍" This visit was really disappointing. I normally have a great time here but after this I don't know if I'll be back. Update your website and figure out your lines. Maybe after that. read more

The staff tonight was so friendly! We went in about an hour before close, it was very quiet and the entire staff was attentive and seemed happy to help us. The young lady at the desk checking IDs with the pink hair clips was lovely and so kind making us feel very welcomed and happy to be there. Once we got to looking around HAYDEN made our experience so amazing. He was able to be honest and connect with us on a level that made us feel seen and heard. My mother who is new to cannabis consumption had a lot of questions and concerns and Hayden made a point to validate her concerns while guiding her to make informed decisions that would be best for her. His product knowledge was excellent and had great things to say about all the product while still being able to share what makes each stand out individually. My mom is excited to try her new product and we are both excited to be back and hopefully be helped by Hayden or another friendly staff member next time! Thanks guys! read more

Sweet Flower has a comfortable atmosphere. The two bud tenders who helped me, Jordan and Rochelle, were both friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I will be going back. read more

HORRIBLE!! U would think that it being 420 and all they would have brought in more employees instead of having people stand around for an hour, a lot of people left because management sucks. Go to embarc, way more helpful and knowledgeable read more

One star for promotional grab bags. The last few times I paid over $100 for producta to get the grab bag but I get keep getting all indica product and some product you need to buy another product to try it. I asked to check for sativa but still get all indica. Happened more than once and you cannot bring the product back. Great for people who want indica not so great for us sativa fans. read more

Great products and service. Highly recommend the trip to Chico to see what they have.

In the world of dispensaries dispensing what probably a lot of customers appreciate these days, kind of making these type of businesses like a pharmacy in that many get relief for different issues such as insomnia, anxiety, lets not forget recreation, etc etc, Sweet Flower location wise, selection and service deserve as much attention as neighboring competition. CBD is also very much in many good people's quest as it seems they have a fair share of the market with supposedly beneficial attributes worth considering. Who am I kidding? Now a days in a very nice and civilized manner residents can get their needs/wants met while the industry thrives, and the states in which it is permissible, that are many, get a fair participación of revenues, and Sweet Flower is therefore doing a good job. 4.2 Stars. read more

Super friendly and quick service. This place is really spacious and laid out nicely. You are greeted when you walk in and someone is assigned to help you. I try to swing by here when I am in Chico. Go check them out! read more

As a business owner (restaurant & farm) I'm absolutely mind blown with todays experience! Staff were complete smart asses once I explained the mistake instead of taking accountability for there mistake I came in for the first time explained to "Timara" that I was just very picky on my Terp profiles Apparently at some point there was a miscommunication a 2nd cartridge was added to the order a "Pine Terp" which I would never ever order purposely Not the end of the world if it's ONE item But 2 got messed up I asked for a certain flavor "Ursa" cart and got the wrong one as well Great chance the person in the back was rushing due to it being close to closing and sent the wrong product up Then Daniel didn't repeat my order just charged me and rushed the order to get the order in before the 9pm mark But no excuse to operate so poorly better to repeat the order and have a client come back tomorrow Then be stuck going home with stuff he or she does not like or want nor did they order !! I'm a avid smoker I don't like pine terps I'll take accountability for a miscommunication with Timara if that's what happen But to not tell me what I'm purchasing at the front by simply repeating what your scanning and after I explain he didn't go over my order he just said I had to process it by 9pm I'd rather go home with nothing for $0 Then spend $360 on the wrong product DO NOT COME HERE read more

The workers were kind and helpful, but the shop set up needs improvement. There is a good selection of items, but The tax is not included in the price, so it adds up to an uneven total, which is inconvenient when using cash. Plus, the total before tax is higher than any dispensary I have been to, so you are paying extra money for the same quality weed that you can find elsewhere. You can either order on the kiosk for an extra debit charge or wait for someone to help, however they are short staffed and you may have to wait in line and order at the register. read more

My gf and I just moved into Chico and was looking for a good dispensary. Sweet flower had good reviews and it didn't disappoint! Very clean with a large selection of all kinds of products. Shout out to Hayden was very helpful and gave awesome recommendations! Would def come again read more

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I liked that they will verify your ID age without scanning your license. I find scanning to be too invasive and unnecessary overreach, so I don't shop where scanning is required. Try the "Lava" strain -- it's great! read more

I had a work emergency so I had to leave after placing my order, they called to confirm, I asked if my finance who is 30 years old can get my order for me we live together, like she's done it before . The driver claimed and said no, it has to be my ID, she claimed if I went back and dropped my ID off to my girlfriend she can get the order for me since they have to take a photo using their phone that it'll be ok if she has it, so I started driving back and I spoke to the manager who said that is false. I guess the employee even lied and said she didn't say that's if I'm gonna make all this up myself lol. Kinda funny but they'll never get my money anymore and I advise the same from this scummy business who lies. Maybe better training ???? read more

Best dispensary in town! I really love how all the staff are super kind every time you come in. The only thing I would say is it's kind of unfortunate they stopped taking credit cards. I never carry my debit card with me and I never have cash on me so I don't go as much as I used to. read more

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They make sure you get exactly what you need :) I will Definitely be coming back. read more

Huge shout out to Apryl she was so kind and honest. Very friendly and funny loved loved loved working with her

When you register to order online for store pick ups sometimes the discount doesn't go thru to the store, but they are more than happy to accommodate. It actually was a great first time experience and I look forward to many to come. I will give a" shout to devon and Eli "for helping me in pickup today. had a really treat convo too since the store wasnt that busy. I would also suggest Sweet flowers own brand of products, you get a real bang for your buck and I know in these times we all need a little love. stay high and happy! get your Flower power-on! read more

I honestly don't like the flow of this dispensary. I rather go to register and be helped then walking around especially when I know what I want. Selection is way to over priced and bougie place if you ask me. read more

Wow. Very professional , friendly, clean & prices are just right. Not to high. I love how they help you order or you can order online on a screen in the store. I got a nice vape pen that's chargeable for $50. And they have strains I've never heard of. Love this dispensary. read more

Alright dispensary in comparison to others in town but their service truly sucks. Ordered delivery 2+ hours before closing just for the driver to call a minute before closing saying he "couldn't make it". Said manager would call me back but issue is still unresolved. Going in store is just as bad, the atmosphere is always stale with the workers barely able to handle an interaction most times. read more

Worst dispensary in Chico ! Serice was horrible w smart ass budtenders that dont know terps very disappointed.. not much of a selection to be honest Definitely the bud is overpriced GO TO EMBARC INSTEAD !!! read more

New customer. First time I've ever been in. Hayden was the greeter. Very nice young man. He was able to serve me in the store also. It was pretty busy. He showed me a few different items to recommend. I was very impressed. Thank you Hayden. read more

I really dislike going here. I only do because its in walking distance from my house. Embarc is a much more pleasurable experience. 1 customer on the floor who needs help and 10 employees walking around holding ipads, doing nothing. 10 customers in the checkout line (which has 6 available registers) with 1 employee checking them out. To the people wandering around with the ipads... hop on a GD register and let us leave this awkward place. read more

Won't be back. Came in for the advertised Memorial Day Weekend Sale- it was still being advertised on the site and said nothing about ending Saturday. There were still placards up in the store advertising 20% off. I double checked with the gal at the front and she confirmed everything was 20% off. When I got to the register, I was charged full price and told the sale had ended yesterday. The cashier even went out and removed the placards. I've worked customer service and retail before and it's poor form not to honor a sale that's still actively being advertised. If you're having a 'Memorial Day weekend sale' that doesn't go all weekend, maybe you should be more specific or more on top of what's being advertised both online and online store. read more

The staff here is knowledgeable and super friendly. Their prices are great, too. Evan was fabulous and very helpful. I love that you can browse the product on the shelves and read the ingredients. Best dispensary experience I've had outside of Los Angeles. read more

I guess the honeymoon is over. They've gotten very expensive. Not worth it anymore. $4.50 to pay with a card. Prices higher than they were. Taxes now collected above the price of the product rather than figured in. Only review option after the sale is about the budtender who was great and not the problem. Cashier was very apologetic when cashing me out. "Don't shoot the messenger". Guessing their cashiers get beat up pretty bad by people who just learned about how much more expensive it is. Won't be going back. Guess I'll be hitting up my old dealer again. May not be legal but is now more affordable again. read more

Clean, modern new dispensary in Chico. Service was friendly and the product I purchased was legit!

Helpful and easy! Everyone there is always so nice and the deals are great. It's never too slammed and I always find what I want quickly

Chico's first legal brick and mortar cannabis shop. Lots to choose from. Knowledgeable staff. Good discounts. Highly recommended

Fire trees fire deals, big Beem in here every day smoking out the store. So Yee 5 stars if I do say so myself. Some pre rolls type stuff like that. The staff is always chill and willing to help out type stuff like that. read more
