Normally my service here is really great but today was pretty unfortunate. They say on the website that they take credit and debit cards, but I had to learn in person at check out that wasn't true. It was really embarrassing to have to leave. I can back later with cash and repeatedly was cut in line. When I finally made it back up to the front one of the two cashiers ran off before helping me despite there still being multiple people in line. Then the people in the online order section were prioritized, despite many of them saying stuff along the lines of "I'm not here for an online order oops ‍" This visit was really disappointing. I normally have a great time here but after this I don't know if I'll be back. Update your website and figure out your lines. Maybe after that. read more

The staff tonight was so friendly! We went in about an hour before close, it was very quiet and the entire staff was attentive and seemed happy to help us. The young lady at the desk checking IDs with the pink hair clips was lovely and so kind making us feel very welcomed and happy to be there. Once we got to looking around HAYDEN made our experience so amazing. He was able to be honest and connect with us on a level that made us feel seen and heard. My mother who is new to cannabis consumption had a lot of questions and concerns and Hayden made a point to validate her concerns while guiding her to make informed decisions that would be best for her. His product knowledge was excellent and had great things to say about all the product while still being able to share what makes each stand out individually. My mom is excited to try her new product and we are both excited to be back and hopefully be helped by Hayden or another friendly staff member next time! Thanks guys! read more

One star for promotional grab bags. The last few times I paid over $100 for producta to get the grab bag but I get keep getting all indica product and some product you need to buy another product to try it. I asked to check for sativa but still get all indica. Happened more than once and you cannot bring the product back. Great for people who want indica not so great for us sativa fans. read more

CBD is also very much in many good people's quest as it seems they have a fair share of the market with supposedly beneficial attributes worth considering. Who am I kidding? The workers were kind and helpful, but the shop set up needs improvement. There is a good selection of items, but The tax is not included in the price, so it adds up to an uneven total, which is inconvenient when using cash. Plus, the total before tax is higher than any dispensary I have been to, so you are paying extra money for the same quality weed that you can find elsewhere. You can either order on the kiosk for an extra debit charge or wait for someone to help, however they are short staffed and you may have to wait in line and order at the register. read more

Staff were complete smart asses once I explained the mistake instead of taking accountability for there mistake I came in for the first time explained to "Timara" that I was just very picky on my Terp profiles Apparently at some point there was a miscommunication a 2nd cartridge was added to the order a "Pine Terp" which I would never ever order purposely Not the end of the world if it's ONE item But 2 got messed up I asked for a certain flavor "Ursa" cart and got the wrong one as well Great chance the person in the back was rushing due to it being close to closing and sent the wrong product up Then Daniel didn't repeat my order just charged me and rushed the order to get the order in before the 9pm mark But no excuse to operate so poorly better to repeat the order and have a client come back tomorrow Then be stuck going home with stuff he or she does not like or want nor did they order !! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I liked that they will verify your ID age without scanning your license. I find scanning to be too invasive and unnecessary overreach, so I don't shop where scanning is required. Try the "Lava" strain -- it's great! read more

I had a work emergency so I had to leave after placing my order, they called to confirm, I asked if my finance who is 30 years old can get my order for me we live together, like she's done it before . The driver claimed and said no, it has to be my ID, she claimed if I went back and dropped my ID off to my girlfriend she can get the order for me since they have to take a photo using their phone that it'll be ok if she has it, so I started driving back and I spoke to the manager who said that is false. I guess the employee even lied and said she didn't say that's if I'm gonna make all this up myself lol. Alright dispensary in comparison to others in town but their service truly sucks. Ordered delivery 2+ hours before closing just for the driver to call a minute before closing saying he "couldn't make it". Said manager would call me back but issue is still unresolved. When you register to order online for store pick ups sometimes the discount doesn't go thru to the store, but they are more than happy to accommodate. Embarc is a much more pleasurable experience. 1 customer on the floor who needs help and 10 employees walking around holding ipads, doing nothing. 10 customers in the checkout line (which has 6 available registers) with 1 employee checking them out. Won't be back. Came in for the advertised Memorial Day Weekend Sale- it was still being advertised on the site and said nothing about ending Saturday. There were still placards up in the store advertising 20% off. I double checked with the gal at the front and she confirmed everything was 20% off. When I got to the register, I was charged full price and told the sale had ended yesterday. The cashier even went out and removed the placards. I've worked customer service and retail before and it's poor form not to honor a sale that's still actively being advertised. If you're having a 'Memorial Day weekend sale' that doesn't go all weekend, maybe you should be more specific or more on top of what's being advertised both online and online store. read more

I guess the honeymoon is over. They've gotten very expensive. Not worth it anymore. $4.50 to pay with a card. Prices higher than they were. Taxes now collected above the price of the product rather than figured in. Only review option after the sale is about the budtender who was great and not the problem. Cashier was very apologetic when cashing me out. "Don't shoot the messenger". Guessing their cashiers get beat up pretty bad by people who just learned about how much more expensive it is. I have been shopping here since they opened. I love the store front as it reminds me of Terra Flora in my hometown. Myself and friends had been having issues with missing points. Which led a lot of us to seek other options. Rumors about these issues were brought to my attention as I regularly use their creams. It's easy to forget points , and things like that. So I started to pay closer attention to that. My visit before last. I was shown I would have 20$ off my next purchase. So I made it a point to make sure this last visit I would be getting my discount. I knew the amount of points I had. When they looked it up I was just shy of my points. Finally I talked to Diego. He was very friendly. Looked up my account, and saw that I should have received a discount by now. He brought it to the managers attention. I believe between the two purchases. My friend and I made. They made it right. For now. Diego has always been friendly. He was very helpful in this situation. I hope the issues are solved from now on. Will keep an eye on our points. From now on. I'm bummed at the store as a whole since we have spent a lot of money. Fair is fair, but Diego did make this experience one that will make us come back.
