Karen Radley Acura [KRA]. (5 stars)…read more I can't believe I'm rating a car service with 5 stars... but I am! I had a very different experience from their Falls Church location and boy was this experience stellar!! My service representative was Cesar Urquiza (although the sign on his desk says Cesar Sanchez... shrug). From the moment I dropped off my MDX for a belt and tire repair, Cesar made me feel at ease. He reassured me that my car would be in great hands. He kept in touch with me throughout the repair process. He called and texted me and gave me updates for both the progress and cost. I felt the mechanics did a thorough inspection of my car and alerted me to some repairs I would need to consider in the future. The process was seamless and Cesar arranged for me to get a ride to and from my house and then also secured my loaner when I realized the repair would take longer than a day. KRA provides a "taxi" service for those who live within a 5 mile radius and their loaners are clean and newer models. Almost made me consider buying a new one but I hold on to my MDX for sentimental reasons. I'm already planning my next maintenance to be serviced by KRA and Cesar. The quick and honest recommendations are greatly appreciated! The cost were inline with other area shops and knowing that I would get "genuine" parts was comforting. Thanks KRA and Cesar!!

I hope I can properly express my gratitude and appreciation for Mo and OverDrive Motors in this…read morereview. Mo had been genuine, flexible, easy to work with, and has made a stressful period of my life so much smoother for me. I was recently rear-ended, suddenly leaving me with a totaled vehicle and an urgent need to replace it. I found OverDrive Motors through the AAA car-buying service and was immediately struck by the fairness of the prices. Most places will list at 99 instead of 100, and I appreciate the transparency of not doing so. Mo was responsive when I asked to come by and check out the vehicle, and he did something I really appreciate - he let the vehicle sell itself. He did not try to talk me into buying it, just gave me the CarFax report, let me check it out and take it for a drive. It was in even better shape than I had anticipated, and since I couldn't drive it away that day Mo allowed me to put a deposit down to hold it through the end of the week. I don't live close to OverDrive, and deeply appreciated Mo's flexibility in helping me close out the sale. He waited a little later for me in the evening, and was flexible when I suddenly needed to pick up a couple days earlier than I had anticipated. Embarrassingly enough, I forgot my primary form of payment when I showed up. (It had been a pretty stressful couple of weeks for me.) Mo didn't blink an eye and we were able to find alternative methods for me to pay for the vehicle. I appreciated that SO MUCH, particularly since others were relying on me that evening. Mo has gone above and beyond for every step of this process, and I can tell that it's just the way that he does business. Everything about this experience has set me at ease and made me feel confident about my decisions. The last used vehicle I purchased was through a large dealership, and that experience was transactional, impersonal, and belittling. It was the exact opposite of my experience at OverDrive Motors. I would recommend working with Mo and OverDrive Motors to anybody without hesitation. I hope that this review helps to do that.

Lyndsay dealership sold me a 2008 Cadillac car and told me they had done their 16 point inspection…read moreand they said it's a great car in excellent condition. I trusted them and did not get it checked out somewhere. Big mistake........ The cars brake lines look more like rusty exhaust pipes. I've never seen anything so bad and severally dangerous, (and I worked on cars back in the 1980s) Lyndsay dealership preaches safety and an honest dealership. I'm living proof they are not either. I could have been killed. Then the service manager said we will check it for me, after the extremely high and outrageous estimate was shown to me, I told the service manager how ridiculous it is to sell me a lemon/dangerous car then want almost $5000 to fix it. He said as soon as the service department sends me the estimate I'll see what I can do for you and call you. NO CALL. Ripped me off, I could have been killed from the brakes in horrible conditions along with a fuel and oil leak. Then said he'd take care of me in fixing the vehicle that they sold me for over $5000, now giving me a high $5000 estimate and not helping or even calling me. Total lies. (Here is the actual letter I dropped off at Lyndsay for the service manager, still NO CALL. ------------------------ This is for the service manager: This is the guy who bought the 2008 from you all, and brought it in Tuesday. I couldn't believe when I saw the photos Jason showed me of the totally rusted out and leaking brake lines. To be honest I also can't believe you all would sell it that way. Extremely dangerous and you all seem to preach safety a lot. I could have been killed in this car. It not only had/has serious severe brake problems but oil and fuel leaks. As you'll see by the mileage I haven't even driven it much, I bought it this way from you. I'm not being an asshole just totally disappointed that I totally trusted you all and didn't get it pre checked out. I can't afford this and need my car to drive. (I will attach you my original raving review I wrote about/for you all) You said you would call me after Jason sent you the estimate and see what you can do helping me out. No call. I bought this car in good faith and trusting you all and all I was told, and in no way can afford this. Jason was very nice, and explained before I left; that it would be $2600 in labor plus the mechanic was still calling around for parts since gm has discontinued them. He said add about $1000 for parts to be safe, it maybe less. Then I get an estimate if I read it right for $4900. I think $3300+ of it is labor. And if so $1600 is more than double what I found the aftermarket brake line parts to be after checking.

I was very blunt and clear on what repairs I wanted done and what repairs I didn't want done. The service advisor told me it's an extremely expensive car and he suggest I repair the plastic pieces on the under carriage of the car. I told him I'm not interested in repairing those pieces and he can go ahead with the additional work needed. After some time I was told the car is ready for me to pick up and once I got there the service advisor told me the wheel bearing need to be replaced as well. I paid for the repairs (in full) that they did and took the car for one day and then dropped it back off the next day. Now they are telling me the repairs are completed and I owe them money for the under carriage pieces! They are telling me they will put the parts in the trunk since I didn't authorize the repair. When I asked them who authorized it they told me my insurance company. The insurance company does not own the car so they have no say on authorizing work to the car. The car has no lien on it, so there is no financial institution that has interest in the car. Insurance cut a check directly to me for the repairs and I have the right pick and choose what I'd like to get repaired. I've asked for someone on the management team to reach out to me via email and it's been about 4 days and I've still yet to hear from anyone. Instead they called MY insurance company and told them that I'm refusing to pay them and I pocketed the money. This was highly unprofessional!!!! I spoke with my insurance company and they told me, once they cut the check to the customer it's their money and they can do whatever with it they please with the cash. This experience with them has been horrible and now I've called RR customer service to involve them. This not my first high end car that has went in for repairs. Never had to deal with nonsense at the Mercedes dealer when I take my Maybach in for repair, never had to deal with nonsense taking in my Quattroporte GTS to Maserati for repairs, no issues at the Bentley dealership with my Flying Spur and even Cadillac has given me better customer service then Rolls Royce motor cars Sterling VA. The level of professionalism is not up to par with Rolls Royce standards. Almost feels like I was profiled. Completely unethical and unprofessional. HORRIBLE!!!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!! At this point I'm thinking of selling the car as they are the only Rolls Royce dealership in town. Who wants to deal with that level of unprofessionalism especially at a high end dealership such as Rolls Royce! Wish I could give NO STARS!!!!!
