Stopped in to check out their semi annual sale; no greeting from any employees on the floor, including the one standing right next to me as I looked through their bras. They will make direct eye contact with you, not say a word and completely give you an RBF. Do they work off commission? If they do, they don't act like it; if they don't, maybe they should so you can actually get help at this location. It's so sad, I'd just skip this negative experience altogether and exclusively order online. Went in at 10:15 this morning and the store was empty since theyd just opened. I came in to get fitted and purchase a bra and the blonde that helped me was very quick and friendly at first; promptly fitting me and leading me to a dressing room. She told me to put the bra on and then hit the call associate button so she could come in and check the fit. I hit the button 3 times waited for 10 minutes and she never came. I walked out and on my way out saw her chatting it up with another guest and associate. I already felt super uncomfortable going into the store and asking for help (i have major social anxiety) so i guess ill just figure it out on my own at home and order somewhere else online. read more

I never used to shop here for anything until about 2 years ago. Got sick of cheap bras and other unmentionables that would rip after a few washes. I'm not one to use credit cards, but while I was on a little trip in Orlando, I went for it and the rest is history. Proud to say I'm now an Angel Forever, lol! First of all, yes their stuff is pricey, but you get what you pay for obviously. The trick is to go when they have massive sales, like their SAS which happens twice a year. This is where you can score BIG on a bunch of things from accessories to gym clothing to lingerie and everything inbetween. This store in particular is the closest one to me. It's located on the ground floor, kind of near the food court. I'm not a big fan of it because most times, the merchandise is all messed up and things are just thrown in places they don't belong by customers who don't care. Rude. There's always teeny boppers too...esp on the PINK side. I try to go before 1pm during the week when they're in school. Anything after that and the weekends no way. On occasion, I do go on the weekend like when they have their after hours events. It's hit or miss with the crowds. Went last night and got some good stuff. Employees are pretty friendly and helpful. Sometimes they don't know what they're doing, then you get screwed. Kind of have to decide if you wanna make a stink about it or let it go. Like everyone else says, the line is usually long especially during holiday season or SAS. I've come when there was no line but that's few and far between. Good luck with that. VS has become a staple in my wardrobe, as I have learned to navigate their system and get things I need without paying premium prices. Love, love, love their leggings and high impact sports bras. This girl who rang me up conveniently lost the coupon I had just given her and proceeds to tell me she couldn't give me the discount. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COUPON??? I seriously avoid going to this Victoria Secret. Victoria Secret always has a long line and and only two cashiers. This is has happened twice this week. I came here yesterday for a quick exchange, and they had nothing left in the large size thing drawer I had no options I grabbed whatever was in there i get home it was the wrong size come back the drawer is full but you can hardly shop because you can't even dig in it comfortably because it's over filled. They know there the closes store within miles they should always keep the store stocked, fully staffed to help cashiers and keep the floor neater. This store is not that big I was just in the Hollywood store on a weekend and it was kept together better. They take advantage that they know there the only VS within miles that they always have long lines. And leave it trashy shopping. Was out here for work, and ate at the food court on my lunch, and decided to do a little shopping for a new bra. As soon as I walked in I got a very judgmental stare from one of the girls on the regular VS side and shot me a long hard stare.. I was looking around for a certain bra that my best friend recommended to me and as I look over to my left I see that same girl staring at me in such a cold manner. Needless to say I hurried and picked up what I needed and checked out without anymore browsing. As I was walking out of the store guess who's right there..? Same girl shooting me that cold look, and not saying anything. Customer service is terrible. I was with a friend who wanted to purchase bras but needed to try them on. She pretty much knew what she wanted. It was 20 minutes prior to closing. I know thats cutting it close, but very doable They measured her near the front entrance and sent her to the back with a ticket to wait for assistance. She wanted for 3-4 minutes and no one knew she was there. She had to ask someone to go out and ask someone to help her. It took her a couple of minutes for the staff to bring her bras to try on but apparently, she brought the wrong style. Instead of checking back with her. She walked out of the dressing room to get the correct ones and then she then she was locked out of the room. They said they were closing and would not open it "sorry, its closed" (5 minutes till closing. She wasted their time and they wasted hers. A lot of the time was just waiting for staff to help but everyone was too worried about cleaning the store than actually helping a customer. (there were at least 3 staff members that I could see) 20 minutes is plenty of time to try on a bra and check out. And this is why physical stores will be obsolete one day. read more

Every now and then a girl has to splurge on some nice "unmentionables" as well as a new bikini! After receiving a gift card from my sweet daughter, I decided it was time to do this. I've bought things, panties, bras and other lingerie from Vicki's before, always high quality and comfortable but super pricy. That's why for me, this is definitely a special occasion kind of place and not my average everyday undies store. This place is huge! Who knew you could fit so much underwear into one store, although there is a lot of scents, make ups, and fitness stuff alongside the delicates. I will say that the bikini I got here is my new favorite! The colors melt together in a haze of pastel unicorn colors. The cut is super flattering on me and I couldn't be happier! Visited this location twice. This is the dirtiest and disorganized VS I have ever encountered. The sales floor is riddled with endless price tags scattered around tables, islands, mannequins. Many dust bunnies, food crumbs, and dark liquid stains through out the entire floor. One expects a clean shopping experience when selecting intimate garments. A filthy environment only dilutes the quality of this brand. Definitely need to consult with the regional and district manager regarding the poor presentation of this location. So I am basing this 5 star review solely on the customer service of 2 individuals... Rosa on the floor and Bailey at the register. I am a mom of 2 little ones (3 years old and 10 months) and I did what most mom's hate, and brought them into the store with me to go bra shopping. To make a long story as short as possible, it was a two day affair. The first time I went in, I was helped by both Rosa and Holly and they were nothing short of very helpful. I haven't bought a bra in over 3 years and I was able to find one bra that I liked. Seeing as I breastfeed, I knew I needed to come back again to try on some others on because my "milk production" varies. Well today I went in and surprisingly was approached by Rosa again. She went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable, found what I needed, and she wasn't pushy at all. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, and my 3 year old loved her!!! I ended up buying 4 bras and walking out very happy! The line wasn't bad, although I've seen it when it was terrible. Prices are obviously high, but you get what you pay for. However, if you are looking for someone who will actually help you without judgment or hesitation, go ask for Rosa you will NOT be disappointed! Also, Bailey at the front went out of her way to ensure my angel card was updated, called customer service, and really showed patience and was very happily helpful as well. I went to VS last week and the bra that was displayed was out of stock at that location. I agreed to let the sales associate order the bra for me and have it sent to my house. I paid at the store. The sales associate was very nice. Then I get emails from VS about my order giving me different days it will be delivered. I finally got my order today. Not happy. The diamonds that are in the middle of the bra are hanging off, and there is already a snag on the bra. I didn't want to take it to the store for a replacement, because they are out. It's the only bra I wanted. So I was just wanting to leave a complaint. I tried to do the chat they have online but that's a joke. They got new help some reps are great they really don't know what they are doing but they really try hard. As far as cashiers that's another story you better pray you get a good one. I have gotten amazing reps who are so willing to help and take my coupons and make suggestions plus the line goes fast.
