The brisket was just as great and just made me blown away that they have mastered so many meats. The smoked cabbage was one of the best sides i've ever had, flavor almost reminds me of smoked green beans. The mac was incredible like the rest of the food. I ordered 1/3 of a pound of moist brisket and 1/3 of jalapeños sausage. The cashier called someone else over cause she couldn't ring up 1/3 of a lbs. The second person told her to enter .33. When she did, it popped up .330. She asked if I'd be fine paying for .330 instead of 1/3 of a lb. Brisket was good, but I didn't get the requested moist end. The sausage was good, but not great. Someone came around and offered a free side of "gravy". I declined, but later regretted it. I really should have learned what bbq gravy tastes like.
