Made reservations on a Sunday, arrived and restaurant was empty, they have an open kitchen so I could see the Chef just looking at his phone, was thinking about leaving but we decided to stay. Shout out to Jose G our server and bartender... Jose makes some very great drinks. We checked out the menu , limited but definitely enough options, we went with the Speck pizza with smoked mozzarella and hot honey.. a definite winner , truly one of the best. They are known for the gigantic potato croquette for two, we decided to have it served with our entrees Pork Chop Parmigiana and Chicken Milanese since nothing else comes with the entree. All dishes were very good and great sauce. Full bar with limited wine list but some very great options to choose from. We had a very nice time and would definitely go back for pizza and a bottle of wine. Great dessert was a espresso martini affogato with vanilla bean ice cream

We came here on a Sunday with reservations. It was not too busy. Service was great and attentive. The restaurant itself was beautiful with many pictures on the wall and great colors. We came as a group of 6 and had the AYCE pizza. We tried all of their pizza options with repeated orders. Pies were small enough for a single person to finish. Unfortunately, the pizza was not to our liking. Crust was inconsistent across all pies. Most were very floppy/doughy without crisp. Flavor was also inconsistent. Most of the cheesier pies were unfortunately saltier than expected. My personal favorites were the pizza 83 and margherita. Although the I was not too fond of the pies, the AYCE experience itself was worth the trip as you won't have this anywhere else.

11/10/24. Started our Farmingdale crawl at Vico based on all the positive reviews. Greeted by Jose, the bartender, who was welcoming and attentive. We started with a few cocktails. I enjoyed my cosmo but I also tasted my friend's drinks. I'm not a bourbon drinker at all but the corsa all'oro was surprisingly tasty. The Sara spritz was a bit too sweet for me. We shared the Pizza 83 and the Mont Fait. While the pizzas were definitely not large, they tasted fresh. Both had a superb crust but the mushroom pizza was my fav. There wasn't enough sausage on the other pie but the sauce was delicious.

My wife and I came here after seeing all the raving reviews and were very underwhelmed from the moment we walked in. We shared the chicken Milanese and rigatonia di amalfi. Both didn't have any taste. For the chicken Milanese, it was good because of the balsamic. For drinks, I got the mont faito margarita and my wife got the Aperol sour. We were pleasantly surprised by them. For dessert, we share the tiramisu which was good. I'm glad we tried.

The meatballs were on the colder side, though chocked full of flavor. The chicken wings were perfectly crisp without being burnt. The caprese pizza was quite filling and all the ingredients worked well for satisfying slices.

Just incredible! For a starter, my table shared a margherita pizza which was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend getting a pasta and upgrading it to the "bomb bowl" for $4. The pasta is served in a pizza crust bowl and topped with burrata. Do not skip the dessert menu - they have an amazing Nutella pizza with cannoli cream on top, and a cannoli pizza, in addition to many other desserts.

I've been wanting to try Vico for a while now, and I am so glad I finally got to dine here! The vibe is incredible and it's a gorgeous space inside. The price point is fantastic - and the portion sizes were perfect. The meatball appetizer was SO flavorful and I probably could have eat four of them. The gnocchi was fluffy and the tomato sauce was perfectly balanced. I got the Sara's Spritz cocktail which had limoncello and Prosecco and it was so refreshing! Our waiter Stephen was so friendly, knew the menu well and made great suggestions.

Pizza first of alll was freaking amazing I get the same pie in a lot of Italian restaurants and this one is top 3 so far Meatballs are pretty good with the whipped ricotta The drink definitely worth it and the bartender was great he helped pick out most of the items Service was pretty good for the most part can't complain Ambiance was dope welcoming nice and quiet Will be coming back with family next time

Ordered delivery pizza and the whipped ricotta cheese. I wish I told the restaurant to make the pizza crust crispy. It was sort of soggy. Either was tasted good I wish the ricotta cheese came with toast not focaccia bread. Still yummy

Best service I have ever had wow. Our server went above and beyond to the point I saw him LOCATING A TABLE AND CHAIRS for customers to sit at OUTSIDE because they asked if there was outdoor seating. YES THIS MAN CREATED OUTDOOR SEATING for this couple because they came in asking if there was any. HELLO???? 5 stars just for that. As for his treatment of my friend and I: smile on his face, super cordial--absolutely loved his energy. Because we were waiting a short while for our food, he came over and apologized and offered us anything from the appetizers menu on the house. Seriously it didn't feel like we were waiting that long anyways. Food was good. I would definitely like to try more of menu to give a better review but the dough on that cannoli pizza was magnificent. Soft, fluffy, a slight bit of chew. Fantastic. I wish the burrata came with bread or something because it just came with some bright and tangy cherry tomatoes and crisp arugula but otherwise good, just something I'm glad was complimentary. The Cacio e Pepe croquette was interesting. Very strong flavor of the pecorino which I couldn't decide if I liked or did not like but anything potato is always good so I decided it was good. One thing I didn't get was their family special to go but something I have my beady little eyes on for next time. You can get three half trays of salad, an entree, and pasta for 35 bucks which is such a fantastic deal. And knowing that the pasta is made in house I know that's plain robbery to be getting such a steal of a price for three trays of food. What's special about this spot is that the owners are from the beautiful Amalfi Coast in Italy which inspired much of the menu. So here you have a little taste of Amalfi in Long Island with their freshly made pasta and pizzas. Would absolutely be back!

Food was delicious and the drinks were fabulous. Thanksgiving Eve met up with my date at Nunzi's It was giving "Hot Stuff" -- literally. I walk in with my date, and before my coat even unbuttons, Donna Summer herself is serenading me like I'm about to strut down a disco runway. Perfect timing. We were the first ones in the restaurant, which honestly made me feel like they opened the whole establishment just for my convenience. The host said, "Pick any table." Baby, don't threaten me with a good time. I saw that corner booth--cute, cozy, and prime real estate for flirting like I'm auditioning for a romantic comedy--and I claimed it like the last good parking spot at Target. The vibe? Oh, this restaurant is so my ministry. Trendy, modern, dimly lit like they're doing me a personal favor. If you're a social media fanatic like me. The entire décor is basically screaming, "Make a reel, post a story, take a selfie sis." The soundtrack? Disco, 70s and 80s R&B, a sprinkle of house. My favorite genres. The stuff that makes you want to shimmy your shoulders while pretending you're not checking out your date's jawline. The drinks? Oh honey... I ordered a blueberry lavender margarita because lavender is my personality at this point. My date got a banana Jameson old fashioned. I asked for a sip, took a sip, then instantly contemplated snatching his whole glass and telling him to order something else. It was that good. I asked the waiter about the pineapple infused vodka. "Can you taste the alcohol?" He said, "No, and that's the problem." I said, "Say less." Sold. LMAO. Had it in a martini fashion. Now for the food. We started with the Oh My Garlic Bread. Except... Oh My, what happened? The cheese was barely melted and the bread wasn't toasted enough. I wanted feral, unhinged, cheese-pull, toasted bread madness. I got "this could've been great but someone clocked out early." Sadness. It did come with a side of their delicious sauce and spicy vodka sauce. But THEN... that fried burrata came out like Beyoncé at the Superbowl. Melty, gooey, fried perfection. Cheese is my favorite food group and that burrata had me emotionally compromised. We also got Grandma's Meatballs. Delicious and they held their own and in chunky tomato sauce, with a dollop of ricotta? Mama mia, yes. For pasta, the server suggested the spicy rigatoni or the linguine bolognese. We went bolognese, and baby... that plate was giving comfort, warmth, cozy blanket energy. Delicious. Finished the night with the chocolate chip cookie sundae. Great ending, but listen--at an Italian restaurant, my middle-aged spirit WANTED tiramisu or a cannoli. I'm traditional like that. Overall? Five glittery stars. I will absolutely be back--probably dragging my work bestie for a happy hour where we judge men and eat fried cheese.
