I went here because it was close to my kids school and had some time before school was out. The quality and service by the tech who did my hands was horrible. Only question he asked was about the length after he has already started cutting. He left so many gaps around my nails and dint give me a chance to inspect them as he was doing them. He never asked about the shape or if I wanted a design. At the end I was happy he hadn't. As I was waiting for my pedicure I saw the gaps as well as the pedicure tech. She spoke to the manager who said the tech would fix them after my pedicure. My pedicure was spot on. The service was great and no issues. I went back to the tech to fix the gaps. I thought he was going to fill the gaps in with acrylic instead he filed only the really bad ones down and just put polish over them. By then I was just done with the place. I will never return no matter what. read more

By far the best local nail salon! The staff is very fast and efficient. I always get fast and great pedicures here. Their acrylic nail designs are beautiful. I recommend coming here and getting your nails done by the owner. Feel free to show the staff an inspiration picture and they will make sure to fulfill it! I would give more stars but LISA was horrible in the sense that she was trying to over charge me . One the price menu is on the wall Two another nail tech told me different . I don't mind paying for quality service but at least you should all be on the same page before you trying scamming costumers. If I can give this place a -1 star I would. First I had arrived before a couple of other women and they took care of them before me. I asked for a manicure the manicurist seemed to be having a horrible day. She threw my hands back and forth and was being extra with how she was handling my manicure. There was a reason I stopped coming here and now I remember why. I will never return to this place ever again. I left with the worst manicure ever and bubbles on my nails. I give these 5 stars to Ken! He always the one to do my nails and pedicure. I don't go with no one else there or go to another salon. He does a perfect job I highly recommend Ken doing your nails. He is highly requested. He's off Tuesdays (FYI) I've been going to him for some years now The appearance might not be all that.. they have changed some stuff. I've been here a couple of times n it seems like I'll b a regular not the tidiest place but the work is good n fast. By tidy I don't mean dirty, it looks decent just a bit messy. If I didn't think they were clean I wouldn't get anything done. I recommend them...reasonable prices but not a great variety of colors. I remember coming here a while back but it has changed a lot. The service is not the same or maybe the person that I got. I think the receptionist was doing my nails since she kept stoping what she was doing with me to lure clients in. No clean towel was placed under my hand and the cutting tools were dirty. Not only that but the girl that helped me kept giving me different prices, something other people have mentioned here. I had never complained about this place I've always done gel nails and I've always loved them. Yesterday I went in to get my nails done and they look good, I was there for about 20 minutes waiting on my nails to dry. I checked and they seemed good. Turns out the nail polish was old, they didn't even wait for the black polish to dry to apply the matte color. They got ugly I called and I asked if they can redo the color because the polish never fully dried and they told me to go right at that moment I told them I couldn't go back until today due to the fact that it was late. They said no, that I had to pay for them to fix them. Therefor they are getting a 1 star. So disappointed, wanted to get something nice where I don't have to fix it on my own. Never again will I get regular polish because there old and never dry. They customer service was poor. They could have easily said yes but decided not to. read more

I went to get a mani and pedi and Im never going back! First off the bald chubby guy did my Mani and he cut my finger with the clippers and when I tried looking at my cut he would just say no and pull my hand toward him. He cut off of my cuticle and the cut would not stop bleeding he had to put a liquid on the cut to stop the bleeding. & as for my pedi it was an ok job bcuz it was done by someone else but i was wearing sneakers and they didnt want to give me sandals I had to ask them for sandals more than 3x's.
