I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

Instead, they simply plugged the vehicle into a diagnostic scanner and told us the engine was misfiring. We already knew the vehicle had a misfire. Any basic scan tool can identify a misfire within minutes. The problem is that they never investigated the issue we asked them to check. To make matters worse, they charged us $320 for what appeared to be nothing more than a quick scan. A Ford dealership charges around $250 for a full diagnostic inspection. We were never informed of the cost beforehand and were not given approval options before the charge was applied. We ended up calling the police because we felt the charge was unreasonable. The officer told us that we should have been informed of the cost in advance and even provided documentation for the DMV regarding the overcharge. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences we've ever had. We felt misled, overcharged, and ignored. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and thorough automotive service. STAY AWAY I even video recorded all of our conversations because the owner was so ridiculous!!!!!!!

I prefer to clean my interiors myself including vacuuming. I come here since it's the closest car wash near me and it does the job mostly. The car gets hosed by high pressure hoses first then it just goes through the auto wash. After it comes out, it gets driven to the curb where 2-3 men quickly wipes it. I always still see dirty spots afterwards though. I treat this spot as a pre wash as I always need to finish cleaning it afterwards. Payment: they give you a paper ticket then you go inside to the cashier to pay. They are typically distracted by their phones or chatting with a coworker. It would be nice if there's ever an option of washing the car yourself with a high pressure hose and suds available at these places, I went to one in another country which I felt was genius!

The attitude displayed by your employee negatively deflects on your business and undermines the trust and goodwill of your customers. you are losing a loyal customer.
