The food is good but the drinks were soooo disappointing don't know if it was bad day to go or what was going on. We had gone to dinner and sat in patio area so we thought it would be a cool place go back and have some drinks with friends so we went back another day and it was horrible! Staff was super slow. Tap beer was flat bottled beer was room temperature my martini was hot i ordered another one it was put in same glass! At least i think those were my lipstick marks. .we complained to waitress she apologized then order came back wrong so we complained t manager that didn't do any good i asked if he knew English so i could explain everything he shook his head yes so i explained all he did was say ok ok ..if i would of known i would of spoke in Spanish! Service sucks balls. Food was decent. My family and I went in last Friday roughly about 7pm. It was premium rush hour, so we had a wait of about 20 minutes, not too bad for a party of 8. We did have a handicap member of our group. We where on the back side of the restaurant, onw memeber of our group had to wheel our wheelchair member around to get to our seating. As I followed to get to our setting I realize why she had to taken around. Fire hazard everywhere!! No safe walking distances. We all had to squeeze threw tight walkways to get to our seats in the front of the house. We where seated. As stupid as this way sound, we received 1 tomato sauce and 2 bean dips for our party of 8 for our chips. We later noticed all the other tables had little "molcajetes" with all the sides. Our server, if you can call her server, acted more as a bartender. She kept asking us about drinks about 3 times before asking for our food orders. Every time she asked for our drinks, she would put in orders for the surrounding table's drinks too which added to more time when she would return our table 3rd time she finally visited out seating, we asked to put in our orders. I requested a Fiesta plater? I requested "guacamole on the side," seeing that the guac is in the middle of the plate on the menu images. We waited out typical 10-15 mins for food. Food times where good. Food was good. I received guacamole on my plate. I removed it and distributed it to my party. Now getting out additional items sucked. We asked the server for salsa verde. "We have to charge extra, we don't have a house salsa" ok fine, but I want salsa! We asked for -salsa verde -lemon -2 extra spoons -tortillas both corn and flour. It was about 10 minutes since this. We wanted to eat our food warm. We called down another server. He was back in less than 5 minutes. She came back about 10 minutes later. With guacamole in hand. "We didn't ask for guacamole." And my salsa verde, the other gentleman didn't bring. Later went received charged us for the guacamole we didn't ask for. Paid and left. Probably will be back since my picky family does enjoy the food. However, I sincerely hope we do not get that same server. Soooooo. I came here one day after work with my Co workers. To have a couple beers. I ordered a michelada. Which had a bug in it !!!! On the celery to be precise. My co-workers and I went in on Sunday night. We had reservations for 8 at 8:00pm. The person that took the reservation was not there and our table was not set up, not a big deal because the place was empty. We had our choice of seating and the whole restaurant to ourselves. They have a good selection of beers and a full bar. The bonus: Restaurant.com has 75% off gift certificates for this spot. Based on our bill, you can use the certificate to buy alcohol. The food was good, well come on, how can you go wrong with fresh seafood. Oysters on the half shell with there salsa and green chili sauce was a treat. I had the Chili Relleno which was spicy, cheesy goodness, beans and rice was average. Everybody else was happy with their meal. We pretty much tried everything on the menu with no complaints. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the guacamole. It was fresh and looked great but it lacked the spicy kick that I like. I went here with my boyfriend and the food was pretty yummy. We saw some mariachis playing music by the entrance although I do wish we could have seen them where we were eating. I think the tostadas were definitely one of the best things we had that night. The waitresses were nice. They seemed a little busy, but they made sure we were tended to. We got the oysters, but I really wanted to try the special ones, but they were very expensive. I got a little strawberry margarita that was pretty yummy too. The 7 madre soup was okay, and their micheladas was mediocre at best. Their sauce for the squids and calamari are not very good. The tables has no utensils and they are cheap with the napkins. My only regret is not looking at the reviews before eating here. The place smells like bleach and water. The chips were stale and kind of warm. The bean dip tasted like can beans. The salsa was ok. If I could give no star I would. The only thing that was good about this place was the happy hour drinks. As far as the food it was awful. The beans taste like they were from a can like pork and beans. Not good. The rice was so damn greasy that I ended up throwing up acid heartburn the rest of the night. Margaritas are delicious food is good. Service is a hit and miss though, I've had both great and not so great servers.

This is my favorite spot to come and enjoy drinks and food. Every time I come to bring new people they have a bad experience with the service. Today around 6pm we waited to be seated and once we got seated our waitress Karen was very rude and had a puss face the whole time she took forever to take our drink order and we had to tell her we were ready for our food order. We had to ask for refills on our soda and she rolled her eyes when we asked. I love going there but I just don't like the service from some of the girls. read more
