My very first apartment and I could not have chosen a better place. Very peaceful, the staff are very considerate and their maintenance team is GRADE A! I have lived at Vesada for 3 years now. The apartments itself are very nice, never any trouble with neighbors, and a great place to live EXCEPT the parking. It has gotten worse!!!!! You only get one visitor parking pass for the duration of your entire stay. Recently, I had a visitor in my personal assigned parking spot. Unfortunately, he forgot to display his pass and didn't think it was big deal since he was in my personal spot. WRONG!! He was towed within and hour and a half of parking there! My car has a resident sticker clearly displayed and I was parked in a handicap but I forgot to display my placard. I must have been in rush and forgot but again within 2-3 hours of being parked there I was also towed. Instead of showing some common courtesy since I am a resident with a stickered car and giving me a ticket, note, etc, I was towed like some who wasn't authorized to be in the community. They have my car info and know what apartment I live in so a company with good customer service towards their residents could have and should have taken the time to notify me if they were going to take towing action. I could have presented my placard but instead there is no room for making a mistake and a towing fee is the cost of that mistake. Previous management would hand out temporary paper passes up to weeks for any of your visitors and parking was never as bad as it is now. At this point I am afraid to have any visitors over because you only get one visitor pass and they are not safe even in your own assigned spot. After talking with the manager Lorraine, she tried to show compassion but really didn't care and gave me several excuses as to why they have to be so harsh on towing. I understand that there has to be some guidelines in place but it seems that they are irrational towards their residence, especially when they have a stickered car. If this is the way they treat their residence then I don't know how they expect people to want to live here. I am not going to renew and can't wait until my lease is up. I am afraid to have anyone come over. My friends and boyfriend are afraid to be towed. And by the way security is horrible! My boyfriend's expensive speakers among other things in his truck got stolen but security was no where around. They don't seem to be around either when gas siphoning happens either. There is also an old black car, with a sticker, parked in the same exact place and never moved for the last 2 and a half months. The car looks abandoned or not in working service but yet security hasn't question that vehicle and instead drives around tagging other cars for towing. Once I notified Lorraine the manager she said she would go out and tag the car herself and have the car towed if necessary. Its been like five days and that care is still there in a convenient close parking next to my building, yet parking continues to be a huge issue. With the continuing increasing prices of about $50 per renewal, it is best to rent a small house for about the same price and not have these issues. If your up to these apartments they want to call condos, good luck! If you don't want visitors then it might work for you. For an added expense you can get an apartment with a garage. read more

I was a little nervous about this complex when I originally read the reviews on apartmentrating.com. But they happened to be the complex with the highest ratings also and I can certainly understand why! The customer service is TOP NOTCH! My first contact was via phone with Lorraine, the Manager. I was scheduled to have an apartment viewing with her a few days after we spoke on the phone. When I showed up, it turns out that she had gone home early cause she fell ill. Her employees stepped right in without hesitation and gave me all the information and was very patient and not push at all. Her name was Amanda, I believe. Shortly after that, we decided to put down the deposit to hold a spot on the waiting list (yes, this place is that popular - we were about #8 or so on the waiting list for a two bedroom, two bath). Within two weeks, I got the call.... an apartment was available. From the day that we moved in, the communication between me and management as been nothing other than AMAZING! They are very understanding, always willing to work with you, personable, and very professional. No doubt at all, I am extremely happy with my choice to move to this complex. I've lived here since 2010. The amenities are great, two outdoor fireplaces, a good size picnic barbeque area, two commercial barbeque grills (always busy on the weekends) a nice gym and a killer pool. It's well kept and clean for the most part. The staff is outstanding, the maintenance guys are great and the gals in the office are awesome. I moved here a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it here! The moving process with the office staff was phenomenal! The staff is very welcoming! I live on the first floor and I have not had any problems living here. Occasionally, I'll here footsteps on the floor above me, footsteps going up the stairs, and even the hall door opening and closing, but other than that, it's such a quiet area! Finding parking is a little difficult after 7pm! I would definitely recommend family & friends to move here! read more

Moved in a two bedroom two bath with 2 car attached garage in March and after 6 months(over 1600 a month) was able to break contract due to not very pleasant living conditions to say the least. This review does not reflect the whole staff here just management(Lorraine) I have now just left a message with the corporate office after leaving a message with the regional office and being told everyone is one a pricing meeting. -Dog areas need to be maintained better (dog caught flees twice) -parking is ridiculous for visitors, I was told I have a 2 car garage and both my full size Suv and full size F250 must be parked in garage, I made it happen (crazy right) but tell me why when I have visitors I have to park in the st. Not to mention management tried to get it under control for 2 months by starting a new program but prolonged start dates due to "uncooperative residence " wow! Who's management? Tow that mess! -DO NOT MOVE into a bottom story apt. It's super loud when you have kids in the apt up from you, jumping,running etc. Oh!! And management cannot do anything about it even thou they tell you they can by placing a phone call.. that's it!! Had to fill out forms for weeks until finally a call was placed to high up for a resolution. -Patrol company worthless. Just got a new patrol company called them about a week ago to report a suspicious vehicle entering the property behind an authorized person. Called Patrol One to request contact to these folks going through the trash looking through residence mail etc. And was told they couldn't be there for 45 mins. And call the police.. what exactly do you get paid for? Not to be on site? That's not keeping this property safe. Vesada too cheap to pay for security and keep folks cars and belongings safe. Why I'm I paying over 1600 a month if you don't care about your residence. -BEST one yet! Receiving a letter from Lorraine during a holiday weekend telling you to leave the apt for 3 hours at 8am on the tueaday after a holiday monday because of pest control treatment. In 100 degree weather really?... management suggest to put your dogs in a "pet hotels" for the day (on who's dime.. yours of course). Then to come back to your apt. And see the pest control folks still here. And letting me know nothing was done because we got the wrong information from management about preparing for treatment. So after spending hours taking things off walls.. packing. . Etc. It was all unnecessary and could have been avoided?? And no treatment was done due to incorrect information given. Lorraine is infamous for blaming higher management for all the decisions made which may be true but as an on-site manager you would think she would try and defuse the situation instead of making it worse. Takes no responsibility for anything on site or doesnt even offer a sincere apology for all the inconvenience. May be new to property management. Have to love it. All with a newborn baby. Needless to say.. our last month here and would not recommend this place to others.. Amanda and Monuiqe in front office were always helpful N willing to help with a smile. The worst place to come to when apartment shopping. The entrance was filthy. No parking for future residents. The lady in the office wasn't helpful at all. She couldn't help us look at the models for some lazy reason, saying she couldn't leave the office unattended because social security paperwork was out... I mean don't they lock up like the other places you come to get a tour by? Not to mention the freeway had construction going on over that weekend. We drove there just to get turned back around. I wish I didn't have to give this place a star at all, but I do jus to tell you all this story. Lol read more

The up keeping of the apartments is beautiful and up to date. However, the parking situation sucks!! We are now required to show proof of ins, registration and utility bill in order to get a parking permit! Even if we live here already since the security patrol is changing! And as for our guest they must park outside the gate which is only 10 parking spaces (which are always taken) or on the street about a block down in another neighborhood! You only get one remote per apartment so everyone else has to put in a code!! The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors above and on the sides of you. Maintenance is quick to fix once you put in a request but I did have one issue when the maintenance person was fixing my fridge and forgot to put food back in my freezer so when I got home food went bad!! Overall it's a nice community it just feels like your in the middle of no where as well because there is literally nothing around the area. read more

Just a little Perk!...I have lived here for about a year and I would like to thank the new management for some of the improvement they have made at the building. The pool area is awesome! clean water at the pool and spa, and the gym is well kept. . There has been some problems with people digging in trash cans and making a mess, management has/ and will be addressing the problem. The manager, Lorraine and the staff have been very helpful addressing all other request, they are awesome at taking care of the building, making Vasada Apartments a nice place to live . read more

My wife and I moved in about 7 months ago, and to be completely honest, I absolutely love this place! The front office staff are very pleasant and professional. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond (less than 24 hours), and very knowledgeable and efficient. The other tennants are also very nice. We have had zero issues with any tenants or employees. Also, vesada has noise restrictions, so there is never any loud music or annoying party's past 10 o'clock, which has been a huge stress relief, seeing as how we sometimes work late and like our sleep. The only negetive thing I could say is the parking situation. Some tenants don't use their assigned parking, which causes a shortage of available parking spaces for people with more than one car. I do believe that they are fixing this issue because they are changing the security around to make sure that cars are parking in their assigned spots. Rent is about average . We pay 1500 a month for a two bedroom two bath with two pets and double walk in closets. We are definitely renewing our lease. read more

These are beautiful apts and the girls in the office are great. I recently transferred from a 1bd to a 2bd and they were beyond helpful and I plan on staying here a while! Maintenance is very responsive I had a loud noise from the AC and I put a request online in the morning and it was fixed by the time I got home. I would highly recommend them! read more

As a newer resident, I have taken my time to review over the first several weeks. Even before any deposits or signing, I was pleasantly surprised about the level of service and personal attention provided by Monique during our multiple tours. Communication from Lorraine regarding move-in and any current community notices has been on point and she is fun and friendly on a daily basis. Amanda's concern for our comfort in common areas is greatly appreciated. We are truly loving life in our new home. All my kids are familiar and happy to chat with the wonderful office staff who often go above and beyond, but it doesn't stop there. Move-in was easy, the unit was not just clean, but beautiful with the included luxury upgrades and fresh paint, and when we did have an issue of a clogged drain, maintenance was quick to resolve. We feel absolutely safe with the security patrol taking care of business (including non-permit cars). The pool is our favorite daily hangout and the fitness center is spot-on. We love the little surprises like complimentary poolside snacks and community taco night. I can't say enough good things about Vesada and it's staff. And to top it off, everything comes at a very reasonable rate, more value at a better price than anything comparable in the area. read more

I lived here for a little over a year and just moved out due to a job relocation. In my opinion, the only con about the community was the location. I would prefer to be closer to major retail areas, but at the time of moving to Vesada was the most convenient for me with direct freeway access. Upon move out I did not expect to get my full deposit back. I've lived in apartments before and know what they usually charge for at move out. Reading the reviews below baffles me with how rude people are. People don't understand their liability for things they ruin! All of my charges were standard in my book and I didn't feel anything was excessive. I paid my final utility bill before I moved out and was charged for cleaning of the apartment, carpet shampoo and touch up paint (all charges were minimal). My car was towed in error by the parking company, but management found out before I did and contacted me immediately and had my car released! Water, sewer and trash bills do run a bit high here, however I lived in Jurupa Valley before and was charge roughly about the same. I had a really pretty view of the courtyard for my apartment and loved how spacious the floorplan was. My neighbors were extremely pleasant. Time to time I would hear neighbors playing music on the weekends, but it wasn't something that bothered me. I NEVER had any issues with the staff. Maintenance and the leasing office were always polite to me and very upfront from day one on what to expect. I referred two people here during my stay and would recommend it to anyone thanks to Kristina, Bree and Monique! You get $200 each for referrals by the way! read more

Signing a lease with Broadstone Vesada is by far the worst mistake I've ever made, living situation wise. Don't get me wrong these are very nice apartment complex, but don't let the physical appearance fool you. Property management sucks. After you sign that lease, they are nothing but rude. Parking policy sucks, they say it's for our safety but more of a pain in the ass I think. Continuous loud music after hours as well. It sucks when you actually have this thing called a job and you can't even sleep. read more

i have lived at broadstone vesada apts for 3 yrs. now we are moving out, cuz our jobs are relocating us up north. my rent has never been late and my check have never bounced. i only have 10 days left on my lease yes only 10 days and the office people who dont care wont lets us out of our lease, which is really crazy. so i have to pay a full months rent. i wont really care if we were just moving out and staying in the area but my job and my wifes job is moving us up north and the managent office jsut wants the money and dont undersatand. so if i were looking to move in here u should think again about that. plus the office will move u in at a good rate but when your lease is up and u resign the rent will go way up. there are alot of pool crasher who dont even live here, i have had my gas stolen my tages stolen my neighbores also have had ther gas stolen also. ther are alot of partys all night and when u tell the office they act like ther care but really they dont and they dont do anything about it . people smoke pot all the time and again when we tell the office again they dont are and dont do anything about it. so if u like to have your kids arround pot somkers and your gas stolen and tages stolen and like your neighbors partying all night then go ahead and move in. but if i were looking and knew all of this i wont move in and keep looking. just stay away from vesada apts onbody should have to put with with all of this bs good luck to to if u happen to move in......so in other words just stay and away there r much nicer places u should find. read more
