Smooth Move-In Experience! I had a great experience during my move-in, thanks to the amazing help from Tristan and Max. From the start, Tristan was especially welcoming and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Vesada is such a beautiful place to live ! We're going on our 3rd year living here and we love it . We recently moved to the 1st floor as we were living on the third and it was just a lot with a newborn baby going up and down! Max, Tristan, and Adi made it very smooth for us to move and were very patient with everything as my bf and I work so much it was hard to catch them in the office when they were open. Their understanding,caring, and patience made us feel heard and they gave us their time of day when we had certain concerns. They've always been so helpful and besides Max being awesome, Tristan and Adi have truly made it a lot easier to want to kept living here as well. They are active listeners and always make it work with any concerns . I'm so happy to have finally moved to the first floor and they made it possible for us to enjoy living here even more. We rented a few units here recently. The experience was not what it should have been for the high cost. We have had invoicing issues, contract disputes, bad neighbors, regular noise issues and a management team that is really just awful. It is really surprising as this place was recommended by another facility we rent from regularly when they had no units available. We were nickle and dimed with various charges that were really the result of bad management. The management team will take your money and trash talk you behind your back. If you are considering an apartment in this area, just avoid this Vesada and choose one of the other properties near by - you will be far happier. read more

I hate it here. Moved here in January. First of all, we were denied a walk through before signing our lease due to covid. Which is strange because I was able to do self guided tours at other places. Yet we couldn't take a self guided walk through? After we finally got in to see the apartment, it was more than clear why we weren't given the chance to see how unprepared the unit was. (Please see plenty of photos I've attached of the state our apartment was in on move in day.) From dirt on the walls, holes all over the place. Dirty carpet, soap in the carpet from a poor job at shampooing carpet that really should have just been replaced, DEAD ANT TRAILS IN THE KITCHEN, and a head full of hair in the bathroom sink, & cant forget the disgusting chemical smell (maybe bug spray) that lingered in the apartment for at least three weeks and triggered my asthma, we just have not had a great stay here. Period. For the amount of money they expect us to pay to rent here, I really expected so much better. Brought all of these issues up to the office, sending the photos over the moment we stepped foot in the apt and saw all of that and were told that they were so sorry and weren't aware of these issues. You weren't aware that our apartment hadn't beeen cleaned, painted, or anything else that's supposed to be done before someone moves in? We weren't offered any type of solution other than that the maintenance may be able to come fix some things but if they can't because of covid (and they're only supposed to fulfill emergency work orders) then we just won't be held accountable when it's time to move. Gee, thanks. The reason I'm even finally deciding to post this review is because I'm on my way to go get my car from the tow company because it was towed after sitting out of the way in the parking lot while I brought down belongings as I gladly move out of this dump. By the way there's little to no free parking if you get home around 8, have fun walking everywhere. It's like a maze just to get around. Very strict about parking, people park in the red zone for hours at a time and I literally was parked there for 20 min and have to pay 390 to get my car back tonight. Also, I wasn't aware of this but if you live next to a big hill like the one behind this complex, with lots of power-lines Edison will shut off power for days at a time during windy days. That's been terrible, and I wish someone would have told me that before I moved in. Save yourself the time headache and discomfort and just pay more for something better. Km read more

Management is HORRIBLE. Complete disregard for tenant safety and their inappropriate behavior. Called Weidner to complain, instead of calling the complaintant, they opted to call Vesada first and conveyed that the behavior is within reason. So getting an false notice to enter based on abandonment because I won't return your phone call to renew my lease before my lease is due, walking to the apartment bypassing the open window with open view of an individual sitting inside and still posting a notice for abandonment in order to get a phone call, after 4 back to back phone calls because "vesada wants to know if you are renewing your lease". That is within reason here. Tenants don't respect the property, late night partying, standing and messing with other tenants cars, but there's no camera's on the property so no resolution to that, moving into uncleaned apartments, you name it you will get it. Overall, just save yourself the headache and live else where. The price is not worth it. read more

I decided to move. Just be aware that the management (Maxwell Rank) tells you something that very likely they won't stand by their word. read more

DONT MOVE HERE. Your car gets broken into CONSTANTLY. They tow your car for being parked 30 minutes barely after the time. The office managers excuse was "well you know our building is 13yrs old". Vesada, We lived at your apartments for a year and a few months and initially we were in love and excited for our new adventure of having our own apartment. Beautiful apartment, clean upon arrival, nice functions like taco and funnel cake nights for residents. Within the last 6 months things went downhill quickly. Neighbors were bringing dogs in, some of which were on the not allowed list (oh well but isn't management checking for these things?), but they were allowing their dogs to literally poop every square inch of dirt around the parking area and some places close to the apartments. Children would play in these areas full of filth and flies. The smell was absolutely awful. We had a small dog at the end of our stay and picked up her poop, don't get a big dog if you don't want to pick up their giant turds folks! Recreational marijuana was recently legalized (ok no problem with it BUT) and someone or someones there don't have a day job because between the hours of 11-4 someone would light up for HOURS and the headache inducing scent would get into our apartment and it would linger. We wouldn't be at our apartment every day but when we were home it was too much to ignore. We finally caught the pair of men who were smoking at the foot of our stairs to our door! WTH!? We let management know and it still continued after. They saw us leave our apartment with our baby!! Seriously!? If you're reading this you're both tools! The had some type of security/car registration effort and I feel like I never saw anyone on patrol and almost flipped my car in rage when I found a citation on my car. Another person placed their citation on my windshield and I immediately freaked out because I swore I did all the steps. Called the number on the website and was sent to voicemail and never heard back. Sooo why are you paying these people if they're not doing anything? The electricity in the apartment was faulty. Bathroom light didn't work, or worked when it felt like. And one of the outlets in the 2nd bedroom would cause the power in the whole side of the apartment to stop. Super dangerous for a person on a life saving machine for dialysis. Called the on call technician and he was like oh just flip the switch on the breaker. Well duh that's a quick fix but it's still doing it repeatedly! The rent increase was just the icing on the cake. Rent was way too expensive for all of this to happen and for cars to be broken into, weirdos walking around looking at apartments when they didn't live there and the apartment below us getting broken into. The people that broke in even asked for our freaking WiFi password we had no idea they were not supposed to be there and how the heck they got in till one day the windows were shattered. Anyway, Everyone in management is super friendly. I really don't want to blame them. It's the new batch of tenants that suck. Unfortunately no raise in rent will prevent these jerks from landing an apartment there. Stay there with caution, unless you're a low life that makes a nice place like Vesada turn to poo. So i come home today and my kitchen smells like gas. I immediately called the office to notify them after many calls, no response... i left a couple of messages and no return call. After waiting a couple of hrs, i asked my husband to ealk to the iffice. Since, Last time i called them it took over 3 days for a call back and i felt this was an emergency and i cant cook to feed my 3 yr old. On his way there he ran into the maintenance people. There response was to call the gas company. They didn't even come and check out the apartment to see what was going on. This place is a disappointment after the other. .. Before our 10 month lease was up, we received an offer to either pay an additional $100 a month for a 12 month lease or start paying $2,000 for a month to month. The garage has opened on us without us being near the remote. And this morning we learned that we live among scumbags who think it's okay to steal my husbands $600 bike from our garage. I'm posting it here in case a Good Samaritan reaches out to us. Watch out for your belongings. We filed a police report. And as soon as our lease is up, we are so gone. Vesada has been thus far a pleasant living experience the last 9 months I've lived here. I can't speak for all tenants, but I have no complaints. The apartment community is a well kept place offering fairly modern amenities with spacious apartments. The apartments have newly paved driveways and all apartments just received free upgrade installations of their own Nest thermostats (phone app/WiFi operated) which I think are pretty cool. Highly suggest renting an apartment that come with their over sized garages either attached (such as mine) or detached. These garages offer great value and piece of my mind for your vehicle and personal belongings are just truly worth it. I've lived in several apartments throughout California and these are by far the most quietest. More importantly, the leasing staff (Monique, Briana, Christina) will take care of you as a tenant. Also, I hired a cleaning company prior to leaving this horrible place and Vesada still charged me an outrageous amount for apartment cleaning. You will not get your deposit back. I lived at these apartment homes for almost 9 years. It is actually in the city of Jurupa Valley. All the appliances are provided in the apartment: washer, dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with an ice maker. I loved the oval tub. I enjoyed the pool and spa year round before COVID19. I didn't even have to change a light bulb. Maintenance would do it for me. Staff is professional and helpful. Personally, I never had a problem with theft. I frequently had packages left at my door when I wasn't home and they were always there when I got home, but then, I lived on the third floor. Almost felt like I was always on vacation. The only reason I moved recently was to help family. read more

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. This place is a complete joke, cars are constantly getting broken into, personally my car got broken into twice, I had a visitor once and his car got broken into. There's constantly men out there smoking, and as a female you get harassed every single day, you can't even walk to your car without these guys staring you down and it's extremely uncomfortable. People do not respect their neighbors, this whole apartment complex always smells like cigarette smoke or marijuana. Trash cans are constantly full with roaches and rats everywhere, homeless roam the Complex and like to ask you for cigarettes. They also have a parking policy where it does not matter if you have a 2-3 bedroom, if four adults live there only 2 people are allowed to drive. So therefore the other two can't own a vehicle therefore can't work or have a life. I've had a few incidents where there is a bunch of beehives outside and they come in through my vent one day I killed a total of 22 bees and my little one being allergic to them that was not good at all. If you are looking somewhere to rent, I will let you know ahead of time that the rent goes up 100$ every time you renew!! Also cars get broken into very common here. My family left this place because there was a guy jacking off in my Wife and Daughter's window.....repeatedly. We left in a hurry unfortunately knowing we'd have a balance left to pay. Unfortunately we had to do it this way because the Vesada team failed to secure the property and provide better, or more security. Now, just today, they're having their henchmen call my Wife, harassing her that she better take out a loan, or HE Block loan to pay them off. They provided a fake number and are making repeat calls. I called Vesada to let them know and they sounded very uninterested. Probably because I am not paying rent there anymore. Remember, the apartments are not secure, they're right next to the freeway where people can come by, and leave quickly. There are also rumors of transients who live in the mountain behind it and burglarize your cars. Be advise that although the place is beautiful, you're just dollar signs to them. The apartments are beautiful and the management and staff is great ! The MAJOR downside is the PARKING. It's horrible ! What's even worse is the fact that inconsiderate people park in the convenient parking just to have the spot and will leave their car there for literally MONTHS without driving it making it unfair for other residents. I have an infant and coming home is a nightmare because my husband uses the carport and finding parking is the worst no matter what. In front of our building which is building 1 , there are 8 spots that you can park BUT only one is ever available because people who have garages use their garages for storage so they keep the cars they don't use parked in those spots and never move them. To the point where the cars have flat tires from being there so long. The upside is that they have events for residents which is really nice. They did recently get a new manager. Although I loved Lorraine the new manager is making some improvements like letting you know if you get a package before returning to sender like before. But I do no currently like the staff as much as before. Again the staff is okay they just need control of the parking and the extra fees on the water trash and sewage bill it DOUBLES what you would spend just getting charged the individually metered fees. You also get charge "equally distributed fees" for water , trash, and sewage as well as your individual fees which is quite redundant. And the equally distributed fees cost more than your actual utility fees. Lorraine before she left let us know that when moving out they're really Lenient about typical wear and tear on an apartment. So hopefully when we leave that's true. But we will no longer be living here nor do we recommend this complex. read more

Unfortunately I have to update my review and say that our move our experience was pretty bad. We had a $1000 deposit and got back $16. We kept our apartment in great condition and even shampooed the carpet at 6 months, and had our apartment professionally cleaned when we moved out. While I expected a couple of things to be deducted, the move out process is atrocious and a scam. They added extra charges for non existent issues and it's frustrating because there's nothing we can do about it. Just a fair warning to anyone considering this apartment. read more
