Don't move here!!!! Delmi the apartment manager is the worst person to deal with! You can find cheaper and better apartments elsewhere.

An Amazing Community with a Team That Truly Cares!…read more Moving from Murrieta to Corona was a big transition for our family, and Jazmin G., the property manager, and Jazlyn, the leasing agent, made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. That level of customer service is hard to find, and we're incredibly grateful for both of them! What we appreciate most about Palisades is the family-oriented atmosphere and the sense of comfort that comes with living here. Anytime we've had questions, needed assistance, or wanted maintenance to check something in our apartment for my wife's peace of mind, the team has been responsive, accommodating, and quick to help. It's reassuring to know that when you reach out, someone is willing to listen and make sure you're taken care of. We absolutely love living here! Being nestled by the hillside, enjoying the crisp morning air, and coming home to a community that feels welcoming has made this move such a blessing for our family. A huge thank-you to Jazmin and Jazlyn for making us feel at home and setting such a positive tone for our experience at Palisades. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly make a difference. Management and leasing teams like this are a big reason why a community stands out! If you're looking for a family-friendly place to call home in Corona, we highly recommend Palisades. We're happy to be here and look forward to making more memories in this community!

You can leave the hood but you can't take the hood out of some people unfortunately. But overall this is a great place to live. Super clean and spacious apartments. 1,2, and 3 bedrooms. Huge dog park, kids playground, legit gym (not just a few treadmills but a solid gym setup), in unit washer and dryers, business center with tables and games for public or private use if you want to rent it for a party, big pool and jacuzzi, food trucks that visit, and great staff that run the property. Everyone in the office is super professional and available to answer questions and address concerns. They are also very good at communicating upcoming events and address concerns in the community. And the office lobby always has snacks and drinks to come grab while they are open. I'm all about quiet! Especially as much as I work and always on the go. I prioritize my sleep. So I love my 3rd floor unit. 3rd floor is always quietest. I got PTSD from my last apartment living on the 1st floor. When it comes to apartment living it really does depend on who your neighbors are, above and below and next door. I have the fortune of living next to people that are quiet and low key. I visited one of my friend's apartment last night in a different building. She has a two bedroom and I was like dang. Super nice. Made me a little envious haha. I have a one bedroom and it's perfect size for me and my dogs (2 Malitpoos) but her two bedroom was legit. Her rent is obviously more expensive than mine but still reasonable for the amount of space and how nice it is. The only drawback here is that there is not a lot of guest parking here. Very limited parking if you have guests over that stay the night. But this is a very fair priced complex with great amenities and services. They do pick up your trash from in front of your porch most nights of the week. And they also have ring cams that come with every unit free of charge! Super great for security and if you get a lot of packages delivered and any end up missing. Can always check the camera. But I haven't heard of any packages ever going missing since I've lived here. The people that live here at The Crossings are cool, chill and mind their business. I've gotten to know a good amount of my neighbors and they are the best people. We get together and have dinners at the pool, roast s'more's in front of the fireplace and talk for hours, chill in the jacuzzi, or hang in the dog park with all our dogs. Great community and place to live!

For the most part, I really like living here, but I just wish that they would be more strict. Per…read morethe lease, there should never be excessive noise and because I live so close to the pool, people are always blasting their music so loudly that I can literally feel my unit vibrating. Issues will also only get resolved, depending on who you speak to at the office. It's also sometimes really difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Jacuzzi is constantly broken, and they swear that the pool is heated, but it is freezing even in 95° weather. People are always smoking, even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking property. I've seen residents jumping the gate instead of using their pool... Just things like that, but I feel really cheapen the overall experience of living here. The property itself is beautiful and the amenities are great, especially the huge dog park and the complimentary drinks and snacks you can get from the office during business hours. Also, their gym is the nicest gym I've ever seen at any complex. They also do fun little things like free smores kits during the winter. The best part of living here for sure is the modern property and the people that live here!

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING INTO THIS PLACE THEN PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO…read more I know that the price point may seem appealing but I promise you that it is not worth it. This place has become an absolute disaster and has been for at least more than a year. In that time they have had a lot of management turn around which has made this place an absolute nightmare to live in. For starters, many of the residents here are very inconsiderate. Parents who let their kids run wild and do whatever they want, lots of screaming at all hours. These kids leave trash and toys all over the property and management does absolutely nothing about it. There is a pond on the property and kids are often messing with the animals. On the topic of the pond, it is very unkept and if you live near it good luck with the mosquitos. For the last month the pool has been a green swamp and nothing is being done about it. Most of the units are outdated and lack central AC. You are stuck with a small loud unit that only cools the living area so you will NEED to buy units for the bedrooms. The laundry is incredibly expensive and the laundry room is always dirty, full of peoples clothes everywhere (including the machines since inconsiderate neighbors will let them sit there for hours after they are done), and machines that are always broken. If you are trying to do your laundry on the weekend, then good luck. For a household of two, we were spending over $130 a month on laundry alone. Parking is an absolute nightmare if you only have one carport. Extra parking per unit is $60 a spot for a cramped spot with more inconsiderate neighbors who don't park properly. There is very limited visitor parking spots and management is always threatening to tow. Residents with their own spots will park in visitor parking and have their own spots open, which will leave no parking for any of your visitors. There are only two handicap spots and residents with their OWN parking spots will take up those spots which leaves no accessible parking for anyone else who needs it. Management does absolutely nothing about the issue. They allow smoking in units so if you have a neighbor who smokes (like we did) then it will travel into your unit and even though you bring it up to management nothing will be done about it. There are also roaches and ants and you will be told that there is nothing that can be done about that either. There is zero accommodations or accountability on behalf of management and reaching out to corporate is an entire mission on its own. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra few hundred dollars to get yourself a better place to live with better amenities and has the reviews to back up that it is indeed a better place to live. Save yourself the misery and headache.

When we first toured with Deja, everything went really well. She explained everything clearly, and the application process was super easy since it's all online. The property has a lot of amenities my girlfriend and I actually use. Maintenance usually gets things done within the week, which has been solid. The apartment itself has nicer finishes compared to a lot of other places we saw. The maintenance team is always friendly, and housekeeping is always roaming the property keeping things clean. Definitely wanted to shout them out! To be real, there were some miscommunication issues earlier on that caused frustration, and my older reviews reflected that. But since Amber reached out to me directly, she' kindly explained everything I brought up and was been quick to help. The front desk staff Renee, Tatiana, and Makayla, have also always been kind and helpful anytime I stop by. I also appreciate the monthly community events our complex hosts! We had Cinco de Mayo drinks and tacos, a comedy night, paint and sips, and a thanksgiving meal to look forward to at the end of this month! Overall, for the price I feel like you get a secure community with good amenities, and they've been great about allowing my fur child to live here comfortably. Although, I think we can agree that the hot tub could be hotter! If things keep going the way they are now, I can see myself staying for another lease or longer.
