HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This please is very clean and very affordable. The hallways are quiet. Security on premises during the time the leasing office is closed so there is always 24 hours surveillance. The neighbors here are very helpful and friendly. The staff here from maintenance to leasing all make sure your grievances are taken care of in imminent order. This place has themes EVERY MONTH and love to celebrate with you and your family. Often times it will be posted around the building or in each of the elevators. From Super Bowl party showing to a Halloween celebration. Shops are local from this property. Food trucks come frequently during the week along with other vendors for sweet treats scheduled by the leasing office so I hardly have to leave again to get dinner. I've lived at 4 different apartments so I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and peace. This place checks both with 5 stars. Great place for professionals and families. Well after receiving my move out inspection, unfortunately have to do a 180 on my review here. POTENTIAL NEW & CURRENT TENANTS BEWARE: they will nickel and dime you on EVERY little thing upon move out!! $400 for a "tub reglazing"?? Carpet replacement for a pet that never stepped foot in our bedroom? Hundreds charged for paint for some couch marks that could've simply been cleaned with soap and water? I took pride in keeping my home there clean and was fully expecting to receive 90% of my deposit back, but they are trying to steal it all as well as bill us hundreds in additional $$. Absolutely criminal work done here, and we will be proceeding with small claims action! This is a shame, because my time there did go well for the most part, and this news just ruined the entire experience living there. I'd recommend only living here if you just assume you'll never see your deposit again once you hand it over at move in! read more

I've only been here 5 days and this apt complex is amazing! It was a little challenging trying to navigate through being a newbee to California and to the city of Corona. Once I overcame move in challenges, my time so far has been amazing! I'm on the 3rd floor near the BBQ with pool view. This place looks like a resort. The gym, clubhouse, the office, the pool is resort living. Catherine worked with me the most in the leasing office but every one of the girls are top notch. The only thing I can recommend changing is having to pick up your keys and fob at their sister property Metro at Main. I came in from AZ at their closing time (30 mins prior) and had called ahead to ask them to wait on me. Door was locked and everyone gone. Im still giving my review 5 stars due to the property, the maintenance men are super responsive, the leasing managers and the concierge services. read more

The Office Staff was pleasant and attentive at the time you need them. Although regulations set for a pleasant community where not enforced. The hallways smelled of trash. The only hallway floors clean regularly are the ones directly in front of the office. I complained about the floors . i would receive an email that it was completed! it wasn't clean. Residents left dog poop on the hallway floor! I had to complain otherwise it would have never been cleaned (The cleaning was subpar after my complaints, poop was still smeared they only cleaned up the chucks of poo) Residents leave trash out all day in front of their doors over weekend! The smell was hard to deal with coming home was always annoying, the smell ugh. Some of the residents are the issue. Large parties at the pool of 20 ppl or more at the pool. Sometimes a crazy lady with a karaoke boom box (The Kind With WHEELS) would play full blast! I worked from home and had to deal with multiple Bluetooth devices playing all at once. Living near the pool was horribly loud. The outer grounds where full of poop, most residents did not clean after their dogs and neither did gardeners. I seen a woman who lets her pit bull urinate in front of the elevator then go back upstairs! She did that all the time poor maintenance lady had to wash that everyday. It smelled like urine even after her washing the urine. We paid high rental fees for "Luxury Apartments" nope nothing luxury about them. Enforcement of "their" regulations would definitely make that community a bit better, thats just my opinion. We are now at The Monterrey where you get what you pay for clean quiet living. read more

Have lived at One11 for almost a year and have loved living here. We started out in a two bedroom and just recently downsized due to too much space. We could have decided to finish out lease and leave but we have loved the cleanliness of the community and great communication with management and maintenance. You consistently see Fabiola and George around the complex and they are both very friendly. They recently started hosting more community events which is a plus. The only inconvenience we experienced was our key fob not working to get into the garage so would have to use pin pad to call in. Besides that we are very happy with our decision to choose One11 as our home. read more

We will not renew here. This place has been difficult since the beginning. From contract issues, to lots of staff turnover to bad guidance on move-in to lots of bad attitude from what little staff remains. They even implemented a new management system that is really a credit card platform. Remember that when you have to pay your bills and they make it as hard and expensive as possible while selling your personal information to a credit card company. There are many other options in the area that have significantly fewer issues, better pricing and far better management. Just avoid this headache. read more

1/24/19 mom who is visiting from out of town came to stay with she walked out to her car to find ALL four of her tires missing. what I want to know is where the hell was security?!in previous reviews I have learned that the same exact thing happened to tenants in 2017. Nothing was done or improved the leasing office took this very lightly all they could offer was " I am sorry this happened" no action! the few months of living here I have never seen the patrol in the actual parking structure You can easily locate them parked at METRO apartments PARKED! for the amount of money that you pay to live here just know your property isn't safe or guaranteed to be there the following day it's just a shame we can't even trust to have guests to visit ..ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! And disappointing something must be done...so much for security and "private property". UPDATE since my last review... my car got broken into last night security is absolute shit here DO NOT MOVE HERE this leads me to believe that this is a total inside job from someone who is currently living here I got hit twice in the same month and security is NOWHERE to be found the office personal offers nothing but "sorry" .....NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! can't wait for my lease to be up read more

I am reading all of these reviews and see that they are from at least 3 years ago. Hopefully things have gotten a bit better. I went in today and met a wonderful person named Carla. She has helped me more than any of the other people I have worked with.in my apartment search at one 11. This company needs more people like Carla. She answered all my questions and her answers felt really honest and sincere. I wish I had encountered Carla from start to finish. I have been dealing with a few people in the leasing office and none of them have helped me the way Carla has. I hope this company knows what an asset Carla is. My initial experience was great. Even the leasing consultants like Laura are great. However, since the change of management I feel all pride in caring for our building has been lost. The care given on the 1st floor is definitely not the same on the 4th. The hallways are NEVER cleaned. The parking structure is a dump. I never see Management walking the complex to check for trash or any issues that need to be addressed. It's supposed to be a smoke free facility however, there are TONS of cigarettes on the floors. The photos show what I have to walk over when I get out of my car. Truly just disgusted by the cleanliness. And it has been addressed to the office multiple times. The best they can do it move my parking temporarily but doesn't look like the ones making the mess are being help accountable. There's only so much the consultants can do. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They claim to be luxury apartments but that's a load of crap. They charge you an incredible amount for rent but can't even pay for security cameras in the PARKING STRUCTURE. My car was broken into TWICE in the span of 3 months in my own parking spot inside the structure. I had all of my belongings stolen. I used to see a security walking the premises but that was once and never again. I reached out about this and they basically told me to shove it up my ass. WORST COMPLEX EVER. I am giving this review a 1 star because my car was broken into 4 times. I've suggested cameras but management doesn't take it seriously. I've also heard other neighbors upset that their cars getting broken into or car parts getting stolen. The security company hired changes constantly and I don't understand how cars are broken when security is present. Other than that...the apartments are extremely nice and the convenience of the gym being inside the same building. Me and my wife have lived here going on 4 years now, pretty much sense they have been opened. We absolutely love it here, we actually just signed another year. We live on the top floor for a reason so we dont hear people below us or above us. Micheal is part of management and he's honestly one of the main reasons why we stay, he's helped us out above and beyond he's also been here since day 1. We also have a good relationship with maintenance, George is sucha stud and will give u his jacket off his back, super generous. I can't say enough positive things about this place. Gym is also great, has everything you need. There's a bunch of small businesses and restaurants a stone throw away. Apartment rooms r luxury and layouts are dope. So ya all in all great place. I am a Nurse Traveler. I move from one city to another for 3-4 months at a time. I chose these apartments because they have a short term lease program. They were very helpful during my showing, and after all the required paperwork I moved in in 2 days. I loved my place on the 4th floor. I loved the gym and tried to get to it after my long days at the hospital. Security patrol was right there when I had a complaint about noise one late night from another apartment. When my lease was up, check out was a breeze. I will be getting all of my deposit back minus the carpet cleaning fee. (which I understand is standard in CA) Check out this place they are really nice people. read more

1 for looks and 1 for amenities... I'm a victim of a fire/flood in these apartments. Fire in a unit above on the 4th floor and then sprinklers flooded every apartment below including my apartment on the 1st floor back in November... After about a month+ of being displaced (RUINED THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE OF 2016 AND NEW YEAR'S DAY BY THE WAY) and sleeping in hotels paid for by a combination of myself and my renters insurance, my kids and I moved back into the same unit. Now, on just last week (6 months later) a pipe burst behind the wall on the 2nd floor above my unit. Management is requiring I submit a 30 notice to transfer, submit a $300 hold and deposit for the new apartment, amount depending on my NEW APPLICATION submission. And finally, sign a NEW LEASE in order to switch apartments. I was found to be NOT AT FAULT for either of these floods, but the management seems to take no responsibility for their faulty building. Although the cost to live here is kinda unreasonable . I enjoyed living here pretty much despite the noises and do not like how you have to schedule to have a party , or business meetings there in the lobby . The security isn't the best. Loved the Gym and the pool luxury . Mail is very easy to retrieve . The lobby should be open longer . Overall i had a amazing time living here . read more

My vehicle was broken into yesterday in broad daylight, management staff was "sorry that happened" we pay way more than market value for these supposedly luxury apartments and not to have any security cameras in the parking structure is absolutely ridiculous. Entrance gates are broken 3 out of 7 days a week left wide open without any security cameras installed after the 1st floor. It really sucks to pay such a high price for "luxury living" but still susceptible to break ins and vandalism due to the managements inadequateness to protect a parking garage. read more

I would like to say that i have taken the best decision of my life by moving to One11 , Where Luxurious has higher level and different definition than any other luxury communities around socal would have . Big appartments , modern kitchen designs and high end appliances , amazing amenities along with amazing Pool & Jacuzzi and the sound system that playing the Top music all the day make me feel that I'm in Vegas everyday . Literally I'm surrounded with everything i need from grocery stores to restaurants ,within less than 3 Miles radiation , and so close the 91 , 15 freeways . The Staff are really helpful and amazing team , make me feel at home , Lian , Mike , Jossie they're our everyday superheroes . The quick response for any maintenance requests or changes in my apartment from the amazing and No #1 Service man in the resort , Herman is incredible , and of course I can't forget George from the service team who supplied me with the tools to mount my Tv and Install my Nest Smart Thermostat. I'm a guy in sales & marketing Business and I know what it means when it comes to Value Vs Money , and I'm proud to say this place worth every cent i spent here . Like anything in the world , everything has Cons : - Gym is closing at 12:00 AM which denies people like who enjoy doing their workouts after midnight . - Gym is New Life Fitness Equipments and rugs has horrible smell that make breathing in the gym and doing workout really hard and inconvenient . - the Lounge room is closing at the end of the business hours of the leasing office which which is not fair , since everyone will be at work during the opening hours and they can't enjoy watching the big TV screen or playing pool and other games after that time or meet their friends there . Horrible business. The office staff is so rude and do not know what they are doing. Lex the manager is so unprofessional. I asked to speak to her general manager and she refused to give me her contact information. They keep your deposit because their office staff does not follow up with you on the status of your application. Never have I experienced anything like this from any business. read more

I'm giving this place only 4 stars right now because I'm still being optimistic! Being here for a couple months now, the area is nice, the office is sometimes hard to get in touch with but not too concerning, and all maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. I'm enjoying living here so far. Some of the neighbors can be a little loud sometimes but every time I call the office to address the issue it seems to be resolved. Unless you want your tires slashed in the middle of the night I highly recommend you don't move in here. With rarely any security an individual with a knife was able to get into the complex and out and slashed tires inside the complex and outside. Of course the leasing office is as reliable as security watching the building. Still nothing has been done yet. read more
