I'm getting close to the end of my first lease here (about two months left), and I wanted to leave a more updated and honest review for Metro at Main. When we first toured with Deja, everything went really well. She explained everything clearly, and the application process was super easy since it's all online. The property has a lot of amenities my girlfriend and I actually use. Maintenance usually gets things done within the week, which has been solid. The apartment itself has nicer finishes compared to a lot of other places we saw. The maintenance team is always friendly, and housekeeping is always roaming the property keeping things clean. Definitely wanted to shout them out! To be real, there were some miscommunication issues earlier on that caused frustration, and my older reviews reflected that. But since Amber reached out to me directly, she' kindly explained everything I brought up and was been quick to help. The front desk staff Renee, Tatiana, and Makayla, have also always been kind and helpful anytime I stop by. I also appreciate the monthly community events our complex hosts! We had Cinco de Mayo drinks and tacos, a comedy night, paint and sips, and a thanksgiving meal to look forward to at the end of this month! Overall, for the price I feel like you get a secure community with good amenities, and they've been great about allowing my fur child to live here comfortably. Although, I think we can agree that the hot tub could be hotter! If things keep going the way they are now, I can see myself staying for another lease or longer. read more

So many squatters and no security whatsoever. Every time I try to call the office no one ever answers the phone. They are SO strict with the trash management and expect you to do so many things yet trash doesn't even get picked up some days and not only that but they don't seem to do anything about people leaving their trash outside and not following the rules. I toured this apartment complex in October of 2025 & as i walked in i was immediately greeting very warmly by the leasing agents! I ended up being helped by Kelly, she showed me a 1 bdm & a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooftop deck area is totally to die for! Metro at main, is located in an amazing area in Corona! As in the same plaza as the apartment complex, there are plenty of places to have a snack or even dinner :) About 2 days later, i was called by a leasing agent named Renee & she was super sweet. She guided me through the application process & made sure i was happy from beginning to end up to signing my lease! I've had a really positive experience living at this apartment complex. One of the biggest highlights has been the maintenance team. Irvin and the rest of his crew are consistently quick to respond, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any time I've put in a request--whether it was something small like a loose cabinet handle or something bigger like an A/C issue, it was taken care of promptly, often within the same day. The property is kept clean and well-maintained, and it's clear the staff takes pride in the community. Shared areas like hallways, the gym, and outdoor spaces are always in great shape. Cuca is probably the worst person to ever work here. The last people that were here were always helpful and nice. Cuca seems to enjoy making people feel not at home. Today we approved a guest to come feed our dog and she wouldn't let her in even though we put the sitter on their app. We called about 10 times to talk to her and she wouldn't pick up the phone. Our pet sitter was standing there and told her to please pick up the phone and her response was "I'm waiting on other calls" when she wasn't doing anything else. Not really sure what the deal with this lady is but it's not the first time. The place would be so much better if they had someone else working here. read more

If you're looking for convenience, professional and great customer service, this is it! I've lived and toured many apartments. I read all the reviews but in today's world people are going to leave reviews when they don't get what they want or always more to the story (I'm a business owner so I know). But I made my own choice and this community has everything I need from Starbucks, hair salon, nail shop and great restaurants. This is another upscale Apartment Complex plaza in the 'City of Corona.' I stuck around some more after exploring this plaza last night on 04/25/24. There existed blue-light changing mini water dance fountain out front. When I was almost leaving this plaza, I saw the blue water fountain. I stopped to take videos. I usually don't leave complaints, but this time l feel it's necessary. The customer service at Metro at Main is terrible phones are never answered, no matter how many times you call. It's beyond frustrating when you need assistance and can't even get a response. On top of that, the building itself has gone downhill. The halls constantly smell bad, especially in the winter when the homeless get in, since the doors don't work properly, allowing people to walk in and out freely. It's honestly unacceptable for a place like this to have such poor security and maintenance. I really hoped for better, but at this point, it seems like management just doesn't care. Very rude and racist staff. They harassed me and refused to lease me an apartment because the staff said she didn't likeMexicans or white people since she's black. The complex is trashy and dirty, messy, Staff extremely rude. They said they couldn't give me a guided tour ..,they said i had to walk to the 4th floor by myself and look at tbe "models" and when i go there , the toom that they said was a model was locked and did not open. Location perfection! When it comes to the center of everything! It's all at Metro at Main in corona off the 91! I still enjoy all the convenience and retail stores in the community! My family lives here and we enjoy a night at tacos el fuego! Then walk home! Amenities that you can't live without: gym, pool and sky deck, conference rooms several areas to lounge. Need. This is honestly one of the worst apartment complexes you could choose to live at this price point. "Luxury". Absolutely not. DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT FACING THE WATERFALL IN THE FRONT. There is a massive pigeon problem that they neglect to disclose to you while charging you more for the spot! This is the 4th month that that have charged me for renters insurance when I have my own renters insurance that they have a copy of. I have spoken to them and nothing gets resolved. Just an extra $11 on top of the already very large rent that's due. There is a fire alarm issue that they finally seem to be getting under control after MONTHS. I'm talking about fire alarms going off multiple times in the middle of the night (or day) so loud that I was worried about my cat's ears. I had an Amazon package that was delivered to the front that is now nowhere to be found. They use an extremely strong and toxic chemical fragrance in the gym and in the elevators so if you're sensitive to that, good luck. I can't even work out without getting a headache. This place has honestly caused me mental distress to the point to where I'm genuinely considering legal counsel. read more

Ok so I've been a tenant at the Metro at Main almost 3 years. Let's start with why I love it here most. I'm a single woman and this place really feels like a community. I would say that it starts with management. We have a new leasing manager, and I already see great things happening. Jenelle (I think she's our new assistant manager) is always a bundle of joy she coordinates the best events for the community like the Rooftop Happy Hour, Bistro Brunch and the annual Popup with local Small Business Vendors which is great for knowing who our neighbors are, and networking. To name a few Katherine, Janelle, Panis, Kelly and we miss Zuri ...All the ladies is the front office are great. As for maintenance...we are all happy Christian is back he has always handled my request, in a timely matter. Oh and I forgot I love what they're doing with the new shops Great places to eat and shop. So if you're looking for a new place...I think this would be a good start! read more

Past resident here. Moved out about a month ago. At first, when we checked out this apartment community, it seemed like it was very luxurious, very safe, and clean, so my little family and I decided to move in since our priority was safety due to having a baby less than a year old. However, after maybe about a month or so after moving in, we found out that it was not safe at all. All of the doors that were accessible from the parking garage area before the "closed gate" were not functioning to where a key fob was needed to enter the building. They were all broken, and after expressing our concerns with the front office, they advised us to submit a claim on their "mobile doorman" app so that "upper management" can see that they "needed funding" to fix the issue. It was truly disappointing as this was the main reason why we moved in, in the first place because we thought it was safe. My husband's shoes & slippers, as well as my shoes & slippers were stolen infront of our door as we didn't like to bring in our shoes inside the apartment to ensure cleanliness for our baby. While fixing, organizing and cleaning our apartment, we saw how dirty the floors are and the carpet. We literally had to use another mop (the old school mop - not the new ones like those Bona mops) and scrub/clean the laminate flooring atleast 5 times to somehow get the soapy water we were mopping with from dark/extremly filthy (because of all the dirt) to somehow acceptable, like grayish color of the soapy water to ensure it wasn't as filthy as it was when we moved in. (Mind you, we asked our movers to wear booties when they come inside because I didn't want our floors to get dirty, when it fact, it was already filthy) The carpet is another thing, there was no way they had it carpet cleaned prior to us moving in because the first time we vacuumed, after a week of moving in, our shark vacuum was filled with those lint/dirt that we had to empty it out and re-vacuum all over again. We barely got any refund back from our security deposit of $500 because supposedly, it was $190 to clean the apartment and another $100+ to do a carpet clean. I understand the fees to get the walls repainted, but really, $190 to clean and another $100+ for carpet clean? I call that BS because they either need to get another company to clean those filthy apartments, or they don't get them cleaned at all. As long as the unit looks presentable, that's all that matters to them. We encountered a handful of maintenance requests from broken kitchen cabinet doors, to broken freezer doors, to broken dishwashers which all of them were replaced when we submitted maintenance requests. But sometimes it would take them a few days because they either "need approval" from upper management or they "need for the part to come in" until they all realize that those needed to be replaced than fixed. The amenities were great, but we didn't live inside one of those amenities. We lived inside an apartment unit, and that apartment unit we lived in, is horrendous and it was nowhere near to how they are advertising the apartment complex. All in all, I'm very dissatisfied and very disappointed with this apartment complex. I don't recommend it at all. read more

The property went through some changes and was considering finding another place for my daughter. The homeless problem got so bad and repairs took way too long. However I am enjoying the steady improvements with doors being repaired and the cleanliness around there. We are in our 11th month at Metro at Main. Every month the property seems to decline. The property has a major roach problem, trash rooms are dirty, smell and are roach infested. There is little to no security, and no noise enforcement after hours. The most disappointing feature is that the management staff does not care about the tenants. The property is not maintained. We have had a dead roach in the clock in our oven for two months, pest control is difficult to schedule at best. If you want to overpay for a low-end property Metro at Main is your first Choice. I feel comfortable living here and enjoy the easy access to the 91 and love the surrounding retail stores. The Skydeck and their gym is beyond impressive! Our new Property Manager, Amber has provided excellent new changes to our community. Our new security company has made a difference when addressing my noise complaints and reports of suspicious people. I am beyond surprise with how this place is changing compared to how it was that I decided to renew my lease because things are finally changing. This is my true and honest option and I wish I had done this sooner . I have been a resident at metro at main for over a year and will not be renewing my lease due to the ongoing issues I've been having with this complex . Starting off by urging people to document all issues pertaining to the maintenance issues . I have had countless maintenance issues since I've moved in where things would not be taken care of in a timely manner and wouldn't be done properly so they would have to return and fix it once again . When I moved in first had an issue with my garage disposal it started leaking and had a horrible smell . Created a work order and it was replaced . However the garbage disposal was not installed properly and it continued leaking ruining what I had under my sink. Next was the ceiling light coming out of the socket . I created a work order and I was told " that's just how they are " . Next my A/C started to leak in the peak of summer . I had to get someone to come see it 3 times before it was fixed . They kept giving me temporary solutions. Ruining my bathroom runs among other things . I later had issues with my washer machine . I was unable to wash any clothes and it took them weeks to even come take a look at it . I was being charged in full when I wasn't even able to use what I was paying for . It was fixed the once again had issues with my washer and took them 3 weeks to come take a look . It was later replaced . HOWEVER they failed to install it properly and there was a gas leak from my dryer . I came home from work and my apartment reeked of gas . This is completely unacceptable and careless from their staff . If I had been sleeping and this gas leak had happened the outcome would have been completely different. Simply by being in my apartment for a short period of time I became dizzy and nauseous. They seem to be unable to take any accountability or even made an effort to accommodate me during these issues where I have been unconvinced. With the amount of rent I pay I expect things to be taken care of in a timely manner . Unfortunately I will not be renewing my lease . Not to mention when I moved in I was unable to set up an electric account , due to there being issues with the unit itself . This was due to issues with the complex however I was billed 118 for a vacant fee in addition to what I was paying for the electricity I had used . It also takes days or even weeks to get an answer for things . Again this is my honest opinion and would not recommend this place at all . If I could give it zero stars I would . read more

Living here has been a nightmare. We moved in when I was nine months pregnant and the apartment was far from clean and move-in ready. There was this black mold in our bathtub's overflow drain and the cover won't even stay on. The kitchen counters and sink were also not clean. On top of that, there is a plumbing issue that prevents our bathtub and sink from draining properly. We were also given two keys for our apartment, but only one works. Since it's been warming up, we have also noticed that our A/C seems like it's just an extremely loud fan that only cools down our living room area. If you have young kids, living here can be pretty stressful. The fire alarms are unnecessarily loud and leave your ears ringing for hours. It's even worse in the hallways. Just tonight, the fire alarm went off at 12:59am and stayed on for probably ten minutes. Then they went off again at 3:30am for another ten minutes. We assume it's because people are always smoking and your entire apartment will constantly smell like marijuana. When they tell you there's courtesy patrol, they're lying to you. Courtesy patrol has told us numerous times that the sister property is the only property with active service. The trash chutes are broken and remain in an open position. The trash rooms are filthy. I kid you not, I had to push the door open because it was covered in trash and before the light sensor could detect movement, I stepped in a package of raw chicken. The door to the second floor parking garage has been broken for months and it slams shut if you don't carefully close it. But last time I tried to close it carefully, the scraped up metal cut my hand and left a tiny fragment of metal in my finger. And if you have a problem with noise, this definitely isn't the apartment for you. We can hear our upstairs neighbor walking all day and all night. It doesn't bother us, but our downstairs neighbors pound on the ceiling when we walk around our own home during the day. It's just a complete nightmare. I can't even lie - it's 4:02am as I am writing this and the fire alarm is going off again. I know a lot of the one star reviews complain about theft. To be honest, we haven't had any issues with theft. DO NOT LIVE HERE. read more

Was living here for the past 6 months . It's over priced no type of security never felt safe sleeping alone in my own apartment. Reason why I lasted 6 months place had maggots in the patios and water roaches from the toilet . Had to move out when an upstairs water pipe broke at flooded our apartment. Maintenance acted within 1 hour . Had homeless people riding around with bikes in the hallway asking me if I wanted to buy a phone but yet mind you the hallway is only accessible with the remote key they provided the side doers never fully closed . Do not recommend Also we would be charged an extra fee for paying own rent through online portal even after rent was 2700. States security patrols around the parking lot !!! NO there's no patrol patrolling ever. Water leak damage every thing in my apartment and I still will not even be receiving my security deposit even after the water and carpet damage was not mine . Assistant manager ALICIA stated my apartment #187 was still in livable condition when maintenance have air humidifiers venting the water out for 4 days we had to evacuate immediately . Also went to the office for help to relocate after 4 days not being able to enter my apartment ALICIA stated we did wrong for moving out immediately . Horrible customer service. LOVED living here. I moved out about a month and a half ago and I miss this place already. I was here for 2 years and had to move due to the rent increase here which was a bummer. It is in a very nice area. There's a lot of retail and food places by you that are great. The staff is very helpful and their maintenance team is super quick with the work. The apartment itself was nice as well. It came with all appliances and was stainless steel. All amenities were always up to par including their gym. My husband and I lived here for 2 years and recently moved out in October. The front desk staff is amazing. They are so helpful with anything that we needed and are amazing people in general. The apartments are kept decently. They have a mail room with mail lockers which prevented any mail from being stolen. The gym was nicely kept. The sky deck was so much fun and decently priced if you wanted to reserve it for a party. The apartments are updated and have great appliances. The maintenance is also friendly and very timely. They fixed anything within a day! The main issue is parking. Since it is a retail shopping center and in the middle of the city, there is a lot of traffic to this place. If you don't park in the upper floors where it's gated, you have to be careful about people breaking into your car especially on the first floor. read more

*Update: woke up to my catalytic converter being stolen. I know the apartment cannot control crime but it's clear that this place is targeted often enough. Potential renters should just be aware* -------------------------------------------- We've been living here for about 8 months now. The apartment is nice. The office and staff are wonderful. The reason I wouldn't give this place 5 stars is because there is a serious bug issue. I have never in my life lived in an apartment with so many bugs. Ants are constantly fighting their way into my kitchen (despite having had it sprayed only a couple months ago). I won't bother going through the extensive process of getting the apartment sprayed through their exterminator because I can't believe it didn't even last 4 months. We also found a roach in our restroom There are fungus flies all throughout the hallways of the apartment building that constantly sneak in through our front door. We had to buy a ridiculous purple light bug trap for indoors because it was unbearable. We also found multiple huge spiders in our apartment. The floor isn't sealed at all to the walls so it's no wonder bugs can easily sneak in and out. It seems like the builders spent more time trying to make the apartment beautiful than making it livable. This is by far the prettiest apartment we've ever lived in but I can't see us renewing our lease because of how bad the bug issue is There also isn't any place for kids to run around and play on the grounds which is tough since we have a toddler. You will definitely be able to hear your neighbors because there isn't much of a sound barrier. Also, since the apartment complex shares a lot with retail shops you can expect the garbage truck to come EVERY SINGLE morning & they park the dumpsters right outside your apartment so it is incredibly loud. We invested in another sound machine just so we didn't get woken up every morning at 7 when the truck comes. It even comes between 5 and 6 am some mornings (which I'm pretty sure is illegal). Anyways, thought it was important to give a fair review because there might be other people that see how beautiful the apartments are but don't know everything else that goes on. read more
