Hmmm... all the reviews for this place sound the same... there's a reason. Awesome service and they get it done right, the first time. I called in as a first time customer not really knowing how things worked (i.e. what file types they need, etc.). Laura answered that call and my worries were over. She took care of everything. She called me to let me know that the front of my card (I was having postcards printed) did not have the same border as the back. Went in on Dec 23rd to see if they could print up xmas cards for me that I had designed. The cards were done in a few hours and they came out great. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was how they dealt with the paper they printed the cards on. I didn't get to choose, they just told me what they would print them on. I take partial blame for this as I should have been more assertive. That being said, while the cards weren't on the exact paper I wanted, I did like them (and I'm sure none of my recipients cared). I was VERY impressed at the turnaround time and their ability to accomodate me with a smile. read more

Not a fan of this place. Used them once for business related greeting cards--Extremely expensive, but quality of them was better than average. Considered them again this past December for Holiday related business cards-- VERY hard to communicate with about ordering options. After exchanging several emails, and after never getting my questions that were related to the holiday cards themselves answered, I finally sought out other avenues. I was badgered by one of their sales people with what seemed like daily emails. "Are you ready to order?.....We have your order ready, just tell us when!....Please confirm your order" To be clear, I never authorized ordering anything, and in fact told them I was pursuing other options. Come January (some 5 weeks later) I get a notice from my credit card that they had charged my card for $35.00. When I inquired, they called it a $35 "cancellation fee" based on the card that was on file from my previous order, and never communicated with me that they intended to do this or some sort of warning that I had "an open order" (although clearly their idea of an "open order" and my idea of one are vastly different). Very questionable business practice. I am a business owner, and I would never do something like that. I don't recommend this place at all. read more
