Holly was great but knicked me a couple times doing the gel powder. Julia worked on my daughter but was knicked on one of her fingers, too. Shannon did a spa pedicure for my other daughter. I asked to do a longer massage for my daughter and said she will need to charge me more...my daughter said she didn't really massage just rubbed lotion on her legs. This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon throughout 3 states and 15 years of getting my nails done. I came in to simply get my gel x removed. The lady immediately acted like I was the biggest inconvenience she's had all week. Every movement of hers was passive aggressive and rushed. Almost every finger she drilled till my fingers were burning, and hit my skin carelessly with drill multiple times on every finger. Even with the nail file it literally just felt like she was sanding my skin on purpose. When she pulled the foils off my fingers after soaking my old nails off, she yanked every single one and threw them to the side passive aggressively. Overall I literally felt like I would've been better off having my nails removed by someone who literally hated me. Idk what on earth their problem is here but don't waste your time and money. And to the nail techs, you should probably start assuming that some of your clients might understand basic Vietnamese insults! -40/10 wouldn't step foot in here again even if it was the last nail salon on earth. read more

Worst customer service ever by a nail tech! I arrived on today a holiday before opening they showed up 4 min after opening than sat around and talked about their pot luck they were having, took the time to unload the car full of dishes/meals. They didn't start on my pedicure until 9:44 and finished at 10:12. The nail tech that worked on me was rude, not personalable and extremely pushy. I don't like Gel on my toes because it chips or the entire polish comes off like a fake nail. She kept trying to make me get it I said look here that's fine you just won't get a tip so she stopped asking. She was very aggressive with my legs and my feet, rushing and making me feel uncomfortable. She even went as far as to pop me on my foot for me to put it back in the water instead of saying put your feet in the water please. I did not like her demeanor not one bit. She then tells me it's 35$ and I give her 40 my husband is paying for it and the tip he wanted to give is 5$ which I should have kept but he was being nice. She got her tip in which she did NOT DESERVE AT ALL , snatched it out of my hand and said wait 15 min I haven't seen her since. So who is going to help me put my sandals on or make sure it's even dry!? I experience better customer service at my regular nail shop in Norco. The only reason I'm not there today is because they're closed and I leave for a trip this week. I only go there on Saturdays to see my regular person or else I would get a pedicure by anyone. It's so sad these nails shops are so pushy and act like you can't go to another one they're in every street corner. I just so happened to be at target and killed 2 birds with one stone. Unfortunately for me I had to deal with this ladies unprofessionalism. I can see why they're always empty when I drive by. And their staff sat there eating food like they didn't just show up late I mean there wasn't any customers but my goodness! She didn't even the. On the chair for a massage. I had a very interesting experience. Pros: -No wait at all. -Decent prices. -My lady was super friendly and did a great job on my french nail polish for my pedicure. -She even helped so much by pulling a deep ingrown. Cons: -After pulling the ingrown, as she was cleaning up the cuticle, she nipped the corner of my toe a couple times which caused it to bleed A LOT. It was very obvious and took about 20 minutes to stop bleeding. Even then, I had to clean up with alcohol when I got home. -On the other big toe, she pressed to hard when cleaning the sides and did something to my toe that has been causing me pain ever since. When I got home, my toe was hurting and sensitive, and pus was leaking out the side. Its been two days and it still hurts when I walk. -As I paid, the man at the counter persisted I leave a review. I thought maybe for a discount but I already paid so I thought that was strange. After leaving a short review on yelp, he proceeded to grab my phone to "see" but then ended up copy and pasting my review to google too. I have never been coerced to leave one review at a salon, let alone 2, for nothing in return. -After all of this, I didn't receive a discount or even an I'm sorry. I will not be back. read more

I specifically asked for a natural looking set not only it looks so artificial but the job was extremely poorly done. I paid 153.00 for this full set and pedicure that I did not like at all. First time this has happened to me I've never written negative review, but I felt it was necessary. The Gel X were placed crooked. Have been here two times. I do like their work for pedicures but like the other comments are saying they do pester you to tip. And they aren't very clear with the prices because me and my mother got the exact same pedicure with the same colors and same design yet they charge me more than they charged her. I didn't say anything about it but just be mindful and ask upfront what the prices are because they will try to charge you a different prize at the end because that is what happened to me. I will not be back to this place. I don't appreciate being pester to tip I tip regardless but I don't like being told what to do. read more
