Nails are nice , but that's not why I'm giving 2 stars . Pretty nails but rude service. I felt like I was being made fun of the entire service. The lady mentioned how I have big nails , my hands are dry and asked me if I bite my nails all loud , ( I work in a kitchen and just moved homes) . Also cut me with the drill then said " oh stop moving, you move too much ", I wasn't moving at all. Then she kept telling me to relax over and over but I was trying to but couldn't. Then the ladies were all talking and looking at me and laughing. I didn't know what was said but it didn't feel right. Mind you this was Mother's Day. Also , Is cuticle cutting not included with a full set ? I was charged and extra fee for her cutting my cuticles. Then at the end when it was time to pay , I felt like the man in the front just rushed me to pay and get out. I was trying to read the iPad charges and he was like getting louder "over here pay , over here " and I was like yes I know I'm just reading the charges. And he was like "140" over and over. Not returning.

Yes, there is a gap in between her nail and mine because she never cleaned it up, but apparently it's my fault

Went in to get my petty and a new set of nails I always go here and get the acrylic nails done. The lady who went to put on my nails did not explain to me that she was going to put on the gel X nails that cost $75. She said it was healthier for my nails so I did agree. But I did not agree to her, putting them on crooked not fixing them correctly terrible nail polish. Now I went in to get them fixed and they would like to charge me $60 to fix their mistakes. Will never come to this nail salon again.

Recently moved to Eastville! I tried a gel manicure first to try out the place. Today, I did a full set of pink and white acrylic. Helen did a great job!! If you're looking for a good nail shop, this is the place. I would recommend asking the prices because they don't have a price list posted.

Terrible experience. The technician painfully popped off my old set with a nail tip and ignored my MULTIPLE requests to lower the drill speed, telling me to "just relax" instead. She was so rude and acted like my other fingers couldn't briefly touch her hand while she worked, making me awkwardly spread them away from her. My nails are so thin from overdrilling, the polish is blotchy with air bubbles, none of my nails are the same shape OR length, and it's already chipping.

The location itself is clean and beautiful but the prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. First off there wasn't any visible pricing until I sat in the spa chair, mind you I only came for a manicure (no polish, just a buff and shine), and a pedicure. TELL ME WHY IT CAME OUT TO $105. So when I'm in the chair they ask me what kind of mani/pedi I want and I'm like ??? So they hand me the menu and BARELY give me time to look at it and kept trying to upsell me which was really annoying but it was my birthday and I wasn't going to let that ruin my day. The guy who did my manicure and the girl who did my pedicure did a good job, but I cannot justify their pricing. The service was good but I was definitely expecting more with the price I paid. If you have money to blow, go for it. But as a broke nursing student, I probably won't be back any time soon. read more

I was so excited after the lady finished my nails. They looked great and felt great... See I'm a mom of 3 toddlers, and my time at the nail spa is R&R for me every 3 weeks. I tried out this nail spa since it had a good rating on yep. I usually get the regular acrylic but she convinced me to get Gel X Buddha. Well unfortunately I'm not happy at all. I got my nails done on Monday, on Wed (same week mind you) my middle nail polish broke in half. I never seen anything like this. I went back, she reapplied the gel and design then I left. Yesterday, Thursday the same thing happened to my thumb nail. That's not it today, Friday the same thing happened to my pointing finger nail. I called them and told them what happened they told me to come in and they would fix it. I don't have time to keep coming back every time a nail pops off. (I'm a mom of 3) I came in and told them to just refund my money, I paid $95 (plus I tipped), and spent over 3 hrs of my time, and all the gentleman could say was there's no refunds, but they'll fix the nails...I don't have time!!! read more

For 60 dollars FOR SHORT NAILS i would expect my nails to look like i didnt get them done by a newby. The lady that did my nails was weird and aggressive. She made it uncomfortable i just kept thinking i couldnt wait to get out of there. Not to mention i HATE my nails. I paid anyway to avoid drama . Never coming here again . This place sits right in the middle of a busy shopping center, it's a little hard to find parking on the weekends but it's not too bad. I got a gel manicure yesterday- personally, I don't think it was worth $40 before tip. Especially since it was such a mediocre manicure and my technician was obviously working very fast to get me in and out. If you come here to get a gel manicure, expect to pay around $50 (a full tank of gas). Most of the reviews also note how overpriced this place is for average work. In the future, I'll just purchase the gel color myself and do this at home, these salons are getting wayyyy overpriced. read more

I came here to get a fill and a pedicure and the lady who was assigned to do my feet was a but dry and begin to make comments after I told her what I wanted. She laughed with another co worker and I chose to let it slide. She was barely doing anything and I mentioned her not getting a tip for the type of job she was doing plus the nasty attitude. She then proceeds to poke me with the cutie cleaning instrument and roll her eyes. I then got up wet feet and all, put on my shoes and let the attendant at the front know she she be addressed before walking out. Unfortunately, the lady who was doing my fill wasn't even able to do her job of it but she was fine and pretty quite. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence when looking at reviews, as I didn't see this site. I luckily found Eastvale Nails and they were. AMAZING!!! read more

After the end result I wish I would of stuck to my original choice and just gone with the dip powder. The photos attached to my review are even after he corrected an issue with the chrome. I left and came back and noticed there was an issue with some nails, some had weird dark spots in certain lighting. When I sat in the chair to correct the chrome issue, I informed him the I also thought the nails were too thick. (He knew from the beginning I was not going to add length) he simply replied "your nail is too short." They were the same length when we started... as a nail tech he should of known maybe the acrylic would of been an issue. Mind you, I already mentioned to him I was unhappy about the thickness... to correct the issue what does he do..... add more thickness... another layer of gel polish, clear coat, chrome and then another clear coat. I understand he was working on another client, but if he would of said can you come back later and I'll fix it, I would have. The more I look at this set, the more upsetting it is... $70 wasted... I can't even remember his name. I wish I did.

I went into this salon in a bit of a time crunch, and they were able to assist me right away even…read morethough they already had several customers. They had 5 people working, and it was nice to see how well everyone flowed together while multitasking and keeping customers happy. I'm very grateful they were able to help me quickly and still provide a wonderful, relaxing pedicure. A couple things I would suggest improving: when cleaning up the messy polish around my toes, the nail tech used her fingernail to clean my skin. She did have gloves on, but I would recommend investing in some extra tools or brushes to properly clean customers' skin instead of using your nails. I would also suggest updating the nail color catalogs. The selection was pretty small, and a lot of the color samples were ripped out. Other than that, everyone was very kind and friendly, and I would return to this location again.

I booked a pedicure online directly through the salon's website with a friend and followed all of…read morethe instructions provided during booking. The website specifically stated that we would receive a separate text message confirming the appointment; which we did. Photo attached. When we arrived for our 6:30 PM appointment, we were told that the text message did not actually mean the appointment was confirmed and that appointments are only considered valid if the salon personally calls you afterward. Because of this, we were told we would need to wait until around 7:00-7:15 PM to be seen because they were too busy. Not only was the booking system misleading and disorganized, but the staff was also dismissive and unapologetic about the situation. There was no accountability for the confusion, despite their own system sending a confirmation text. If online bookings and confirmation texts do not actually secure appointments, that needs to be clearly communicated before customers waste their time driving there and rearranging their schedules. Otherwise, there is no point in offering online booking at all.

I treated myself to a full set and pedicure and I must say, I was left feeling quite disappointed. Not only did I find the service to be overpriced, costing me a whopping $170, but the end result left much to be desired. Allow me to elaborate on my experience. ( I did come here 3 weeks ago and got the best pedicure from Rose and she was the reason I was back. I did ask for her but did not get her.) First and foremost, the price tag for this mani-pedi was exorbitant. I did get the gel x thinking I was getting gel. While I was expecting a luxurious and top-notch experience for the amount I paid, unfortunately, that was not the case. The price felt unjustified, especially considering the outcome of my nails, which appeared rather average. Shit with such a steep cost, my nails would should have been adorned with Swarovski crystals, Regrettably, this was not the reality. Just two different colors and glitter. Furthermore, the overall quality of the service did not live up to the hefty price. The nail technician seemed rushed and disinterested, paying little attention to detail. As a result, the finished look lacked the precision and finesse I had hoped for. While the salon may have its merits, such as a clean and comfortable environment, it's essential for them to reconsider their pricing strategy. Customers should feel that their hard-earned money is well-spent, and in this case, it fell short. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this particular salon for a mani-pedi experience. The steep price, lackluster outcome, and absence of left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the salon takes these concerns into account and strives to improve the value. read more

This place is a scam! They will charge your card 2X's ! If you have been here and paid with your card or Apple Pay please check your bank statements ... they will charge you twice! When here the own at the cashier said your payment did not go through how ever it clearly did my bank send me a notification of the payment.. the owner said we didn't get the money like hello yes you did and basically asked me to pay or I couldn't leave ! I had to use my card again! And he said if there's a problem call ur bank or call us! Clearly to this day I'm still fighting with my bank trying to get my money back! Look at the reviews multiple people are complaining about the same thing ... here... I spoke to the banks person and they said unfortunate mani business do this to steal money.. it's a way of scamming people.. I caught it but I'm sure so many people are getting their money stolen. Im reporting them to the better business bureau ! ! read more

Well... if i can i will give no start...! i planed to have relax and get ready for my vacation. The young lady who told her name Zen i may wrong bc her pronunciation little bit heavy. Any way she gave me the pedicure services which i can tell that store too greedy as she offer services with lack of knowledge. she said that " number 5 is good lower is bad" don't even tell me what include in # 5. ..well it's ok for my vacation. i said that i want regular polish then she keep said few times regular no good gel is good then she said gel right without tell me addition costs then after polish almost finish she continued "i do flowers for you vacation". again not telling me additional costs. i knew that i will be ripped off. But i hope for satisfaction at the end. So fast services sloppy painting missing side nail polish, bumpy and bubble ... I end up changed color 2 days after. Bad experience ever! I love coming to Versaci Nails Spa. Ivy does my manicure and I never have any complaints. She listens when I tell her what I want for my nails. Ivy also gives great recommendations by showing photos of possibilities for my nails. This is always helpful as the seasons change. I really like how clean the Spa is and how they time the massages for your feet and/or hands. Natalie did my pedicure today and I will be asking for her all the time. She was gentle with my feet, didn't tickle me during the scrubbing of my feet, shaped my nails perfectly, and most importantly didn't cut me. They both did not rush, just the pampering I needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will only come here for my nails. They always make my day. It's great to look at your feet and hands and feel happy that they are pretty. read more

Let me define something that we are experienced at this nail technician. we come back and for few times everyone seems very reasonable at their jobs, but this time is worst. hope this will help community to be awareness. My lady got pedicure services which we expected fantastic service, but it was turn out horrible. More than $100 without massage not even one second... My mankind is big enough to not mention the name of female technician. We are looking for luxury service. but it turned out like fake outfit that someone wearing. A few years ago my mom and I had come to this place and didn't quite have the nest experience however, since then we have changed our opinion dramatically! We kept giving this place a chance and they made it right the first time. Johnny is not what was mentioned in the previous Review and the girls working here are happy everytime we come in we joke and it's a good environment to be in.
