We came in yesterday for our 11 am appointment and Mackenzie helped us through the whole process. My parents and I upgraded our phones and switched services from one provider to another. Mackenzie was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with the long process of bringing everything fully over to our new phones. Since it's the holiday season, it started to get busy after we arrived so it's best to make an appointment when you can. And also given the season, the stock in phones and colors was very low, like slim pickings. We managed to all get the phones we wanted, but barely haha. Our process was quite long just because of data transfer and the hoops to switch services, but Mackenzie was such a big help. We have no complaints and had a wonderful experience. Verizon Wireless has the WORST Customer Service Department I've ever experienced. The wireless phone service is fine, and internet service is ok. BUT... if there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. 1) Customer Service representatives are overseas; 2) Calls to C.S. frequently get dropped, sometimes after 30-45 minutes. I was told more than once that C.S. reps cannot call you back when that happens, but I have had them call me back on occasion, so that statement is not true. 3) I have spent MANY hours and many phone calls trying to get an issue resolved since February of this year. (I estimate 15-20 phone calls, not counting the ones that got dropped where I had to call in again, and i estimate 15-20 hours spent on the phone with them.) STILL NO RESOLUTION!! As a result, they have overbilled me for several months, and trying to get a credit for this so far has been futile. Unfortunately I am locked into an agreement with them but will be cancelling as soon as I'm able. read more

This review is not about a specific store but your 1-800 experience. As a matter of fact, I cannot even get a phone number to a specific store to talk about my phones and account. The 800 number automated system SUCKS!! I am so fed up with this AI shit!! I really needed to speak with a LIVE person, and it was impossible, and I wasted my entire LUNCH break trying. This makes me want to leave Verizon and go to another carrier and take my family with me. I want to talk to a fricken LIVE person!! Verizon NEEDS to give better customer service because right now you are totally dropping the BALL!! read more

My mother and I came here yesterday to get some help with disconnecting my late father's phone. We were approached by one of the employee's there. He could not help us with transferring account ownership to me nor canceling the line. He called a corporate line and they helped us the rest of the way. During the call, the employee asked which internet service my mom had... probably hoping to sell us at least one thing. Eventually during the call, he slipped away and we never saw him again. Never checked back with us, nothing. It was a cold and horrible experience. We are forced to return my father's phone and cancelling his line barely knocked much off the bill. We will probably cancel Verizon altogether and go on my husband's AT&T family plan. After my dad being with Verizon as a loyal customer for decades, this was how we were treated. Sad. read more

I went in and was greeted by Cruz. I waited just a short moment until he was available. He was able to talk to me about the promotions they currently offered to switch over from another company as well as give me an estimate of cost for a plan. Instead of urging me to sign a contract he encouraged me to make an appointment and return once I had a couple days to sort through the information he provided. I traded in a phone there. It was a $700/off trade-in. I was charged for the change fee. Later, I got hit with the same change fee from Vz, the $700/off trade-in was never recorded, and the phone was a lemon. I took the phone back, exchanged it, and was told the double charging for the upgrade was a mistake, as was the overcharge of $700. Two weeks later, no adjustments. I went through the same process to have the fix made, and still no adjustments. On Vz rep told me it's very important to avoid working with the franchise sellers like this one, because you get disastrous treatment. In a word, avoid this store. read more

I stopped in the store to have my Invisible Shield for my I-Phone replaced. The store where I purchased the phone last year has closed due to COVID. When James, an account manager, greeted me, he informed me that they didn't use this product. He was kind enough to offer to replace the new shield that I brought in as a courtesy. Even though he had never used this brand, he replaced it perfectly. This meant I didn't have to drive to a corporate store a half hour away to have it done. When I got the phone, I also got a Wonderboom external speaker that I was having trouble pairing with my phone. He also assisted me with this. This was going above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated his random act of kindness since I made no purchases in the store. read more

We had the most unfortunate experience today trying to purchase a new cell phone at this outlet. We have been customers of Verizon for many years and have purchased many phones during this period of time. The store was not busy and we were greeted promptly by a sales person. She basically sold us the phone that she wanted us to have, ignoring questions about other options. Once the phone was selected, she had difficulty importing contacts from the web. She gave us instructions on how to complete the process on our own and sent us home. Once home the phone gave us a message the the SIM card wasn't a Verizon card. This of course raised our level of concern, prompting us to return the phone. We were referred to a store manager who asked why we were dissatisfied. I answered this explicitly, but he was not satisfied. He asked again and tried paraphrasing our concerns to belittle them. I asked him to simply complete the process and stop wasting our time. At this point he became very condescending literally forcing me to view his monitor so I could see exactly what he was doing, before he would continue the process. I would seriously avoid this outlet if you are in the market for a new cell phone. read more

This place was a joke. I went there to get another charging cable. Walking in there were 4 guys standing near the desk and not a soul in site, place was empty. I told the guy what I needed he went to the wall and came back with 2 items. He started to ring the stuff up and I had to finally ask "how much is it?" He tells me, "I'll tell you once I scan them" ok so he says 48 & change. I told him I don't need the wall jack cuz I have several, I just needed the cord. He tried to say "are you sure, cuz it's specifically made for the cord?" I said"look buddy I can buy those at the 99¢ store, just ring the cord up." So I give him a $100 and expecting the change, he then tells me "um we don't have a cash drawer even though this is a Verizon dealer, we don't have any cash, so your change from $100 will go towards your Verizon bill!!" So I had an issue with being disqualified for a black Friday deal and was told by customer support (over the phone) that they weren't going to be able to help me. So on my way home for work I decided to stop by and ask if the store could help (because that is where I purchased it). I was instantly greeted by Micaela Grant, who was more than helpful. She instantly jumped up and greeted me, made me feel like my issue was important and has done everything is her power to help me get my deal back.
