Dania was very professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful. The store was very busy when I walked in, yet she still noticed me right away and offered a warm welcome. Even though I was in a hurry, it was worth the wait--she helped me with everything I needed and more. Thank you for having such an enthusiastic and hospitable associate. read more

Was trying to add a user to our account. We spoke to the phone support and got instructions to go in to the store and they would then call the primary account user on their T-mobile number. We went in and were told no, they had to come into the store. There wasn't any attemp to see how he can help you, just a wall of inaction. So we left. The primary account user is in another State, so that complicates it. Yet, he called T-Mobile phone support again and they added the name to the account, only needed us in the store with ID and the phone, for a new card. We made sure to go to a different person, but the guy that originally was no help made a point to come over and tell the girl helping us to make sure we were authorized to be on the account, like we were a couple of crooks. Good grief. Homophobe maybe? I don't know. Never had that sort of accusation - ever. So rude. Luckily, he went back to the woman he was helping and the girl helping us took care of everything. And, she was very nice and professional. She knew what to do and was efficient, while remaining polite and kind. After 2 calls and two visits to the T-Mobile store, we have my husband on the family account. I like T-Mobile, or I'd give lower stars, but the coverage is good for international roaming and usually the service is nice. I'm so taken back by the implication that we were trying to scam something. He did nothing to help us, simply dismissed us, without even lifting a finger, unless he gave us one as we left.... I don't know, and wouldn't be surprised. It just felt bad. read more

Good customer service and in general it's a good service, the price is good for the family package

My new I phone 15 stopped working. I called the corporate head quarters and talked to tech who after 2 hours finally told me my 2 year warranty just ran out that day and I would need to buy a new phone! So I decided to try taking it in physically to this store on Monterey in P.D. I talked to a young guy Elijah. He took a "quick" look, told me it was my anti virus, we fixed it in minutes and my phone has worked great from that point on. That was a few weeks ago. If your having an issue take it into this store and talk to Elijah. No one else but him seemed to be able to figure it out! Maybe he needs corporates job! read more

I left Verizon and signed up with T-Mobile to save money. The service was exactly the same. There was no interruption whatsoever. However, T-Mobile offers a five dollar discount if you sign up for automatic bill payment. Which I did. The problem is that T-Mobile takes your money two days before the bill is actually due. When I called and asked them why they do this they said that so that they get paid on time. I told them they were taking my money two days earlier from the date that we had agreed-upon. They did not agree with me and they would not change their way of taking the money two days earlier. Two months later, I get a call from a collections agency. They are telling me that I owe a bill of $74 still. I did not receive any kind of closing statement from T-Mobile. I had no idea what the collection people were trying to collect. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I don't understand why American companies have become so greedy that they want their money before it's even due. Our country is shameful. Billionaires are taking over and soon. We will not have our shitty government, but instead, we will have shitty oligarchs running the country. read more

I switched to this carrier because my ATT was not reaching out in enough areas. I was really pleased at first, but now I found when I am at the hospital, I have no reception The staff are all very well trained and helpful. They are always eager to answer my questions and always have the answers. I like this place read more

This is a great T-Mobile store, as soon as you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who are eager to help you. In our last visits, Joseph was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and ensuring my family and I left happy. He definitely made us feel appreciated for being long time customers! read more

I was thrilled with how professional and fantastic the customer service was here. Isabelle helped me and my friend get onto a plan that helped save him a fortune. It took quite a while because my friend didn't have all the correct documentation required, but she worked with us and kept going until we succeeded. Thank you, Isabelle. read more

Freddie was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I always get great service at this location.

Got my new phones on San Pablo, but they didn't have any of the accessories like Otterbox cases and screen shields. Two days later, I went to the Monterey/Dinah Shore branch and they had everything I needed. Had to wait a few minutes, but it is Christmas, so... They were happy to apply my screen shields and did a great job. So lesson learned. Service was fine at both locations, but this one was stocked. read more

Nelly did a wonderful job taking care of me! She is very kind and sharp at what she does. You guys are lucky to have her!

The connection to the phone in the desert doesn't work 65% of the time. Worse than Verizon!! The towers are swamped when the crows show up. Which is every other weekend in winter and then they hardly work in the heat of summer. After 4 months I paid off bill and moved to another carrier... then a month later T-mobile billed me after the fact another 100. This has happened to others. It's now in collections Didn't even ask me why I left!!! read more

I am disappointed they charged me a $35 dollar activation fee when customer services said they would waive it. Also I did not get ANY SERVICE in my home and so I went in to cancel, the guy there said just do not pay your bill and you will be fine. I called customer service and they said no that was not true I would have been billed for entire month and late fees too and it would have been a bad mark on my credit. Very disappointed with this place. Could not get an honest answer from them. read more

Spotty reception was irritating, but try calling their 866 number. Not in US and I called multiple times, was told different solutions, none worked. I could never "unlock" my phone and was told by a retail store, "sir your phone can never be unlocked." OK. I moved back to Verizon where customer service is far superior. read more

Went to upgrade my Samsung S10 for an IPhone 13. These guys were amazing. Fast, efficient and no beating around the bush. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. read more

t-mobile is fine/ good. BUT their employees are great! I don't usually review these types of services - but I appreciate when a customer service agent is kind and patient! Josh B was very attentive and used extreme patience as we decided which program we wanted. I appreciate the great customer service. thank you T-mobile read more

I called customer support this morning to inquire about a new phone. They told me I would be able to get the lease to jump program in store for the phone I wanted which allows you more flexibility for those customers who prefer to upgrade their phone more often. I drove an hour to get to this location to be told that they do not offer this in store and that customer support was incorrect which pretty much made it seem like they insinuating that corporate customer support is incompetent with their customer service on a corporate level. I said ok I'll just do that then and annoyingly walked out of the store. When I call back the new customer service rep reassured me that the person I spoke to earlier over the phone was indeed correct and that the store which is a corporate store LIED to me, which is unbelievably unprofessional especially coming from what I was told is a CORPORATE STORE!!! As someone who has worked in customer service and retail for over 15 years, I know what game they were playing. If you're looking for commission you should have tried up-selling me or adding on accessories to my purchase instead of turning away a client and making yourselves look stupid. read more

My tablet is screwing up and I can't figure out why these problems continue to plague me. It's frustrating at the very least. The wonderful thing about T Mobile is they take the time to LISTEN and come to a solution. My old carrier, Verizon, whom I was with for many years couldn't help us find a solution. It was more like they couldn't be bothered. They had better things to do get her than wasting their time, even though we pay their salaries. Basillo at T Mobile is AMAZING. He figured out what was going on read more

I was having an issue with my phone and Raul helped me try and solve it and when it couldn't be resolved he found out that the phone was still under warranty and ordered me a new one with only a $5 shipping fee to pay. He was sooo helpful. 2 days later when I went in to pick up my new phone Paul helped me (Raul was off that day) for 11/2 hours setting it up. I'm not at all tech savvy and Paul was so helpful and patient. We even laughed in between waiting for everything to be done. This is why I've been a happy T Mobile customer for 16years! read more

If you ever need anything go see Paul. That guy is a miracle worker and actually cares about the customer. I had an issue that could have been tossed as a meaningless issue but Paul made sure he not only fixed my issue he tested it, waited patiently, and all around gave a crap. Seriously. Go see Paul. That guy understands customer service. read more

I wen to T-Mobile today the one by sams club. Very rude i went in and they didn't even say hi then a guy came in and they all at ones said hi! Can we help you? I was like really? That was rude and racist. I'm a customer too I have 4 lines and I was going to buy 2 more iPhones I asked if they have someone who speak Spanish she said not at the time and 2 of the guys spoke Spanish Freddy and I didn't get the other guy's name and they heard me. that was very rude. Those guys don't have education. Cristaline helped me but she didn't said anything when I came in either and she did when the other guy came in even though she was with me. But the guys VERY rude. read more

I usually don't go out of my way to rip places, but if I could give a zero star rating, in this scenario, i would I had a warranty replacement scheduled to ship to where i was staying in Palm Desert. UPS did not get the correct suite #, though, and the delivery was in limbo. UPS told me "Due to the delivery restrictions set by T-Mobile, TMobile needs to call us with a new address, and then we'll be able to send it". So we go to the T-Mobile store, and explain this situation, and the two tweedle dee and tweedle dum employees claim ignorance, and say "that's not true..this is out of our hands, once the phone is shipped, any changes to the destination or receiver is between UPS and them..we can't help you" Want to take a wild guess what happened when I called T-Mobile, instead of going to this store? They were able to change the address... clown central at 34260 Montery Ave!!! read more

I had previous a previous problem with a sim card that I had ordered on T-Mobile.com where they were going to be shipping the card out but never did. It had been 3 weeks of waiting and being told the same thing so I decided to go the store and handle it myself. I explained to Kory, I hope I got that right, my predicament and he was as helpful as can be. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes or less and everything I needed was taken care of. Thank you for him and my faith in t-mobile is restored. read more

Upon walking in I was instantly greeted by an associate named Paul who made me feel completely comfortable and assured me that he would find me the perfect phone to fit my budget. Would not waste my time at this location I've been here twice and both times I was met with individuals that don't listen to customers and literally will read you the small print off of your receipts , off of the ads that you bring in about T-Mobile sales , and so on and so forth. In both instances, first setting up new lines under one of the promotions for family and the second returning a Samsung item that was overheating on my wrist. I called their customer support from the parking lot was redirected to the store in La Quinta where everything was handled in a professional efficient manner with no questions asked. I would not waste my time here , just go right to La Quinta . this store should be shut down, it's a waste of your time. read more

I was very pleased with the customer service provided by every single employee at this location. I just got my phone about 4 weeks ago and I have gone back to pay my bill, add a tablet and buy accessoeies. Every single time I have been very well taken care of. They are all extremely polite and patient, most importantly, they don't treat you like they are just trying to make a sale. When my husband and I got our phones, they were sold out and we weren't in a hurry to have them, we told them we will set up service and pay for them and pick them up when they arrived, however, one of the employees insisted on driving to the palm springs location to pick up the phones for us so we could have them that same day. They went above and beyond and they really work together as a team! I would recommend this store for anybody that is looking for tmobile service! read more
