Mackenzie was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with the long process of bringing everything fully over to our new phones. Since it's the holiday season, it started to get busy after we arrived so it's best to make an appointment when you can. And also given the season, the stock in phones and colors was very low, like slim pickings. We managed to all get the phones we wanted, but barely haha. Our process was quite long just because of data transfer and the hoops to switch services, but Mackenzie was such a big help. We have no complaints and had a wonderful experience. Thank you for taking care of my family!

Verizon Wireless has the WORST Customer Service Department I've ever experienced. The wireless…read morephone service is fine, and internet service is ok. BUT... if there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. 1) Customer Service representatives are overseas; 2) Calls to C.S. frequently get dropped, sometimes after 30-45 minutes. I was told more than once that C.S. reps cannot call you back when that happens, but I have had them call me back on occasion, so that statement is not true. 3) I have spent MANY hours and many phone calls trying to get an issue resolved since February of this year. (I estimate 15-20 phone calls, not counting the ones that got dropped where I had to call in again, and i estimate 15-20 hours spent on the phone with them.) STILL NO RESOLUTION!! As a result, they have overbilled me for several months, and trying to get a credit for this so far has been futile. Unfortunately I am locked into an agreement with them but will be cancelling as soon as I'm able.

Let me start of with a little background. Both my senior mom and i are not very knowledgeable when…read moreit comes to phones and gadgets and almost every meeting with her there is undoubtedly a 'phone' question that comes up, so as per usual we would head over to our subscribers store at the mall with those questions and never really solve the issue. So when i saw they were closed, i panicked, and thought, what now? Luckily, little down the ways, we saw a booth and a store front of a phone repair shop "I Repair Expert". i hesitated at first, then walked in and was welcomed by a young man named Moe, and we proceeded to try and explain to him what has been bothering us and of course a million questions come flying out of both my mom and I. And this is the point where it usually goes south. Usually the clerk will give up and just try to put a temporary band aid on the issues. BUT NOT Moe. I have never met a more knowledgeable, professional, more patient and kind, and funny clerk ever! He walked us through our issues, one by one, in language we could understand. Explained all our options, multiple times with the most sincere answers for us, and actually FIXED our problem! I cannot say enough good things about this shop at the mall, and i usually never leave reviews, good or bad, but this one, really got to my heart, like they really cared to help us 2 old ladies who havent a clue. we felt empowered actually, leaving the store. Thank you Moe again for your knowledge and kindness and thank you for fixing my moms phone! anyone reading this review, that has been feeling defeated every time they leave their subscribers store, forget them, if you have any and i mean any phone questions, go see Moe at I Expert Repair, you wont be disappointed, thats a fact!

Instead, I felt like my concerns were brushed aside. The sales representative, Angel, seemed bothered by my questions and did not appear interested in helping me understand my options. I was also disappointed that there was little effort made to assist with my trade-in. Rather than working with me to find the best solution, I felt pressured toward options that were not in my best interest. Customer service should be about helping customers navigate issues and providing clear information, especially when making a significant purchase like a phone upgrade. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I hope management addresses these concerns and focuses more on customer care and service. I had to call Verizon and do all the work through the phone
